I called Top Flight LLC and Eddie and his crew were able to prioritize my project and got the job done very quickly just in time to handle the incoming rain. The guys at Top Flight did a great job on our old house; new vents, gutters, flashing, edge and valley metal as well as patching the damage done by time and weather, and did a good job of cleaning up the site as well. I will recommend them to others.

I called Eddie while water was actively leaking into my office from a recessed light. He was able to get an estimate over to me fast and his crew was fixing our roof leak the next day. They even took to the time to take a look at the rest of our roof to make sure that we weren't going to encounter any other unforeseen problems in the near future.

I called Eddie at Top Flight on Wednesday 9/27 for an estimate on my roof. He came out the same day and inspected my roof ! He gave me a repair estimate plus a new roof estimate.
He was super friendly and professional. He gave me a folder with complete information about the services. Everything I needed to know to make my decision. No pressure to hurry.
The next day I requested a repair. He sent workers out. They arrived less than 2 hours of my request ! When my budget allows, they will be my first choice for a new roof.
They were considerate and professional. Eddie was in contact with me the entire time they were here. At the end of the job, he sent me photos of what was done. Unlike the last roofer, who did not do what was requested.
They did exactly what was promised.

Eddie / Top flight roofing was so great to work with. always answering my dumb questions and very accommodating to my complex not having an HOA. his team even helped us remove some old satellite dishes along with the old roof, no questions asked. very competitive pricing and incredible service, ill choose Top Flight again any day.

I had Top Flight redo the weather proofing on my sunroom roof in December 2022. I had them completely re-do the weather roofing as opposed to the option to repair a patch - I thought, well a 10 year warranty, may as well get it done right and not worry about it for ten years!

Well I was wrong! Three months later water was leaking through my roof and damaged my furniture, floor, and my pocket book. The hole was very big and two months later is still not patched. Dozens of emails and texts exchanged with the project coordinator and so many missed appointments - it really

The job and communication has been. They came out to redo the exterior roof but didn’t replace any of the rotten water logged roof boards and there is still a huge hole in my ceiling. I’m sad and frustrated about how much of my time and money has been wasted on a really bad job and all the dishonesty I have had to wade through.

Eddie and his team did a beautiful job. They were very thorough, friendly and hard working. We had a 20 year old roof that they replaced along with really rice updated venting. We happened to have this done during a gale force wind storm too! Eddie really stands by his work and cares that it is done well and reasonably. We loved the experience!

I have given alot of time for my issue to be fixed but being ignored is just not ok..I recently bought a house (december) and this company was hired to put a new roof on my house and garage.. they were paid alot of money and ruined a fence dividing my property from the neighbor and had promised to come fix it but then never showed up..ignored my calls and my text messages to then finally respond with a family emergency which I gave them time to deal with and contacted again a month later (march) to be told I was on the schedule to fix the following week and then Noone ever showed up and now it's 7 months later and still Noone has came to fix the problem or said a word to me about it...I guess it's what they like to do...ruin people's things collect all the money and walk away like nothing happened...I now have an enemy with my neighbor before I even moved in to my house and a broken fence that this company has chosen to ignore....very very unprofessional and will never do business with them again

Eddie and crew did a fantastic job in replacing our roof! He installed additional roof vents AND cleaned all gutters at no additional charge! I needn't have worried about cleanup after job completion! He left absolutely NO evidence of a complete roof tear off and replacement. There was no debris around our home of any kind! It should be noted, our roof was quite large. In addition, Top Flight gave us one of the most reasonable price estimates of those with whom we contacted. I did independent research and discovered their choice of roofing(Malarkey) was made in Oregon and came out on top of all other manufacturers. The crew did top notch work was receptive to by questions and completed the job on time,on budget,and was respectful of my property. Last week’s snow storm was so bad that I found water dripping in my kitchen ceiling. Scaring with no idea where the water came from, I called Eddy of Top Flight Roofing. He sent his team to my house in less than two hours. I was so surprised that they were so quick in responding to my call in such a snowstorm day! I cannot recommend this company enough! Not only did they come and provide an emergency repair on a late Saturday night due to the rain coming into our garage but also quoted the most reasonable price I've ever encountered! Working with Eddie was easy and straightforward. he had someone come provide the emergency repair and then personally came back with his team to reflash around our whole chimney to prevent this from happening again. He even quoted under what other roofing companies had quoted us recently. Our fault for sitting on the quote but somehow saved money by calling Top Flight in a pinch! I cannot recommend this company enough and encourage you to use them if you have any roofing needs. We need more honest, courteous, amazing teams like this in Portland!
