The owner of this company and I have been friends since childhood. This past weekend I was in WI for an event and learned my Mother-in-law’s satellite wasn’t working. American Satellite is the best place to call for Dish service, I had specific questions that the 800 number had no Idea how to answer. I went to see Dustin and he told me everything I needed to know and then some, he is a true professional. I'm so glad there is a local family owned business that will actually provide service and support. Anytime you have questions they are a phone call away, skip the 800 numbers and call the experts!!

Dustin is a true professional. He installed a Dish System for us this week. He is very courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the different options and the associated costs. He arrived at the scheduled time, installed the system including the dish on our roof in less than 2 hours. Once installed, explained all of the features (there's a lot them!) in non-technical terms. From beginning to end, a very pleasant experience.

Fast, Friendly and on time... These are the things I look for in service. Not only did I get Quality service, I had my package deals thoroughly explain to me so I can make the best choice for my needs. I only had problems one time and they came directly to my house and it was nothing to do with the dish it had to do with my internet service not coming in properly and they fix the issue anyways. I would highly recommend them to anybody.

We wanted to switch from Direct tv to Dish after talking to Dustin. He showed me all the advantages of Dish and features. We wanted to use a local company so that if we had any issues there would be a local contact person.
After installing the system we had an issue with our router and the network on our property. Dustin was great. He solved the problem that didn't have anything to do with his systems. I'd highly recommend Dustin. Great product and first class service!

Dustin is a very caring young man that whenever he can help you he does. He had made sure that my equipment worked properly before he left my home and he also explain the different things about my dish equipment package. One day, one of my remote controls and I weren't seeing eye to eye and I just wanted to launch it out the window. After explaining to him what the remote wasn't doing for me, he had stepped me through the process of what I should have done and now it the remote and I are friends. So if you ever need help with you satellite equipment he is WONDERFUL. Thank-you Dustin.

Although I scheduled my appointment for Direct TV from Direct TV three weeks prior to my move the day of installation was a nightmare resulting in the technician telling me he could not install service. We called Dustin with American Satellite and he was at our new residence within the hour. Even better, he had service installed and running in an hour!!! A++++ customer service. A++++ in performance of installation/clean up. A++++ because he is overall a wonderful person who cares about his customers. I will forever be a customer of Dustin and American Satellite and have recommended him to others on my social media pages if they have a move coming up.
