Needed a roof for an uncles house. Discount roof gave me a fair price within two hours of calling them. I agreed with the price and signed an agreement on a Tuesday. Materials were delivered that next Monday and by 12:30 pm on Tuesday the old roof was removed and new roof was installed. Highly recommend Discount Roof.

The crew from Discount Roofing did a fantastic job on rebuilding the old pergola and installing the roof over my deck. Very pleased with the quality of materials and full installation. When my garage shingles ‘age out’ I will have these fine folks back out here. Oh, within a week and a half after completion, a robin family moved in and built a nest in the corner of the roof framing. They felt safe, so we can feel safe. Great job to the whole crew from Discount Roofing!!

I was so impressed with Mitch Lelek from Discount Roofing. He really knows so much about roofing. He inspected every inch of our roof to figure out where our issues were with humidity and heat being trapped in our attic space. I loved his suggestions to really tackle things one at a time rather than being pushy and getting us to consider making drastic or crazy expensive changes or adjustments like some companies do that are completely unnecessary.

They replaced a gutter for me in the front of my house. They were great. From the estimate to the actual work being completed. They were so nice and the gutter looks great. I would use them again and recommend them to everyone!

They were here early and started by 7 am.
They moved all the furniture and yard ornaments so they would not break. They covered everything with a tarp. A project manager came and talked with me 3 times throughout the day . He gave me a permit to place in the window.They had someone doing cleanup all throughout the day. So things didn’t pile up to much . It was a little scary hearing them throw the shingles on the roof. They asked me about the wood replacement before doing it. They did a nice clean up with everything had 3 magnets going to pick up leftover nails. With heat getting up to 94• they were still done and gone before 3:00. All in all it was a pleasant experience. I would use them again if I move and need a new roof .

Had Discount roof out to inspect my roof recently in Crown Point. Their inspector Mitch was super professional and upfront about everything. I’ll be recommending them in the future.

They were completely up front about the costs. They were not pushy when I got the estimate done. My gutters, soffit, and fascia were done within 10 days of me putting in my down payment. Every person I've talked to from this company has been nothing but polite and professional.

I thought we needed new gutters because of a sagging spot that caused water to go over the side of the gutter. When James came out to give an estimate, his professional eye spotted the problem- a bracket was broken behind the gutter. He suggested we just replace the bracket instead of installing new gutters. That is an excellent show of integrity, and I’ll be keeping his business in mind for our future home improvements.

Had a slight leak on our roof and a few companies no showed for an estimate. Mitch came out, explained what was happening and how they would be able to fix it. Estimate was sound, thorough, and explained clearly.

Mitch came out to help us today after being left unanswered by 2 other companies. He was extremely helpful in explaining what we needed done and the work was completed beautifully

I had a great experience with Discount Roofing Co. The project manager introduced himself right away and walked me through the plan for the day. He and the crew were professional and courteous throughout the entire process. They did a thorough cleanup, removing all debris and even running a magnet through my yard and driveway to pick up any stray nails. The roof looks fantastic. I would highly recommend them!

I highly recommend these guys for any roof repair. We had some wind damage to the side of the roof, and we called Discount Roof based on the good reviews we saw, and I can see why they are highly rated. Everyone was very friendly. Stevie came out to inspect, and he repaired the damage without delay. Good work and very honest, and we would definitely call again if we ever have any roofing needs in the future.

Called and they came out to inspect my roof. Only company that came out and actually went on my roof to inspect it and took photos to show what was damaged and what was not. They even placed a protective cover to ensure my home was protected even before I agreed to have them do the work. They came out within a couple of days after I agreed to have them do the work and did a fantastic job. They cleaned everything up and made it look like the damage almost never occurred (slightly shade difference in shingles due to age, which they could not prevent and unless you know where to look you cannot tell). Everyone that I dealt with from the initial call to the jobs completion were polite and listened to my concerns.

I have been very satisfied with discount roof. When a storm damaged my roof I called and they were there the next day. Put a patch on the roof and gave me a quote on the fix. After I got a settlement with my insurance and decided to replace my roof I checked your reviews and was impressed with the reviews.You gave me a quote on the replacement and found it to be good. So happy with the work and clean up. Took one day. You also came back the next day and changed the pitch on my gutters. So thank you Alec and Alex. Your crew and yourselves were excellent. I will definitely refer my friends and neighbors to you.

The crew came at 6:30am they replaced 8 sheets of plywood, new shingles, reattached the directv dish. I didn't have to call directv to re-align it. The crew was polite and professional. They were done by noon.

I called them and they were promt in coming out to look at the damage the storm did to the roof. It was a ridge vent damaged shingles . Got an estimate and 2 days later they removed the rest of the shingles on the ridge and replaced all of them.i would highly recommend them to anyone. They are very polite.

The next day they contacted me and we set up a meeting with a salesman. Our salesman, Jeff, was great. He was responsive to any questions I had and patient with us the whole time. Once we settled the deal they were out a few days later and knocked out our roof by the afternoon. The crew did a good job cleaning up after themselves. The office staff was friendly. Overall I am a satisfied customer and I will most likely be using them for any other upgrades/repairs in the future.

We had 3 teams that were polite, on time,clean up afterwards. Three teams on different days: roofers,gutter installers,and we chose to have house power wash because extra price was reasonable. Great company, very professional. Did a full tear off and redeck, removed old insulation and blew in new insulation, and installed new gutters. The roof and insulation was done in 1 day on a 110 degree heat index day, they really put in hard work. They left the lawn super clean, I haven't found any nails at all. They were back 2 days later and did the gutters. Alec, the rep who did the estimate was able to work with me a little to get me a great value on a rock solid roof. ( went 3/4 decking and ice and watered the entire roof). They were thousands cheaper than my other quotes, and i had 6 of the best rated in Porter County come out. I have 0 regrets, and would hire them again, and i recommend them to anyone looking for roof work.
