Adjuster meetings and dealing with the insurance company was all taken care of my the owner, leaving me to simply chose which shingle type and color I wanted. Insurance documents and the warranty atlas provides for the lifetime shingle were fully explained to me, leaving me feeling confident in my choice of roofing company. Work began on date previously scheduled and was completed a day earlier than expected. The crew members were respectful and upon job completion, I had a new roof that exceeded all expectation. During construction, if additional items such as rotten wood, etc. that would need replacing, I was notified beforehand so I knew what to expect upon job completion. I dreaded the process, as any home improvement tends to become stress very quickly, but the constant updates given, multiple payment options, for those with or without insurance, high deductibles, or those that simply need time to get funds together, made my experience with Top Dogg Roofing pleasurable. Terrence made me feel more like family than a customer, which was refreshing.
