Where do I begin. Tyler came to our house in early October to give us a quote for a complete new rain gutter installation. When he gave my wife and me his quote we about fell over. TLC’s quote was well over $500 less than another local bid. We gave the go ahead to have TLC install the gutters. Last Wednesday Tyler and Kayden showed up to install our gutters. Wow. Just wow. What a terrific job they did!!! Very personable and professional. Cleaned everything ip before leaving. We can’t say enough good about TLC Rain Gutters. So frustrated with this company. Rory, the salesman, came to my home and gave me a quote to repair the gutters on our home. We felt the quote was fair so I emailed him back asking him to please proceed. 2 weeks went by and I heard nothing. I called and Stephanie, the secretary, assured me they would get me on the schedule. Another week went by and I heard nothing. In the mean time I’m having my house painted and needed the gutters fixed before they could paint the gutters and the surrounding areas. A few more days went by and I called again leaving a message to please get me on the schedule. A day or two later I received a email informing me that they weren’t interested in doing my job any longer because they couldn’t join my copper gutters to aluminum gutters. I never asked for any new gutters just to have some repairs on my existing.
Now, about 6 weeks later, I’m again searching for someone to fix my gutters. Would have been nice to let me know they were turning down my job without leading me on for 6 weeks. They probably do good work but in a very unprofessional way.

TLC Rain Gutters should be the only gutter company you call. They're professional, timely, and have great customer service! I would/will recommend them to anyone looking for gutter services, simply the best!

I had a great experience with TLC Rain Gutters. From the estimate, scheduling a time to install, and including the great installation by Terrell and Chris I couldn't be happier. They even hauled of the old vinyl gutters I had put up years ago! The new gutters were put to the test within 48 hours we had a hard rain and they work perfectly. Great company,keep you informed as to when they are coming. Work well at your home, clean up after and let you know if other things need repaired. Tamel, Kaden and Chris are a good team. And work well togather and are fast and efficient. Product and labor excellent and prices are very reasonable.

Rory Winkle did a very professional job. He cleaned all the gutters and even cleaned the downspouts which were clogged with roofing nails and debris from our roof replacement.
Rory leak tested the gutters and made repairs where necessary. TLC includes a written lifetime warranty for the gutter repairs.

Wow, what a fantastic customer service experience I had with Tyler and Cole. I had two downspouts moved along with rain gutters adjustments in order for the rain water to slope in the right direction, I had asked Tyler if he could make sure the bottom of the gutter was able to come out so when I used the weed trimmer it would not be in the way he had a fantastic idea he put a special fold up hinge bracket on the rain gutter which would fold up and click onto a magnet no need to take it out very time which was very cool. I also had some water leaks repaired in different two corners fixed. They were prompt and budget friendly as well. It’s without a doubt… I highly recommend TLC Rain Gutters of Twin Falls, Idaho for your rain gutters service needs!

TLC Rain Gutters responded quickly to my request and was out within a day or so to give me a quote. I was given an install date quickly and gutters were put up and I could not be happier. They are beautiful and match my home very well. TLC was very courteous and professional and made sure that they cleaned up after installation.

We got multiple bids and their bid was the most reasonable and they were good to communicate some options. They quickly completed the gutters on our house and left the job site as clean as they found it. They were also happy to perform some follow up work that we requested. We've had some heavy rain since installation and the gutters look and work great. Would definitely recommend.

EXCELLENT BUISNESS. Contacted them for a quoted Tyler was out two days later. Price was 25% cheeper than the other guys and his wait time was 14 weeks less than the other guys. They came out and did the job in less than 4 hours.

Tyler installed rain gutters for my parents and did an excellent job. My mom has been battling cancer and he worked with them to make sure they were not financially burdened.
