Our house needed serious updating. It turned out to have several flaws in the initial craftsmanship. They were very good at correcting the flaws and giving us an excellent looking siding job!

We had had it with birds creating holes in our cedar siding. Sierra came out and helped us make our home maintenance free and beautiful. They were professional and communicated with us every step of the way!

We totally recommend Sierra Exteriors for a new roof! They were great right from the start, with contacting the insurance company to making things happen! Our insurance unfortunately denied us, but we still ended up with a new roof because of their “Free roofs for Veterans” program that they just started. We want to thank them for giving back to Veterans and for not giving up on us ❤️

I called Sierra Exteriors on Thursday explaining my damaged siding issue. They came out that afternoon to give me an estimate. They finished the work the next day, Friday! I am so happy with this entire process! They did great work along with great customer service!

I am very pleased with the work done by sierra. Maria would keep me apprised about the schedule so the work ran smoothly and to top it off my house looks new even though it just turned 100 last year.

Sierra Exteriors did a really nice job replacing a long strip of fascia along the peaked side of our roof. They were quick to reply to my inquiry about the job, they offered a very fair price, and completed the job shortly thereafter. I would definitely work with them again.

Sierra Exteriors was great to work with and did a beautiful job on our home. We had a big project for them as we did windows, siding, roof and doors and they confidently handled all of it. Maria made the process essentially seamless- bringing over samples that we were interested in, coming back with quotes, and fast replies/phone calls, even fitting us into the crew schedule sooner than expected. She did a throughout job with expectations and recommendations! The crew was fast and effective, getting it all done in a single morning/early afternoon (from dropping off supplies to clean up). Great service! They installed a gutter on our pole building and it looks fantastic! They cleaned up afterwards and did not even disturb the flower bed underneath! Will definitely call them again.

I was shopping, an a lady dropped her gatorade. I helped pick it up an carries it to the check outs. She was a worker from Sierra. I checked out an walked out with her. Due to the storms in our area, there was lots of damage an work being done to the entire city. I asked if they could come look at my house. 2 hours later they were there. Assessed the damage, an took the pics an write up to there main office. 2 days later they came back out, with the manager- Maria, took more pictures, an called my insurance, sent them a report an pictures. My insurance agreed to the damage an paid out for the damage. Sierra, within 2 weeks we're here, fixed the damage. The roofers, very kind an responsive. Thank you, for a great job. South Milwaukee, WI was hit by hail storm last May 7 2024. I was informed that my roof, gutters and siding were damaged. They helped me to file a claim to my insurance
Their crew did an excellent job, now my house looks a lot better than it was built 1983 with many selections of colors that match the roof, gutters and siding. Although my insurance only covers the affected side of the siding they gave me very reasonable price to replace the whole siding of my house.

If there was 10 stars it would be 11. From start to finish the experience was awesome. You’ll get communication every step of the way, Maria is the best. If you want 1, or 10 samples, they will get you them. The whole crew is very professional and polite. The team showed up promptly at 6am and was working by 6:02am, which we approved, due to high heat coming later in the day. They will however, work with what time works with you. We couldn’t be happier with the results.

We suffered severe hail damage May 7, 2024. Sierra Exteriors went above and beyond our expectations to document all of the damage we incurred. They gave our insurance company a very detailed report when giving us a free estimate. They worked very well with our insurance company to get the funds to complete the work. They replaced our roof, facia, gutters, downspouts and all of our exterior siding. They even replaced our shed roof and added a drip edge that we did not have previously. They used Owens Corning Shingles and we went from aluminum siding to James Hardy Plank siding. The workmanship was excellent!!!! All of their staff was very qualified and friendly. They were always available to answer our questions through out the process. Our 33 year old house looks like a new build now. They did a double tear-off and shingled our home in one day. The siding application was top notch!! Not a day goes by that someone in our neighborhood doesn't stop by and say what a beautiful house!! Who did your work? We proudly say SIERRA EXPERIORS !!!

I can’t say enough about this company and the team they have. They approached me about the hail damage in my area and gave me a free estimate. When my insurance company came out Max hopped right on the roof with him…..Max even took the leaf blower to get all the leaves and debris off so nothing was missed to get approval from my insurance. 7 hours to tear off 3 layers of old shingles prep the roofs for barrier and lay the new shingles! My new roofs look stunning with the new gutters and fascia’s! Best in class. Thanks guys!!!

Sierra replaced my roof on March 28, 2024. They did an excellent job and were quite efficient. They were very conscientious about cleaning up. Maria coordinated and was constantly available. María was incredibly helpful in guiding me through the process of filing an insurance claim and coordinating the replacement of my roof. The Sierra crew arrived promptly on the agreed-upon day and took the time to cover items to prevent damage from debris during the tear-off process. María kept me updated throughout the entire process until the job was completed. Overall, I am very satisfied with the speed and appearance of my new roof.

There was a big hailstorm. It damaged everything. I'd never had extreme weather damage to a house. I didn't know what to do, and everything seemed so expensive, even with insurance. Folks at Sierra helped me navigate the insurance process, and even navigate what to do with other contracting companies while I was considering and getting estimates. They worked quickly, and they worked to our advantage. My whole neighborhood got hit by the hailstorm and I may have had the first new roof on my block. They gave me beautiful options to work with across a budgetary range. Not only did they show up on time and do what they said they were going to do, but when I told them I wanted warning that they would be on our property (I'm from the country and don't like surprises), they made sure to give it, and I was never surprised by guests or loud noises. When the weather was too bad for work in the winter, they gave me scheduling updates to the best of their ability. They care about doing what's right for your house, and they notice the little things. There was once a deck on my house, and we'd taken it off, and there was some of the house showing under where that siding had been once. We'd had to cover it up with expanding foam. It's all covered up and new looking now, no mice or plants or rain to worry about getting in. Right after they redid our gutters, an ice storm came and the ice fell from the roof and bent one of the downspout hinge-kicker things in half. They noticed and unbent it. When they took some of the cable and phone connections off the back of the house to redo the siding, they paid attention to what was current and needed, and put things back in place safely and carefully. Maria deserves a special shout-out for doing such good communications with me, day-in and day-out. She cared about how I felt. She even noticed what kind of person I am - I don't like advertising. Unlike other contractors, she asked permission before putting up a yard sign. I'd said no at the time, but I might reconsider my stance, because Sierra Exteriors is honest, too. When they had extra materials from siding the house and it looked like maybe they could put some of that siding on the garage, they told us about the idea right away, and it saved us money, and fewer materials were wasted, and the project was completed sooner! Our house, roof, and garage look amazing now. I feel like it could be in a painting, or a magazine, or it could go on the market, if we wanted, but it's so beautiful now and we get to live here. I'm wary about working with contractors, but I trust Sierra Exteriors.

Maria came to my door and asked if I was interested in looking into filing an insurance claim for a new roof, due to a terrible hail storm we had a few months prior. I knew my roof only had a few good years left so this was perfect timing! Maria and her team took pictures and worked with my insurance to get everything filed and approved and processed quickly. For me, it was a breeze...they did it all! We chose the colors and the crew finished my roof, lickety-split. and I must say, it looks AMAZING. They did they exact same for my aunt and she is just as thrilled about her new roof. I was so impressed with the entire experience we both had, I HAD to Sierra Exteriors replace my gutters and gutter/leaf guards. Maria is so sweet and kind and professional. Her crew was delightful.
