We had an outstanding experience working with Top Notch to install a washer and dryer into a closet. The work included carpentry, plumbing and electrical. They provided a detailed and transparent estimate from the beginning, which gave us confidence in moving forward. Being out of state while managing this project for our senior citizen dad could have been stressful, but they went above and beyond to accommodate our situation and keep us informed every step.

Top Notch truly lives up to its name—extremely professional, thoughtful, and tidy. They cleaned as they worked and treated the home with care. We’re incredibly grateful and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing quality, reliable work.

We needed our shower pulled out and replaced because of a plumbing issue and didn’t want to spend a ton of money. So happy we went with Top Notch. They got us in quick, were friendly and did a great job. Definitely going to use them again for future projects.

I have had the pleasure of hiring Top Notch Contracting & Remodeling LLC. They repaired my stucco home exterior by patching the stucco and professionally painting my entire house. They were accommodating to all of my requests in regards to color and also offered skilled craftsmanship suggestions. I’m so excited over the new face lift of my old home. Additional bonus was the new steel exterior door along with a new storm door that included a doggy door. Fido is also very happy. The crew did a fantastic job overall and the clean up afterwards was above and beyond. I will definitely hire them again!

Top Notch has been working with us to remodel, update, improve and repair our house. Dan Kasabian has solved issues other contractors could not. Reliable, dependable and knowledgeable with a great crew who work with each other as a team. Dan has always been fair and quick to answer our calls.

Top Notch came to rescue! Our previous contractor did a horrible job installing our shower 5 years ago and it started leaking in the lower level. Top Notch had the gut the whole lower section of the shower and the shower floor. Dan and his Top Notch team were professional, on time, affordable, and knowledgeable of how to repair my shower. They even installed a new sink and connected a shower in my basement so we could shower during the repair. Definitely will be using them again for home improvements!

Nick and Dan were a pleasure to work with! Nick answered every question we had in the weeks he was at our home. We had new flooring put in throughout the whole house, and a shower replacement done and also a whole bathroom put in our basement.
We are happy with all of it!! We will use them again.

We had a full tear out bathroom done by Top Notch Contracting. Dan and his team are all amazing. Our previous bathroom's floor was rotting out, was outdated, and moldy. Everyone from Top Notch worked very hard to make sure we got the bathroom of our dreams. Giant shower, triple shower head, smart cabinet, smart toilet, in wall storage, and a custom storage that moves to maximize space. ❤️

Dan and his crew are absolutely awesome... they went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us.....we love our new bathroom.

Dan did a great job and quickly! They came over on Thanksgiving to ensure our roof would be leakproof before any snow arrived. They were prompt, clean, and quick. We so appreciate the terrific job and now our chimney is Santa proof. Not the famous Christmas Santa but my weird uncle by the same name who likes to hang out on the roof. Who knows what he does up there. We will probably need Dan’s help again because of that dude. Seriously though, five stars.

Dan and his crew completed several projects in our home that was built in 1930. They installed flooring, trim, cabinetry, dishwasher, counter top, interior doors, sink and fixtures. they not only showed professionalism, but patience as well. Not only did our house prove to be challenging, but my wife and I made several changes during the project. Dan and his crew were very understanding, thought outside the box, and completed everything above and beyond our imaginations. We are extremely pleased with their work. I hired them to complete a project that another contractor did not finish. They sided my house and garage installed my windows and installed a garage door opener. They were very friendly professional and had the job done in the time they said they would. I highly recommend them very professional company.

Dan Kasabian & associates are by far a dedicated & trust worthy team. To start with Dan shows up at the time given for estimates and is true to his word/quote. Our first huge project with Top Notch ( stripping and sealing a deck)was extremely challenging & in constant state of flux. They never gave up nor increased the original quote. Our next project was a bathroom redo and some painting. We completely trusted the crew in our home & they were respectful of that and ourselves. We would highly recommend Top Notch for any home remodeling needs

They came in after the previous contractor had messed up everything! I was without any running water! Dan fit me in and corrected the numerous mistakes the previous contractor made installing my shower.....

Top Notch Contracting completed several household projects in my home. The 1950's built home needed some updating, and Dan's team did good quality work. He and the guys installed a ceiling fan and exhaust, a light panel, replaced the old ceiling tiles/ceiling, and added an in wall heater to my basement bath, then 2 years later they returned to install a vanity, after removing a very old sink and plumbing. They updated my kitchen as well, and the main floor bathroom.
On top of that, they installed motion sensing lights on my garage, gutter guards, and a new mailbox.
I loved their work, and the estimates were accurate, with reasonable pricing.
