This morning Johnny and Keith performed a fantastic job in our home central air conditioning ducts.Let me explain ; they called us on their way here and arrived on time .That’s what we call , courtesy..
After verifying the job ahead , immediately no wasting time they start positioning their equipment .Working as a team they proceed to vacuum, clean and disinfect the intakes, air ducts and all the vent grills.
This team work none stop, we , wife and I couldn’t believe it.When finish there were no messes, no spills ,the furniture back in place and they vacuumed the respective areas.

Keith and Johnny did a great job we had a lot of mold and dust bunnies built up that the land lord did not want to get rid of. friendly expert and cleaned up after wards.

After storms our roof was leaking and damaging indoor walls. Just as soon as the rain stopped they were out here tarping it for us. After that Greg Beckman came out and took over everything for us. They removed the damaged walls, got us an awesome roofer, and, had the walls rebuilt and repainted. The final cost was just as they quoted and no overages. Can not express how easy they made it. Thank you sooooo much

No surprise this company has well over a hundred 5 star reviews. I would give them 10 at least. I have two old outbuildings full of heavy junk and dirt, which are now pristine. Brian and Johnny were great! The fee for this job was worth every penny! I an a super happy camper!!!

Keith and Johnny were very professional and accommodating when they cleaned the carpets in the office. They were both very friendly and they worked very diligently.

I can't say enough good things about this company and the people that came and cleaned our house after a kitchen fire. Bobbie and her husband and Johnny went above and beyond cleaning everything! Every room, nook and cranny was cleaned! The duct work was cleaned, carpet and upholstery cleaned!! I don't know what we would have done without them. Once again, thank you doesn't seem enough. I recommend them tenfold!!

Initially I gave the mitigation team a 5-star review. I now revoke the 5-star and change it to a 2-star. A bedroom closet was overlooked and added later, they took 2 rugs that had been affected to clean & store along with a baseboard (at no charge). All of this was great - but then later when I went to retrieve these items, they claimed to not have taken the baseboard and told me "it's 2 against 1". (the 2 guys said they didn't remember and I said they took it).

The restoration team is a 1-star rating. They admittedly tried shortcutting the initial estimation causing a delay. I was told I "fell through the cracks" because they were "so busy from all the hurricanes in the area". I experienced no communication, confused communication, delayed communication, finger pointing and almost temper tantrums throughout this process. I requested a quote to replace flooring in my entire home, which I never received. After getting several quotes from other flooring companies in the area, Servpro Repairs were double the price.

I will always wonder if they conveniently loss/discarded my baseboard because I didn't use them for repairs.

This review is overdue. In September my husband and I hired Servpro to remove extreme water damage from our home. When the team arrived they were very efficient and thorough. When asked questions they were very knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to anyone with similar circumstances. The team at our house consisted of Brian, Bobbie, Johnathan, Johnny, Edward, and Kaleb. Thank you all for an excellent job. The men and women of Servpro that came to my home in Wellborn were absolutely amazing. My home had 30” of flood water after Hurricane Debby in August 2024. I have never personally experiences such a mess. The furniture and the flooring were destroyed and the clothing and cabinets couldn’t be salvaged. In spite of the smell and mold that was growing, Servpro performed better than I could have imagined. They were kind and they treated my things very professionally. Once they removed all the contents, they cut the drywall away from the floor to an 4 foot level. My home looked like a new construction. They dried my home and treated it for mold. They have now begun to rebuild the house. I cannot say enough how delighted I am with their work. I know I didn’t get all of their names but I wanted to recognize the crew that I got names for; Kaleb, Johnny, Bobby, Brian and Edward. What an amazing job they did. And their construction side headed up by Greg is doing an awesome job on the rebuild. Thank you again and I pray that God blesses your business beyond your wildest dreams .

After my water treatment system flooded my home I was referred to Servpro in Lake City. Kim was very helpful and informative on the phone and promised someone would be out that day. She kept me informed until they arrived. Kaleb Archer and Jonathon Hallock were professional, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and fast. They went to work and demonstrated great work ethic! Both Johnathan Hallock and Kaleb Archer arrived at our river cabin to clean the air ducts and steam clean cushions on dining room chairs. Ronnie and the entire SERVPRO team did an excellent job in deep cleaning my old rental home! The house was in pretty bad shape. The grout and tile was stained black, the carpets had terrible stains, and the place needed some serious TLC. I contacted other services prior who either never showed up to appointments, could not do everything requested, or just quoted extremely high fees. Ronnie was professional, very punctual, and delivered all services in a one stop shop. Thanks to everyone who was part of this project for providing excellent service in short notice. Had a water leak that lead to water damage in the garage and the bedroom closet. Keith and Johnny got here at around 12:00 and had done what was needed around 2:30. They were nice and professional. Taking good care of my property and mold from the leak.

Had an awful mold problem after hot water heater overflowed. Bobbie and Brian did an incredible job of cleanup. The reconstruction needed was headed by Mike Woods who was so thorough and patient especially with the shower tile project. All this work was done in the aftermath of a hurricane when the company was responding to all the disasters of this area.

Keith and Stacy came to help with a leak in my mom’s ceiling after the Hurricane. They were here when they said they would be and were able to get to the problem and help us get it dried up and fixed. Great customer service! Very professional and very kind! They also cleaned up after themselves before they left! Would def recommend and use them again (hopefully we won’t have to use them again!).

We faced a bit of a nightmare situation after Hurricane Idalia and I feel like Ronnie, Keith and Johnny saved us. They did a great job with mitigation and were kind, considerate and smart about how to work with continuing complications occurring as they were working - including tarp failures, drenching of the electrical system, and having to redo a lot of the work they had done. They carefully packed up our belongings and moved them into storage and never complained about multiple trips up and down 31 stairs. I am very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this crew. Thank You.

As Hurricane Idalia made its way to the Big Bend area of Florida, I contacted Kim at ServPro in order to get on the list for disaster cleanup at my vacation property. After the floodwaters receded, ServPro's Stacy and Brain showed up an hour or so before the scheduled time. They set off to work immediately, removing wet dirty carpet and linoleum from my property. They set the fans, which were monitored over the next several days by Ronnie and Keith. After drying out, Tracy arranged for Keith and Johnny came to cut the walls and remove insulation. Were it not for this incredible team from ServePro of Columbia and Suwannee Counties, I honestly believe that my home would have been completely destroyed with no hope of rebuilding. The customer service from the ServPro team members of Kim, Tracy, Ronnie, Stacy, Brian, Keith and Johnny was professional, courteous and timely. I am so fortunate for the services provided, and remain grateful for everyone's hard work and dedication to saving my property! I owe everyone a fishing trip!!! Thank you all for your service!

I called Servpro at 7:30pm after my house flooded due to a faulty faucet and they showed up on site by 9pm. Ronnie came and brought machine to start drying out the house. At 9am the next morning Keith and Johnny showed up to start tearing out floors and drying the house out. Once the floor was gone, my furniture was just how we left it. No trash or debris left behind. I would Highly recommend!

Keith and Johnny were both very professional and prompt in the flood restoration process after hurricane Idalia. They completely gutted, sanitized and dried out our home enabling us to continue moving forward with final restoration.

Hurricane idalia damaged our roof to our medical clinic we had water coming through the ceiling in multiple areas we immediately contacted Servpro and Keith,Bobbie,Stacy showed up and got to work immediately and set up power with a giant generator and supplied power to the building so they could get us dried out quickly! We highly recommend this company for any water restoration needs!
