Tom and his team of professionals recently completed an external house painting and renovation of our home. They provided great design, style and color suggestions along the way and were highly responsive. They really went the extra mile to make sure that all details were taken care of. Tom was truly a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend his services.

I spent time meeting with 4 contractors, one Sent me a quote and never left his kitchen, one met with me and gave me a lowball quote, the third one was competitive and on the ground, but just didn't seem interested. The Tom Saint crew came out, walked the house, pointing out what needed to be done and the quoted a bit higher. He wanted the work, he showed up when he said he would, he completed the work when he said he would and delivered better than we expected. Yes he's worth the time and money - consider me a Tom Saint Fan-Boy!

My experience with Tom Saints painting was fantastic. He showed up for our first meeting on time, he started right away and his company changed the look of my little old house into someplace I am proud to call home. They went above and beyond with details and every one of the workers were very kind and considerate. They cleaned up every time they came to work and it was a great experience. I hired Tom Saint in July of 2024 to sand and stain our front porch and large rear deck. The weather was a challenge throughout this project as the stain requires a couple days to dry properly. Tom didn't rush the project, waited for the correct time, and completed the project on budget and to my family's satisfaction. We would definitely use Tom and his crew again.

Starting our kitchen renovation, we met with a couple contractors. We had a design and we wanted to make sure the project was executed as designed. Tom came over with a whole team, electrician, flooring, carpenters, etc. to provide an accurate proposal. We felt he was the right Contractor on the spot. The price was exactly what we expected so we signed the Contract within a couple days. He kept us in the loop with the schedule and provided a daily update. Pretty easy to work with and his team is top notch. They took care of every challenge throughout the project. Extremely happy to know we have such a high quality contractor in town!

Tom and his team did a restoration on a stairway to our front porch. The team did an excellent job and blended it in perfectly with the existing porch posts and railings.

Tom's crew did an excellent job with a whole house exterior paint job. Clean, sand down to bare wood, prime and paint all woodwork, paint all doors and windows and replace some guttering (and resulting poor woodwork!). 10 solid days of work , the crew arrived early and worked solidly throughout. They were polite and responsive to requests (some extra finish work that we had not thought of before). In all a good experience and the results are everything we had hoped for.

Last spring as COVID had changed the way we work, we decided to do a massive remodel on our home including a new office, fully gutted and remodeled master suite, new windows and doors throughout the house, refinished wood floors throughout, updated kitchen cabinetry, repaint the entire interior of the house, new lighting and remodeled fireplace. Last spring was nuts for trying to find a quality contractor. Tom Saint responded within hours of my inquiry and from that date forward he showed up when he said he would and on time. We never once - never once - were left wondering where a contractor was or when he would arrive. Tom is busy. But he runs his business like clockwork. His subs are professional, experienced and clean. At the end of the day they always cleaned up after themselves so that the house was livable each night. His contractors went out of their way to ensure that we remained comfortable in our home during a remodel that took approximately five months. Tom warned us that we might hate him and he might hate us by the time this was over. And while occasionally there would be stress, the whole process was good because Tom is transparent in his communications. He actually wants to make the customer happy and he does not get flustered when things do not go as anticipated. His workers respect him and he respects them. I really could not believe what a professional process this was. I had never met Tom before this project and the only reviews I had seen were those presented online. Let me tell you, I will recommend Tom to anyone without hesitation. His prices are fair for the very high quality work that he performs. We never felt gouged and we always felt like Tom was treating us fairly. He really is super to work with. Lastly, he has a background in interior design which was the final selling point for us. Tom came with ideas and helped us implement our vision. We joked that the house should be "magazine worthy" when it was finished and Tom would ask "is that magazine worthy for you?" when making a recommendation. The finished product is stunning and we will love this house until the next remodel in 25 years.

Tom Saint and his crew did an amazing job renovating our entire house. We had a pipe burst which cause a lot of damage and Tom was able to restore the house to better than before. He gave us practical and cost conscious options and made some really great suggestions about design and features. Tom and his crew restored our hardwood floors, gutted and rebuilt the kitchen, dealt with plumbing and electrical, and painted the walls and trim among several other things. We are so happy with the final result – it looks extremely high quality, professional, and modern! Tom was a pleasure to work with. We found him to be an extremely patient, responsive, and communicative. He was on-site frequently and very easy to reach. I don't think Tom ever let more than an hour go by in responding to a call or txt message – usually it was closer to 5 minutes which really speaks to his level of customer service. His whole crew was very friendly, knowledgeable, and fast working. I highly recommend Tom and would definitely work with him again in the future.

We recently used Tom and his team to help remodel our master bathroom as well as paint our upstairs rooms/hallway and transform all the cherry wood trim and doors to a more modern lighter white. Tom was great about giving ideas on colors and what to do which is so helpful as I can't always envision things. We are beyond thrilled with the end product! Tom's team is very professional, courteous, and makes sure everything is done right and to your liking. After they finished painting our sons' room his team put all the furniture back and even made their beds, how sweet/thoughtful... talk about going the extra mile!

Excellent work! Tom priced the job of painting, prepping walls, and removing/hanging new wallpaper. They started right away, worked cleanly and quickly and didn’t leave the job until the wallpaper was just right. I love the improvements on my home, and am very happy with quality of work. Highly recommend!

Tom Saint and his team are the definition of professional experts in their field. In addition to their amazing craftsmanship when restoring the exterior of my home - power washing, sanding, replacing rotting wood, and so much more before even getting to painting (!!!) - they were efficient and responsive in all of my questions, educating me on everything that was taking place.

I hired Tom to do a kitchen update in my home in Danbury -- repainting the cabinets and changing the countertops and backsplash, and re paint the whole first floor and upstairs hallway. It is rare these days to find a contractor who does exactly what they say they will do, for the price they say it will cost and in the time they said it would take. But Tom did all three! My kitchen looks like I spent 4x the amount of money that I actually did! Tom and his crew were extremely professional and expert in each of their fields. An additional bonus with Tom is that with his years of experience in the fashion industry, he has a great eye and gives great direction on colors and other interior design decisions. I would not hesitate to hire Tom to do additional projects in my home.

I have used Tom now for two projects- first painting our kitchen cabinets and new backsplash, and just recently he painted a few rooms of our home. He is very responsive and always available. He helped me pick colors and was comfortable sharing his design ideas and suggestions. The guys he works with are polite and do great work. Tom even touched up some chips on our cabinets (that were painted two years ago) without me asking! I will continue to use Tom for future projects...

I had a bedroom in my house that needed some drywall repair and a full repainting. I was going to do it myself, but found I just didn't have the energy like I used to. I found Tom online under "drywall repair" and called him. I received a prompt response, and then I sent him photos of the job.
He gave me a reasonable quote for the job, and was able to send two of his crew over the NEXT day. His workers were great, very nice and neat, and they completed the whole job in ONE day. They did a great job. Tom gave me very personable attention even though this was a relatively small job compared to what he normally does. I highly recommend his company for your "home work".

Had a great experience with Tom Saint Painting. He refinished and repaired my wood floors, painted the entire interior of my two story colonial, painted my kitchen cabinets and installed wainscoting in the dining and foyer area. When Tom came to discuss the project, he provided me with ideas to refresh the look of my house in a way I could immediately understand and get excited about. Then he followed up promptly with a proposal, and I was underway very quickly. Throughout the process, Tom was very accessible by phone/text so questions were answered immediately which made the coordination between the two phases of the project - floors then painting- much easier. The crews that worked both parts of the project were wonderful - professional, polite and attentive, not to mention skilled and neat! We are thrilled with the results of Tom's work, and I highly, highly recommend him to others!

Tom painted seven interior rooms in our new house, took down wallpaper, patched large holes, and finished a ceiling. His service was outstanding! He went above and beyond to work with our schedule, even coming out to our property on a Sunday morning for an estimate. His work ethic and color expertise make him one in a million.
