I wish I could go into complete detail of my experience with this owner, but Google will not let me put everything into this tiny little paragraph. All I can say is I called the city to see when they were coming out to inspect my roof and found out a permit was not pulled. I was instructed I had to file a complaint with the city. Hope to God my roof holds up. My gutters are still leaking on the end caps & corners, extension pieces on the downspouts were not placed on four gutters so water was leaking against my foundation, and I had to install my own. The leaf guards that were placed are bowing upward in several places. I have birds getting in to my gutters and building nests. I had to get another contractor out here to give me an estimate on the interior work. He noticed the gutters and that where they screwed the leaf guards down there are multiple holes along the top of the gutters. I am still finding nails and screws in my yard and on my deck. I also told the supervisor the first day they came. I wanted the tube from my bathroom exhaust connected to the roof since the previous roofer did not do so today. I had Nipsco out here to inspect the home where I could be more energy efficient and he told me it wasn’t connected to the roof. It’s just laying across the rafters. I have informed the owner several times of the issues. I have plenty of pictures and videos and was told they were 6 to 7 months out and could not do the interior work or come back and rectify this nonsense.

T&J helped us out in our time of need! We had a leak in our basement and they got our basement back in working order quickly. Highly recommend!

Very reasonable pricing, received other bids to replace roof, T&J using same manufacture products came in below others. Completed the job on time.
