Need to give the guys from ServPro (Brady and Chris) an excellent review for the work they did at our home. We had a sump pump failure, and we called on ServPro. Brady and Chris were prompt, friendly, called me before getting to the house and did excellent work. They explained the process fully as we went through everything at each visit. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and excellent work. They maintained cleanliness both in the upstairs areas where they walked and moved equipment and, in the basement, where the problem was. Would definitely use ServPro again and use these two guys again if we ever have a need again - but let's hope not:). Do not hesitate to use ServPro! Thanks guys! Tim and Sandy

Emam, Brady, Nevaeh and Chris were quick to respond in the coldest day in January to mitigate the damage done by a water leak. They were professional and fast at answering question and concerns. Great team.

Called ServPro on the recommendation of my insurance company for smoke and fire damage. The ServPro team came out quickly and began work almost immediately. The entire team was kind and respectful. Tony was the individual I spoke with most often and his professionalism was amazing. The work was completed efficiently and was done at a high level. Thank you to the entire ServPro team for making an awful situation bearable.

THE WORST COMPANY TO EVER CALL . THEY ASKED HOW MUCH OUR INSURANCE POLICY WAS FOR STARTERS! THEN MOVED A FEW BOXES UP STAIRS REMOVED DAMP CARPET ONLY WHERE IT WAS EASY TO REMOVE LEFT CARPET UNDER ANYTHING BIG/HEAVEY . WAS TOLD TO REMOVE THE EQUIPMENT THE BARE CONCREATE IS DRY ! SAID NO ONE AVALIABLE TILL AFTER THE WEEKEND BUT STILL CHARGED ME / INSURANCE COMPANY . SO AT THE END OF THE DAY THEY CHARGED OVER 8K TOOK THE WHOLE POLICY LEFT MY FAMILY WITH NOTHING BUT A BIGGER MESS THAN IT STARTED OUT . ZERO ESTIMATE TO ME OR INSURANCE WHEN ASKED SAID THEY DONT NEED TO GIVE YOU ONE HMMM WEIRD! KARMA WILL ALWAYS FIND ITS WAY WHEN PEOPLETAKE ADVANTAGE OF FAMILYS MISFOURTUNES .

Had water damage in our finished basement. The deconstruction crew was great to work with. Mason, Brady, Chris kept us informed every step of the way and took the time to answer any questions we had. Timely and efficient process.

Tony, Jesse, Chris Watson, Mason, Emam, Madison, and Nevaeh worked at my property and was an excellent crew. They all worked in sync and had great attention to detail. The team played off each other's strengths and worked together as a team to get the job done.
As Project Managers and leads, Tony and Jesse's communication skills were excellent. I never felt like I didn't know what was going on. They were there when they said they would be and always checked with me upon leaving the jobsite. I highly recommend this team.

Called servepro to help with a sewer backup and ended up with a worse mess. They said they cleaned it all up after 40 min while my wife and I were busy talking with Econo Sewer who took care of the backup. A day later my wife found standing sewage water under all of our bins in our basement inches from the finished side of our basement. management was supposed to contact us after we reported our concern to their employee Jesse. Instead they ghosted us until October 3rd when we recieved a bill for $974 and the only thing it said was “water remed”. They came to our house August 31st. No call to address our concerns, just a generic bill over a month later and stating due upon reciept or interest charged. Andy Kahrs one of the owners called my wife and raised his voice for over 40 minutes, he finally admitted that his employees had to be talked to for not taking care of the job properly, he claimed he fired the lady in charge of billing and admitted the filters that were used in the equipment should not have been dirty like they were. He said he wanted to come to a resolution. His resolution was charging almost $700 and told my wife he would not respond to any more of her emails when she questioned why he was charging us for an “air mover“ that was never placed in our house. I found out mold can grow in 24 hours if not taken care of properly in this type of accident. We now have to have our basement tested so we can hold Servepro responsible as our insurance was aware of this accident and referred us to call our local Servepro. Trust me you do not want to end up in the mess we are in. Call another company!

We had a sewer backup and called Servepro. I was told their “3 best guys” were coming to take care of it. The kids they sent were nice but no experience or knowledge with a job like this. They were barely 18. They cleaned the sewage around my drains but the entire side of my basement that was affected they didn’t move a thing so I was left with a big mess to clean up myself and sewage water sat in my basement for a couple of days! I tried to contact Mason who came to check their work and admitted they did things wrong but he didn’t respond then when I reached out. They set up machines to dry up my basement with dirty filters. There were chunks of drywall and balled up painters tape inside the filter along with thick dust. The young kid was told by Tony his manager to bring in a shop vac to clean the filter! I was disgusted that a filter used for other dirty jobs in other homes and businesses was being used in my home. Jesse asked me to send him pictures and I did and he said after the holiday weekend he would talk to Tony and they would be in touch with me about my experience. Not a call or email from them but then I received a bill yesterday for $975! Not even itemized it just said “water remed “. I emailed them immediately but no response. I plan to call and get the information for the owners to speak with them. I would use a different location or different company completely. When someone has sewage in their home and calls to have it professionally cleaned up, it’s very hazardous and cannot be handled the way they did. They spent a total of 40 minutes at my house. Please do not use this company.
Edited to add that Andy Kahrs reached out to me to try to resolve the issue. He admitted that his crew should have move and cleaned under the items that were affected by sewage. He also apologized for having visibly dirty filters in both the air scrubber and dehumidifier. But then continued to tell me that it didn’t affect the performance of the machine and the filters cost $600 so no one replaces them for each customer. He also apologized for their billing department not sending me an itemized invoice. He claims that lady was fired. I was optimistic with a good resolution when he finally admitted to all the shortcomings on behalf of his company. He even told me to reach out to him on his cell phone if I had any further questions and said sorry and he wanted to make things right . He asked me what he had to do for me to change my google review. I told him I just want a fair honest invoice. Well he sent me a revised one and there were still incorrect charges. Even a charge for an “air mover” that was never used in my home. He then defended these extra charges by saying he should have charged me for 3 hours of equipment setup and monitoring because he sent three employees to the job. Then as I questioned items they billed me for he said they would no longer change the invoice and no longer respond to my emails. So they inaccurately charge customers , bill them and refuse to explain charges that never occurred. I conclude this as fraudulent. I have also filed a complaint with the better business bureau and plan to find out if it is industry standard to reuse filters in their equipment.As a customer I had the worst experience with this company and was left with a huge mess. Save yourself time and money and DO NOT call Servepro.
Edited to add a customer in Floridas experience with this company. They have different franchises but it seems like their lack of values and fraudulent practices are all the same! Scam is right! Please please avoid and if you had the same experience please share to bring awareness! I know it is illegal to charge a customer for services that were never provided. They just haven’t been stopped yet!

Eduardo, did a excellent job mudding/taping the installed drywall! He's a perfectionist, which I don't mind. Eduardo is polite, hard working , takes alot of pride in his work! Eduardo's painting if excellent also!

This is the second time I have used ServPro. Their team came out the same day I called them, they were all very professional and courteous. I was impressed with the thoroughness of the work they did and were always available if I had any questions. I definitely recommend their services!

ServPro of Racine provided top-tier service during one of the most stressful homeowner experiences I’ve had to deal with to-date. They were always on time, did a fantastic job of communicating, and were extremely helpful and patient when informing me of what they were finding and what my options were. I never felt taken advantage of or pressured. Working with them was such a relief while dealing with many other confusing and challenging factors in the equation. I will recommend Tony (restoration manager) and his stellar team over and over.

We had an electrical fire in our home back in October and Servpro made the clean-out and restoration so easy and smooth for us. Tony started the process and explained everything in great detail so we had nothing to worry about. He was very professional and helpful. Kayla, Madison and Nevaeh did a great job packing our contents safely and making sure it was taken care of. They did a great job on the cleanup and making our home feel brand new coming back. Javier did an outstanding job with the rebuild. From start to finish I didn’t have to worry about anything because I knew we were in good hands. He has gone above and beyond, even after we moved home, with any problems or issues we had. Our house looks amazing and you would’ve never guessed what we went through. We had a plumbing nightmare from hell. Our septic tank wasn’t working and our crawl space was completely flooded with sewage. We called Servpro and they were there immediately. We had the privilege of working with 4 absolutely amazing team members…….Chris, iman, neveah, and the team lead Jesse. These four people worked extremely hard each and every day facing every possible hurdle that could possibly happen with a smile on their face assuring us that we were in good hands. We don’t know how 4 people can be so amazing when dealing with this kind of stuff everyday, but we couldn’t be happier what these people did for our family. I highly recommend these for people for any job big or small that anyone else has to deal with. Tony the project manager was also incredible keeping us informed every step of the way. I must say I have found Servpro to be efficient, thorough, punctual and dependable. Over the last 18 months I have had to call on Servpro numerous times for services Chris the supervisor and his team that included Kayla and one other member have come and consistently provided top tier Clea ING and sanitizing. Servpro's prices are fair, the staff are courteous, professional and really take care of business, I would never hesitate to recommend Servpro to any of my network based on how they have performed for me.

Called ServPro after an emergency sewer backup at the start of our week and workday morning. 3 Commercial bathrooms had the floor drains backup and caused a big mess. Within an hour or so a team from ServPro led by Jesse were dispatched and on the way to our location in Caledonia. Upon arrival the crew checked in and went right to work getting the placed cleaned, disinfected and sanitized for our protection. They brought in floor dryers, air purifiers, and de-humidifiers and more. Within a couple hours they had the placed ready to go! I appreciated Jesse's attention to detail and offering to leave the equipment running for 24 hours to ensure we were safe. The whole team was very professional, organized and worked really fast to get the restrooms opened up for the team. Could not be more pleased with the work they did! They have been added to our Vendor Emergency Call List should we have any type of cleanup or restoration in the future.

Brady and Chris worked with me on a water problem in our condo. Very good in communication and ideas to help us out were excellent. Highly recommend these guys to anyone.

Unfortunately, my basement had a sewage emergency. I contacted Servpro and 1 day later, I met with your Rep Nick Rossetti. He was proficient and very respectful. He explained everything that would happen to complete the job.

We had a terrible accident and had over 40000 gal of water come into our home. It was very devastating and stressful. The team at service pro did an excellent job putting us at ease. The service they provided was beyond excellent! Jesse and his team were very professional and did a great and thorough job. They were very neat and clean and always left everything clean and neat! Jesse was always pleasant and always knew what was going on, and so easy to work with.
Jesse, Kayla, Maddi, and Eman were the best! They were always on time..communicated great and were so hard working and went above and beyond...always! I’m so sorry it took so long for me to answer.
I could not have expected a better experience with a demolition process. I tried to get everything removed from the rooms before they came but could not manage it. They did the rest of the removal process with good cheer and asked my needs as the process continued. The crew were very non-intrusive yet right there to answer all my concerns and ready to be helpful at all times. They explained every procedure and were sooo polite. The noise normally expected in such a tear-down was so minimal I barely knew they were here and left everything tidy and clean. I have to say the experience was a pleasure and definitely not a disturbance in any way.

We used ServPro because of a flood in our basement. The first crew removed water and our destroyed property. The next crew worked to repair dry wall, carpeting, and other flood damage. Javier, the crew manager, was extremely professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to ensure we were satisfied with a quality job! We would highly recommend both divisions of this company.
