Contacting Matt’s Geneva Cleaning for my house was as easy as it gets. I spoke to Matt who made time right away after I send him a text. He was professional, knowledgeable, and focused on helping over being pushy for a sale. We FaceTimed to be able to get a quote which was provided with same day. I was able to get scheduled right away after accepting the estimate.

Day of service - Marty and Pablo came out and were respectful of the property. They provided the right service to actually clean our vents, not just blow things around to collect cash.

Matt's Geneva Clean sent two guys to clean my lint piping to dryer from inside the house, through the garage attic and out the roof. They were kind, knowledgeable and time efficient. About 75 min for the entire job. Their work made me want to dry some clothes! They were great! Price was fair.

Such a relief to get our dryer vent cleaned. It was hard to access so we could not DIY. And it really was dangerous! Matt took before and after pictures to show how badly the vent needed cleaning. Matt Geneva Clean came to clean my Vent Dryer and they were very professional all cleaned up including the areas where they walk through. Marty was very prompt to get this task done asap. They know their stuff, communicate well and are good people.

Was able to set up appointment fast and the work was well done. Very friendly staff. My husband and I moved into a 30 year old house and the vents had never been clean, so for the amount of cleaning needed to be done it was well worth the cost.

My HOA hired this company to take care of all the condos in our building. The employees who handled the job were beyond professional, exceptionally polite, and very mindful of my home. They even made extra sure to watch for my pets every time they came in and out. I was very impressed with their demeanor and the work they did.

Bad service. Overcharged vs what I was quoted and even after they recognized the mistake, owner didn't apologize and corrected the error. He tried to convince me after claiming difference came from taxes (but taxes were charged separately). He had poor listening, patience and customer service skills. They charged almost 3x what ABT quoted and put parts we didn't need because we were getting new dryer next day (then removed after I denied paying for it but still charged for time to install and uninstall). They didn't apologize nor made any effort to resolve the issue. Won't definitely recommend

First, I compared three companies prior to choosing MGC. I found MGC to be the best value for service provided. This was our first duct cleaning. His crew of three arrived on time and did a very thorough job. They protected floor surfaces & corners in our home disassembled all vents prior to cleaning (no short cuts) and completely cleaned up at the conclusion of the work. The finished price was exactly as quoted. In addition to the HVAC ducts, he offered to do the dryer duct as well. I know the danger of a house fire from a clogged dryer vent/duct so I agreed to that also. They even cleaned behind the dryer, and neatly reassembled everything. At the conclusion of the work, I was shown photos and even video of some of the significant sections of duct work cleaned. My wife and I were very happy with the job, and his crew were all friendly & hard workers. We 100% recommend Matt's Geneva Clean!

My folks have owned their home since 1985, and never had their duct work cleaned. This past winter there was an ice storm, I lost electricity and had to stay back at my parents house in my childhood bedroom; I woke up sneezing and felt like there was just dust blowing out of the register, which is not surprising after 37 years, three kids, home, renovations, dogs, etc. My mom did not have allergies before, but was exhibiting symptoms as well, so we opted to have the ductwork cleaned. So glad we did. She said she no longer wakes up gasping, sneezing or with a horse voice; walking in from outside I can totally breathe the difference.
Not only did they find tons of dust, a gigantic chunk of plaster, but also a detached duct was hidden behind the ceiling tiles in the basement, who would’ve known!

Had dryer vent cleaned. He showed me how to clean inside dryer by just unscrewing some screws and vacuuming. I never had any previous cleaners suggest I do that. I originally gave 5 stars but then I realized my dryer was running downstairs. He forgot to turn it off or tell me too. But the biggest thing is I unscrewed back of dryer like he suggested and now it doesn’t line up and I don’t know what to do. I have tried for an hour and can’t do it. Now I can’t use my dryer. Hopefully I can fix it tomorrow otherwise I’m going to have to hire someone which makes this one heck of an expensive dryer vent cleaning. One thing’s for sure, I’m never doing that again.

Well it only requires service because the drum needs to be screwed back in after I unscrewed the back like I was told to do. Now it doesn’t line up to screw back in and impossible for me to line it up by myself. I am air drying everything for probably a very long time, because this isn’t in my budget to fix. I have never had a previous vent cleaner tell me to do that before. Probably because it’s a bad idea. To say it requires service in addition to vent cleaning is really an unfortunate response that doesn’t address the issue at all. No response at all would have been better than that invalidating response.

These guys were great. Parts of our house are 100+ yrs old and so there was a lot of stuff to clean out. Systems all running much better than they were before the cleaning.

Tobius came out and he was the most professional work man that has ever come to our house. He explained everything in detail about what he was gonna do and after he did it he explained what he fixed and recommendations going forward. Super nice guy super professional he’s my vent guy forever now

My wife and I discovered cigarette smell in our walls after a couple of months living in our new house. We decided to clean the ducts as one of our first steps to have a fresh start on that at least. I gave them a call and was pleasantly surprised to talk directly with Matt. He was able to come out the next day and give an estimate. They were booked a couple weeks out which wasn't a big deal, but just be aware it might be a few weeks to get on the schedule.

On the day of the cleaning, Tobias and Guy showed up early in the morning ready to go. They were both super friendly and laid out the plan for cleaning. I have absolutely no basis for how long duct cleaning should take, but they were in and out before noon which I thought was great. They cleaned up and sanitized everything before they walked me through their work. Everything looked great.

I would absolutely recommend these guys. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and informative and I'm more than satisfied with the job they did.
