We had a terrible experience with this company. Todd “fixed” a minor leak in our roof and guaranteed the work. After the next rain storm it was clear that the leak was worse, not better. Todd promised to send someone to fix the work within the week. Over a month passed and despite our repeated pleas, no one came. The leak is significantly worse now and we have serious and permanent ceiling damage and are developing mold because of this charlatan. Had the issue been fixed when we first identified it or within a month after the problem recurred, we would not be facing costly and extensive repairs. Avoid this business at all costs.

He might be a good roofer but he is impossible to get in touch with. He does not pick up his phone and never calls back.

After leaving a few messages and hearing nothing, I arrived home today to find him already up on our roof caulking things -- without scheduling work, talking to me about options, asking me about any of it, or EVER having a single conversation with me at all. I'm not at all comfortable with that.

I would strongly suggest in the most emphatic terms that you find another roofer for the job. At least one who calls you back and sets an appointment before showing up on your house and doing stuff to it.
