I would give 20 stars if possible. When looking for someone to fix a failing foundation it is one that you want to get right and have confidence in. Top Level is that company. Charles and his crew made me feel very comfortable with the job. Charles was very responsive and always communicating with me, where I never had to reach out to him. Customer service amazing. They arrived at 8AM and done by 1:30 and you would NEVER know they worked on the house. I would and do recommend them.

We were having issues with water entering our home and couldn't figure out the source. I described our issue to Top Level, and they didn't think it was a foundation issue, though they still took the time to come out and assess my home and help me diagnosis the problem at no cost. They offered reputable business and some DIY fixes that were minor but could make a huge difference down the road. This is a stand-up company, and I recommend them to all. 10/10.

We reached out to Top Level to stabilize a building we were tunneling under. I cant express enough how grateful I am for finding them. Price was fair, Work was completed with in quoted timeframe and price. They even went above and beyond the amount of piers they originally quoted, adding more and not charging extra.

Anytime we need a foundation crew, top level has earned our repeat business.

Top Level Foundation repair was the first company I reached out to, then got a few more estimates, but ultimately decided to hire Top Level for the job due to the competitive pricing and transparency.
Charles seems to truly care about his and his company's reputation, and he ensured I was 100% sastisfied with their work before taking payment. The crew was professional, efficient, and worked from morning till late afternoon to get the repair done in one day, including installation of surface drains. On top of that, the soil that was dug out was then placed around the rear perimeter of the house where the soil had washed away due to years of erosion caused by improper gutter drainage.
Before the work was done, there was a visible and significant gap in the bricks on the side of the house. After the work was completed, the gap was fully closed.
Also something to note is that they used hybrid piers, and Charles did not push for unnecessary additional "fixes," such as root barriers, as it turns out the live oak trees were not the "root" of the foundation problems, but rather poor gutter drainage and subsequent soil erosion over the last 10+ years. Based on my experience before, during, and after working with Top Level, I'm confident the foundation work will be long lasting, and should I have any issues come up, Charles will be there to answer my questions. I 10/10 Recommend Top Level.

Charles and the team were great. They came out and got the work done within a day. The crew is hard working, and does a great job. They had to jack hammer through some stamped concrete, and the repair work was great. They even matched the indentations in the repairs. Heaven forbid I need foundation work again, but if I do, I’ll use these guys.

Great experience! I saw some emerging foundation issues and Charles from Top Level came out right away after I submitted a firm on the website, was super courteous, and did a thorough inspection of my house. He pointed out areas where there was visible issues and helped me realize that I’m still under warranty with my builder when he could’ve easily pushed to do work himself. I’ll absolutely use Top Level to advocate if I need some backup with the builder!

I had Mr Woods come out for an estimate on foundation work for our house. He was meticulous in his measurements and explained in detail what needed to be done. I was thankful that the cost was much less than I expected. When he and the crew arrived they found a problem we did not know about and they got it fixed as well. Top Level Foundation was incredible. I almost did not believe all of the great reviews they had, but I found out for myself how awesome they are. I am a first time homeowner and I was super concerned when I saw cracks in my brick. I was very nervous I was going to spend an astronomical amount of money to have it fixed. I called a few foundation companies and got a 2 week wait to get a quote, but I called Top Level and Mr. Woods came and gave me a quote the same day I called! He was extremely knowledgeable and professional. The best part the quote was very affordable. I even got a second opinion and my second quote was way more expensive for a similar amount of work, so I knew Mr. Woods knew how to fix my foundation, and he was honest in the price. The day Top Level came, they were 5 minutes early and got to work right away. Mr. Woods came to supervise and kept me up to date on the progress. They were quick and efficient, and they cleaned up my yard better than they found it. The last amazing part, Mr. Woods worked with me on my payment. I cannot say enough about how great Top Level was. I would 1000% recommend them, especially if you are in the north Dallas/ Frisco area.

Charles came out on a weekend to quote me on a small project. That led to a deep conversation regarding my foundation with some issues he discovered. He was helpful, honest and very communicative on what was happening. I decided to fact check him with a 3rd party structural engineer and everything Top Level Foundation (Charles) said was correct.

I am happy I called him out despite the fact we discovered some additional issues. I ended up saving my house's foundation before it became a severe issue and required a much more expensive fix down the road. His crew was on time, fast, respectful and gentle on my homes foundation. They left my home just as clean as when they first arrived. They also built up the ground around my foundation to help with future runoff.

As far as pricing. I ended up installing hybrid steel - concrete piers. I received several quotes and all were higher than Top Level Foundations. Given their excellent reviews, I pulled the trigger with them. I couldn't be happier. Thank you for doing such an excellent job!

Charles and team did an excellent job to take care of the sinking foundation at one of my properties in the city of Little Elm.
Due to heavy rains and land shifting, there apparently was earth movement and soil erosion causing the driveway and front porch concrete slabs to sink down and create an uneven platform.
Charles’s crew did the digging, curing, fill up and soil seeding to make it look as expected in no time at a very reasonable price.
