From start the finish the process was seamless..Tyler provided drone pictures of my house, explained what he was going to do and explained the differences in products so that I could make the best decision for me..his crew was very professional. They showed up early everyday and worked ALL day! They had guys using the magnet rollers all day picking up the loose nails..they even laid tarps to catch any extra debris.. at the end of each day they left the job site as clean or cleaner than when they had arrived! I really love living in Lake City the customer service provided from our local vendors is top notch. The recent storm that hit Lake City had me questioning the impact to my roof. I called TMT Roofing they provided next day service to review the condition of my roof and make any repairs if required. Now a days it's hard to get any company to complete an inspection they did just that and provided friendly 24 hour service with a smile. I know without question which company I will call when my roof singles require replacement.

I requested quotes from four different local roofing companies, TMT came in $15K-30K less. Alyssa was very helpful about the whole process and making sure we had the right permits. The workers were fast, professional, and cleaned up each day. They even had a gentleman come by after our metal roof was done to make sure there was no debris left on our property. They installed my roof very quickly and at a great price! The whole process went very smoothly and they did a great job.

We had a new metal roof installed by TMT. Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Either Darrell or Tyler came by every day to check on employees and to ask if we had any questions or concerns. With a metal roof, almost every piece has to be individually cut which takes longer than a standard shingle roof. Even with the thunderstorms in our area to they were pretty much on schedule. We were in and out while workers were here, never a trust issue, they cleaned up everyday before leaving, blew off porchs, no debris left behind. After completion, the yard was gone over with a metal detector making sure no nails, screws or small pieces of metal was left behind. If you are looking for a professional, courteous and hard working roofing contractor, we highly recommend TMT.

These people are beyond amazing. My son's roof had been leaking to the point of wetting his electronics inside the master bedroom. I called every roofing company within a 75 mile radius and TMT prices were over $10 thsd less than the others. They done all the paperwork for me as I was out of state, they got me on there schedule within days, I was quoted 5 days for completion, they finished in less than 3. They left no mess. The only way I even knew they had been there was by looking at the beautiful new roof. There customer service was amazing. I was kept up to date on everything. I can not say enough good things about this company. In my opinion if you use anyone else your just throwing your money away.

I got three estimates for the roof. TMT was the highest, however
the other two companies ghosted me. I was paying cash, you
think the other companies would want the money right? Anyway,
it was a pleasure to do business with TMT. The job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The office always advised me of any
rain delay or other delays. There were a couple. If I had to do
it over, I would still pay the extra money. The County Inspector
liked the roof. That made me happy. I would give them 5 stars but they were the most expensive.

TMT Roofing installed 5 ridge vents on my roof due to a humidity problem in my attic. They did a great job and cleaned everything up after completion. They also kept me apprised along the way as the project progressed. Their receptionist was also very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this business to anyone. It was a very positive experience. They do business the way it should be done…very professionally.

It was time to replace my roof and I had recently suffered some shingle damage from High-winds, TMT came right out and did an inspection and got right back to me with a quote. They gave me a start date, but to my surprise they were able to start the job Even sooner than projected, everything went smoothly, and they had the whole project wrapped up in just a few days. The new roof looks amazing and they were able to correct some original problems and make improvements. They also cleaned up all the old debris and no nails or scraps laying around the yard. Overall, very happy with this roofing company and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof replacement !

Every day after the workers finished, they cleaned up the entire yard. There was very little debris anywhere in the yard each day. Tyler explained every step and answered all our questions. We had a great experience with TMT Roofing, LLC. We received 3 quotes to replace our entire roof. TMT was very quick to respond and they were very competitive. Tyler arrived for our appointment promptly. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained the entire process. Communication with Tyler, Alyssa and Madison was excellent. Any questions we had were promptly answered and we received all of our documents via email. When our project was delayed due to Hurricane Ian, they were quick to get back on schedule.
The crew; Yosbin, Agdani, Benjamin and Elmer were amazing. As we have a steep roof, they worked long hours and it took them no time to complete the job. They cleaned up every day before leaving and on the last day they ensured our property was debris free.

I had a couple roof-relate repairs: damage to a 6ft portion of soffit that needed to be replaced and another area of soffit that appeared open that would allow for "critters" to access my attic area. Not a job I wanted to do on my 9/12 pitch roof.
TMT actually came to my house to look at these areas and within a couple days, gave me an estimate. Most importantly to me, TMT did not rely on satellite imagery of my home to provide this estimate. And, they kept me up to date when TS/Hurrican Ian passed through this area, which caused a slight change in the scheduled date of repair. The repairs were completed in a day, with a few additional items to help with water flow, all within the estimated budget. Overall, a very professional job from beginning to end. I would highly recommend this business.

Before the job, Tyler explained what was needed, the estimate, and the number of days needed. He talked me through picking out the right shingles for our home -- down to the color of the shingles. He communicated with me each day, always was professional and responsive. I got quotes from 3 different outfits, and TMT Roofing was the most competitive. The crew came on time and worked steadily until around 6 pm, even working through light rain one afternoon. Clean-up at the end of job was excellent.

In 2020 I had seen a previous job they did to another home we lived in. I saved their information just in case. Almost a month ago we purchased a home and it needed a new roof. I received a few quotes from other companies but I remembered TMT Roofing and decided to contact them. They gave us a much better quote. We arranged to have it done with them.

Found out upon inspection of a newly closed upon home that the roof was at the end of its service life. TMT roofing provided a professional (not just jotted down on a piece of paper), quick, and reasonably priced quote. After speaking with Tyler, and meeting with his father to discuss payment and shingle color options, I was on their schedule. I received a phone call within a few days saying that I had been bumped up in the schedule and they could start work that day. Talk about quick service! 4 days on site, and the old roof was gone and the new one installed. The price on the quote was not exceeded. Also, being new to north central Florida, Tyler has helped me out by providing me with a few contractor contacts for other things that needed attention in the home. TMT was an absolute pleasure to work with. If we ever need any other roofing services performed, they will be the first company we call!

We received multiple quotes to re-roof an older home we had just purchased and TMT was by far the most responsive and most competitive. They were also the only company we found willing to replace our soffits and fascia as well which was a big priority for us. While re-roofing during this time was difficult due to nationwide supply shortages, TMT kept us informed every step of the way with any delays they anticipated and were quick to answer any questions we had. On the week of the project their crew was timely and efficient and they completed the entire project in no time. We have dealt with many vendors who had extremely poor communication and little to no customer-service skills. We were very grateful that TMT was the opposite. We would easily recommend them to friends and family for roofing needs.

I highly recommend TMT Roofing! They did an amazing job! They provided a reasonable estimate, showed up when they said they would and stuck to their original estimate. Their workers were all very professional and did a fantastic job cleaning up!!

I was in the market for a new roof on my Gainesville home and interviewed 3 different companies. I decided to go with TMT Roofing because after speaking with Tyler and reviewing the estimate he gave me, I had a good feeling. I had seen some of the work they had done on both commercial and residential jobs and liked what I saw. Once I signed the contract, they immediately applied for the permit. Tyler kept me up to date on the actual start date because it was a tentative date (with all the rain we have in Florida, you just never know). They were only off by a few days. Each day, the workers showed up by 8:00 am (close to 7:30 am) and would work through the 90 degree weather and stay until sundown (after 8:00 pm) each night. They were all very friendly and kept the job site very clean. I have not found a roofing nail yet!! The best part about this company is the fact that throughout the entire process of replacing the roof, they would communicate with me via photos (phone calls too). As they were ripping off the roof and finding various areas of water damage due to overhanging trees, the foreman would take pictures and upload them to a photo app that was shared between me (the homeowner), Tyler (salesman) and the foreman. I was able to ask questions via the app as well as call Tyler asking what steps needed to be taken next. This really was beneficial for me. I was not able to be home during the day but I felt that I was notified of various things through the entire process and could actually see what was going on and what needed to be done. Once they fixed the problem areas, they would take pictures showing the completed work. The price of the replacing my roof was not the cheapest but rather a fair price and priced in the median range compared to other quotes I received. Getting the quote only took a few days which was a good indication to me (other companies took up to two weeks to come out an inspect my roof). I definitely recommend TMT Roofing and would most definitely use them again! The roof looks great and my neighbors have even commented on both the look of the roof and the work ethic of those who did the work! :) I also enjoyed the drone view of the roof once it was completed.
