I hired Todd to paint the interior of my home, I was excited as he was able to match all my color schemes.

We have a small back porch/deck that was in need of restaining. We got four quotes from different painters in the Charlottesville area. Todd's was by far the best price, and even better, he did excellent work. He used the stain we provided and gave us a guarantee on his work. We plan to go back to him over the next couple of years for more painting-related jobs as we need.

AMAZING PERFECT JOB AT GOOD PRICE. After getting a variety of quotes from different contractors, some of which were eye popping high, I met with Todd and he gave a very reasonable estimate. I decided to go with him and he, and his crew, did an amazing job. Prompt, professional, excellent work, flexible (there was some pre existing damage around a window that they helped me fix). They were clean, orderly, and basically perfect in every way. I could not imaging a better experience.

Todd and his crew did an amazing job doing the whole inside job on my 975 sqft home. It was a lot of work from trim, patching, pairing etc. Todd kept his word and got it done for me when he said he would and the quality of the work was amazing. Todd and his crew were great-- we are so glad that we hired him for the job. He did fantastic work prepping and painting our basement family room, guest room, bathroom, and closet, and was always responsive via text or call whenever I had a question. When there were complications drywalling around some pipes, he went above and beyond to figure out a way to make an ugly situation look much better. He was also able to recommend a well-priced flooring contractor and had a member of his team do the electrical re-wiring, which was so helpful. Within a couple of weeks, we had a completely re-modeled basement that looks fantastic! We would highly recommend Todd.

We hired Todd Wells and his crew to paint the exterior of our place - a little cottage whose exterior trim and boards were starting to look rather haggard. From start to finish, I have only the best things to say about their work. Todd offered us a very fair price, and he communicated clearly about any further recommendations (e.g., replacing some rotten boards) and their extra costs. He also notified us about any and all delays, which were minimal and mostly due to cold weather. The crew worked for hours on end for several days, beginning on Thanksgiving Day because it had warmed up. They were thorough in pressure washing, priming, painting, and cleaning up, and they even showed up to do some complimentary pressure washing of the fence and mailbox after we had already paid for their services. All spruced up by this much-needed paint job, the cottage looks lovely! I now know who to turn to -- and recommend to anyone else who may be looking -- for future painting services.

I made an appointment to have an estimate on 11/22 right after 4. It was almost 5 and no one showed up so I texted asking if he was still coming and it turned into after 7 pm. I accepted but no one still showed up by 8:30 pm. I texted again asking if someone was coming and it turned into that he could not make it until Saturday or Sunday. I’m disappointed that some businesses aren’t reliable. I was looking forward to working with this business because of the reviews. Hopefully this was one minor slip up and doesn’t happen with anyone else. I’ve decided to go with someone else since I need someone reliable.

Todd showed up early and stayed until the job was finished! Very professional work, neat and organized. Todd and his team took the time to prepare all surfaces for paint and cared for our home like it was his own. We hired him for inside painting and to power-wash our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the work! Quality work at Quality Rates! If you're in the market for some home improvement work...Todd should be first on your list!

I had Todd,s painting to do the interior of my home the work was very professional and the work was beautiful. Very clean everything was picked up and put back in place. And the price i got was very reasonable and i would highly recommend them.

I talk to Todd on the phone I was told to text him my address and that he would be at my home that Monday evening and we would discuss everything then . Monday came he call me earl that morning I couldn’t answer the phone he then text me and told me that because I didn’t answer he was elsewhere I inform him that the agreement was he was suppose to come that even after I told him to not worry about it he then told me he would be could come at 5:00 the same day .... we’ll guess what he never show up but he did send a text say how about tomorrow at the same time smh . I feel you should always be professional and do what you say you are going to do.

Todd's painting team did a great job painting inside the North Garden Firehouse. They applied several coats of paint to cinderblock walls, steel trusses and decking steel that had not been painted for over 20 years. They also painted the doors and trim work. Todd & his crew were amazing to work with. He/they were super eager to begin & got started much sooner than we expected. They had time & wanted to get us taken care of ASAP.
The work they did was outstanding and I have absolutely NO complaints about the work, service, or professionalism. They cleaned up nicely after the job & asked if it would be ok to leave some equipment at my house until another truck could come get it (which was the next day). They kept me posted about what they were doing and when they were doing it.
Leo & his crew were great while in my home. They were respectful when asking if they could listen to a soccer game via wifi, but were even more extatic when they realized I was watching the game on TV. Tilted my TV, turned the volume all the way up on the surround sound, and we all enjoyed the Real Madrid v Athletico soccer game. Great fun. Great work. Great guys. Had Todd come out and give me a estament. I agreed on the price his crew was out the next day. They did a great job so I had them come back and do some more painting. Most people I have tried to get to do any work say they will do it and then never show up or don't finish the work. Great job!
