I don’t think I could come up with a complaint even if I went searching for one. From the very beginning Zach was beyond accommodating. At the time of the estimate he listened to what I wanted and worked with my budget without judgement. He took my information, visions and desires and immediately went to work with some ideas. He tweaked things again and again to ensure I was getting what I wanted as a homeowner but also remaining within a budget that was comfortable. His entire crew was timely, hardworking from morning to evening and professional. They cleaned up after themselves each and everyday they worked. As long as it allows, I will be using them for every single project in the future. For the first time since becoming a homeowner, we can open ALL of our windows and it is amazing as well as the enhancement of our curb appeal. Unlike the other contractors I was previously working with, Zach’s communication is also unmatched. He communicated every step of the process leaving minimal questions and didn’t require me to constantly follow up. He worked with my schedule to ensure everything was done just in time for our new addition to our family and maternity leave. Zach also allowed my 3 year old to talk his ear off about princesses and spider man without complaint, the whole experience was personable, comfortable but also professional. Purely appreciated every step of this process, and it exceeded my expectations x10000 and would recommend Zach and his team to anybody looking into some needed construction and any home improvement projects.

I definitely would recommend getting a quote and talking with Zach before making any sudden moves with a different company. He was recommended through a friend and I am extremely thankful. To start, his prices are very competitive and he values his work integrity. Where other companies tried to stretch my budget, he understood mine and did his best to work with it. Faith Community Church hired ZP Construction LLC to replace the shingles on the church roof and they did a great job. Zach was very professional as he went thru the whole process of the project explaining everything in detail. The entire project was completed in two days. The job site was always clean during and after they were finished. He even cleaned out and re-caulked the gutters for the church. A++, if you need projects done I would highly recommend ZP Construction LLC. They also came under the estimated price.

Highly recommend!!!! We discussed options, concerns, improvements, etc. Zach was very informative, never pushy, and gave us great products to choose from. He understood my safety concerns that I experienced with previous contractors leaving nails, caulk, etc in the back yard where my pets are. ZP Construction, LLC was recommended to us by EZ Plumbing to repair our ceiling in a 100 year old home with plaster and lathe. They were very professional, came to our home and gave us a full estimate which we approved. They actually came within a day to complete the work. They covered everything and completed the work within 3 hours. They completely cleaned the area including mopping the floor. The work completed was great and they instructed me on how to paint the ceiling ( which they had offered to do, but I felt I could finish). Great staff and everyone including Zach was professional and friendly. Would highly recommend their services.

When the decision was made to replace our original roof, I had three requirements, 1) good reputation, 2) fair price and 3) an owner who was engaged and at the property during the project.

ZP Construction met all of the criteria. Zach is super-hands on and is determined to make sure his customers are satisfied. He is an excellent communicator, text messages are promptly returned.

Neighbors that I spoke with who used a different contractor experienced far different results. Damage to the home being the primary complaint. Zach is very proactive about protecting your property. For example, an electrician removed a handful of lanterns that could have been damaged, he did this at his expense. His team was very diligent policing the property for debris.

The very first thing the foreman said to Zach when the project commenced was "we have three days," before the weather turned sour. They did it in two.

Zach did an awesome job. He was the only one of 4 contractors I called that wanted to be there when the insurance adjuster was there. The crew busted their hump all day long, were friendly, did not cut any corners and flat out a solid service that I had already recommended to others. Worth every penny of my own money I had to put into the project because the insurance wouldn't cover everything and got my bang for my buck for sure. This had replaced my whole roof (complete tear off) and nocked down the chimney and put in venting for that all in 1 day so that was pretty solid as well. Easily recommend Zach and the crew. I hoped the crew like the Chorizo Tacos we made on the grill :)

Zach and his crew did an excellent job replacing the roof of my garage. He was timely on all aspects and kept me well-informed throughout the process. His estimate was very competitive and he adhered to his original quote despite the need to replace about six roof boards unexpectedly. The garage looks vastly better. This review is pertaining to the work done on my mother’s house. My mother’s roof encountered wind damage and as a result, she needed to find a contractor. Not knowing where to turn, a family member recommended ZP Construction. Shortly after leaving a message with their office, Zach himself contacted my mom and scheduled a time to come out and look at the damaged roof. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that we could understand. Zach and his team came out and did a complete tear off and laid new shingles on both the house and garage. They were very efficient and helpful during the whole process. If we could, we would leave more than a 5 star review. My mom will be contacting them with any future projects.

The owner is very professional and polite. He kept in constant touch with me to let me know when work would begin. I had a chimney replaced and the workmwnship was outstanding. After years of wanting to get my basement ceilings repaired,
Zak helped me come up with a good plan that fit my budget. I finally got the work done thanks to him. Zak and his crew removed old ceiling tiles which were replaced with drywall in one room of the basement. Then old panels were removed from the drop ceiling in the other section of the basement.
There is more to do but this has been a good start toward improving this area of my house!

Got my fence done by them awhile ago but never got around to giving them a review. Zak went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right despite me suggesting to cut a few corners here and there. Really shows that he cares a lot about the quality of service. He really takes pride in giving every customer their moneys worth. Cannot say enough great things about his company! That being said, the fence is still in phenomenal condition. Perfectly straight and level. Def recommend!!

Zac and his team were very pleasant to have around the house as they were working. Zac is professional and stands by his word. His quote was less than others and he even pointed things out that other contractors didn't and would have ended up costing more. I would hire him again. The work he did was nice and we are very happy with the result. He even noticed a flaw in their work and pointed it out to me and fixed it right away.

My introduction to ZP Construction couldn't have been better. I noticed a hole in a roof vent from the inside of the house late in the roofing season. ZP was very responsive and helpful to get me through the pending winter and didn't charge me a dime. We had a verbal agreement to be in touch this Spring to discuss replacing the roof and fixing the chimney based on Zach's inspection photos. ZP just completed replacing the roof, all the roof vents, restoring the chimney, installing a new critter guard on the chimney, and installing new gutters and downspouts. ZP was extremely considerate and conscientious throughout the process; efficient and effective; excellent communication throughout and no misunderstandings over expectations nor execution, which is almost unheard of with contractors. ZP showed up when they said they would, I always received plenty of notification, and they delivered on what they said they would. Plus I received full documentation of before and after images and video clips, which is hugely appreciated and darn near priceless. If I could award more that 5 stars, I certainly would.

Even amongst their booked schedule, they found a way to fit us in on the timeline we needed. As always the experience was amazing, and the outcome was even better than we could have imagined.
