Jay was an absolute PLEASURE to work with. He responded promptly to my inquiry about a roofing estimate, and he was very flexible in scheduling to come out to our property the following day. He took care in evaluating the roof, clearly explained the work that needed to be done and gave us the lowest price on our quote. While on the roof, he even took the time to remove debris from the gutters that we didn’t realize had been causing water damage in the home. 10/10 would recommend! Jay is very personable, and it’s easy to see that he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in what he does.

I called TLC Roofing 2 days ago and spoke with Jay who said he'd be out to look in a couple days. He was here today and provided the much needed assurance that the chimney and roof were fine, the issue was just with the flashing which he fixed free of charge.

The real test came just hours after they finished, when a massive storm rolled through with strong winds and heavy rain (The one that knocked out power to most of Allegheny county in April 2025 for future readers!!). Jay and his team did a tremendous job in replacing our roof that must have been patched five times before we bought the 1889 house in 2016. Always gave us options and we worked thru the pros and cons. The roofers were meticulous and very professional about everything. We were fortunate to have found TLC after four failed attempts to find a roofer that would provide details and a reasonable cost. Highly recommended and plan to use his other contracting services in the future.

TLC Roofing fixed a gutter that had come off during a storm. They were able to come very quickly after I called them and they reattached the gutter and it's working fine.

They have great pricing. My roof turned out amazing and it is such a big upgrade compared to the roof I had before I hired Jay and his crew! They are wonderful workers and are super nice + efficient!

TLC Roofing LLC (Jay) just installed a new roof on my son's home. I live 250 miles from my son home, so I was unable to be there in person to watch the roofing process in real time, but Jay and his crew sent me in real time videos to show me what exactly was being done step by step which was very much appreciated. I was also contacted along the way as to when the job would begin, when the materials were being delivered and when the dumpster was arriving. Very professional team, they were very meticulous about laying out the tarps to cover bushes and ground coverings to collection any debris that may fall from the roof. Again I am very appreciative of all the consideration that was taken, to care for not just the roof but all its surrounding areas. Jay also gave me a follow up call when the job was complete so I would have a verbal on how the job went. I do know that this is a unique situation having a job done via long distance. Thank you TLC Roofing (Jay) for working through this process with me and now my son's home will be leak free for years to come. BTW the entire job was completed in one day including total tear down and installation. I was told they would be there at 8 am and at 8 am they were there and ready to get to work. Thank you Jay

Jay and his team replaced my roof and replaced/repaired siding, soffit, fascia, and gutters from the where the old back porch roof was built on top of the house roof. Job was done in a day and came back the next day for final cleanup since it was getting dark when they wrapped up. Highly recommend.

TLC Roofing did a roof on one of my rental units, recently. They showed up for a free estimate the day after I contacted them. The installers were very professional and knowledgeable.
