Tri County replaced our original roof some time ago and we were very satisfied with the work. Due to recent wind damage, we contacted Tri County again. The inspection and Propsal to correct damage was explained what needed to be done.
Scott and Adam did the repairs today as well as installing new attic fans. They were very polite and said what they were doing. My concern the new shingles wd match existing roof were put to rest. It is perfect! Both were courteous, professional and cleaned up removed shingles. I will gladly refer this company to my friends..

From beginning to end our experience with Tri County has been exceptional. Our first contact after our roof was inspected was with Jimmy. He came to our house to work out what we needed . He explained everything thoroughly and didn’t try to oversell, which I greatly appreciated. Our job was scheduled in less than 2 weeks, and our positive experience continued. We had a leak in our bathroom ceiling so we called Tri-County roofing and they sent Dave out rather quickly. Unfortunately we had bigger issues than we anticipated and would need to replace the whole roof. Adam came and went over everything with us and within less than a week Adam was back out with his crew. They did a wonderful job and made sure to clean everything up in the yard. Adam, John and Dave were on top of everything. I will say there was a mishap with one of the crew accidentally putting his foot through the ceiling in one of our rooms. I know accidents happen although I was a little upset at first. But when I say this company is on top of things and want to make sure every customer they have are taken care of, that is exactly what they did. A drywaller was out the very next morning to make the repair to the ceiling and the painter was not far behind. Sarah in the office is amazing and this company is very lucky to have her. She kept us informed and updated about everything from start to finish. I would highly recommend Tri-County Roofing!

Small job; a piece of roof edge facia blew off in the storm. They worked with us to get the correct color material and squeezed us in and got us done! Well done!

Jimmy sat down with us to explain the entire roofing project. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that we understood what would be involved. He was also very personable and answered all of our questions.

Adam and his team, who were responsible for the actual work, arrived at 7 a.m. and worked practically non-stop until 7 p.m., finishing the job in one day. Their teamwork was beautiful to behold! They were courteous and friendly, protected special plants, and, at the end of the day, carefully cleaned the entire yard making sure it looked just the way it did before they got there. Adam came back the next morning to go up on the roof to make sure that everything was just as it should be.

Called Tri-County to come out to look at our roof as we knew it was getting time to replace. Dave came out and gave an estimate, he went above and beyond getting all the paperwork and explaining the process. We were scheduled within a week. Adam came out the day before the repairs (yesterday) and explained what they were going to do and walked the property with me and also fixed a nail that was giving us problems on our soffit! Adam and his crew showed up at 7am and got right to work replacing our roof and did an excellent job and cleaned up everything as well! We had the horrible storm come through our area on Sunday. We lost several areas of shingles on our roof. We called Tri-County, who we use for all of our roof and gutter repairs. Scotty came out today, and as usual he was professional and did outstanding work. It always gives my husband and I a sense of relief that our home is protected when they complete their work on our home. Also, thanks to Sara & Frieda who are always so helpful in coordinating the jobs and returning our calls promptly.

Our experience with Tri-County Roofing was amazing. We got a couple quotes from other roofing companies in our area, but Tri-County beat them all. From Jimmy working with us hand in hand with understanding our quote and taking the time to answer all our questions to bringing us out shingles samples. It was really appreciated. Then Sarah setting up everything from install, delivery, to coordinating with the chimney company to get that work done first before our new roof, her professionalism did not go unnoticed. Then finally, Adam and his team installed a beautiful new roof that was done right and quick in about half a day. We contacted Tri-County Roofing & Gutters to get a quote on replacing our old gutters and met with Jimmy Page. He was very thorough and quoted us a nice price, we signed up right away. We had Brian here in a weeks time and he had our new gutters up within the day! Great company to work with, highly recommend.

We noticed what looked like a leak on our ceiling and had Tri-County come out to help us diagnose the issue. Ended up being a situation where there was condensation build up not due to a leak. They then helped us to mitigate some challenges that we also knew we had from living in an older (read 1970's) home and a challenging transition from the roof to a three season room. Their timelines in coming out, getting us a quote, and working us in faster on the schedule due to a cancellation were all great. The work done was top notch and the installers, Dave, Jason, and Scott were super friendly and completed the work efficiently while also leaving the yard and driveway spotless. Highly recommend for any of your roofing needs.

We are extremely satisfied with the work of Tri-County. They have a fabulous team, each of which carries out their work with skill and professionalism. When calling for service, Dave came out within a day to evaluate what needed to be done. He promptly provided an estimate. Their estimate was very reasonable for the work required. Jason and Dave the installers did their very best to complete the roof repair despite numerous cancellation due to terrible weather happy to say roof repair completed. Fredia the bookkeeper accepted 2/3 of roof repair payment and said last 1/3 not due until final completion of repair. I think the company is great and their employees are top notch.

This post is for my mother and father in law (Gorski's)...What a comfortable and simple experience for the repair of two vent stack boots on my roof. David Florio was our first point of contact and explained the repair process while giving a fair estimate of the repair. He also included a professional packet of information on the repair and Tri County Roofing. The office team of Sara (scheduling coordinator) and Frieda (office contact and billing) made the process clear. Sara continually communicated with me on the scheduling of the repair since it is December and the weather changed the attempt a few times. Scott the service technician, showed up and found snow and ice on the roof and said he would come back as soon as the roof was clear. He did and completed the repair quickly and left the worksite clean and free of any trace of construction. I would definitely call Tri County for any future roofing repairs or replacements. My wife and I are very pleased with the re-roof done by Tri-County. Our first meeting with David Florio was a pleasant experience as he did an excellent job diagnosing our problem and explaining, in detail on paper, our cost and the necessary work to be done. Adam Lowe and his crew worked hard and efficiently in completing their assignment in a timely manner. Adam even removed our old satellite dish and filled the holes which he painted over for us. Adam also saved us a lot of money by having the men carefully remove the old shingles that were snugly fit under our many trim boards that have metal edging along the bottom against the sloping roof surfaces. Then they carefully installed the new shingles in those same areas under the edging for a perfect fit. One of the things we really like about our new roof are the ridge vents which replaced the old, inefficient box vents. I had small problem with how my existing gutter screens didn't fit quite right in a couple areas, but David came out and expertly repaired them. He also double checked all of the screens just to be sure. Then he went around the house to make sure there was no debris on the ground before leaving. I also want to commend Frieda and Sara for their professionalism and making our experience with Tri-County a pleasant one.

They are excellent regarding communication. They may not be the least expensive but are very cost effective considering the quality of their work. David Florio is my Go-To guy for all roofing matters.

David Florio immediately knew the cause of my bathroom ceiling leak and recommended the fix. I had also been considering gutter guards and David put together a proposal which I accepted on the spot. His expertise and friendliness were top notch.

This is the second time I’ve used TriCounty Roofing and I have been very impressed both times with their courtesy and workmanship. This time I thought I had a very obscure leak and they might not be able to find it. Dave found it in 5 minutes and took pictures and then in 45 minutes had the estimate printed out , it was amazing. Sara let me know when the work would take place and it did very promptly. Jason and Dave were so happy to let me know how the work was progressing and were so kind to also clean the sticks and leaves off. There was no debris or damage to my yard . Freida has been so helpful especially with the first job getting me the information and answers I needed. I have obviously been very happy with this company and have had none of the bad experiences of loud talk and music that I have heard of. Their work has been first rate.

Two weeks ago we had our roof replaced by Tri County Roofing. Adam and his crew were fantastic! Adam was available for any questions and his crew did their best to minimize damage to landscaping. They were hard workers and they got the roof done in one day and took care of minor problems promptly. Clean up was great and Adam came back the next day to insure that clean up was done properly and that we were satisfied with the project. We would definitely recommend Adam and his crew without reservation.

I called Tri-County roofing and gutters because I had some moss growing on my shingles. I called and I got an appointment quickly and David came out to do the estimate. He was on time, friendly, and was very approachable and efficient. It was also discovered that there was a slight roofing issue that needed to be fixed so I am glad they came out to look at the roof to begin with. I decided to have the work done and Fredia helped me originally to get the project underway. Fredia was nice, friendly, and so very helpful. Sara helped me get the project scheduled for completion. Sara was extremely friendly, professional, and would answer any question I had and kept in close contact with me about the project scheduling and was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. Scott came out to the house and it did not take him long at all to complete the job. He was very efficient, friendly, cleaned all of his mess up and was extremely professional and courteous. Affordable Pricing – Excellent Service !

This project was painless from the first email from Fredia letting me know when the estimator would be out to the last text message from Sara asking if the project was completed to my satisfaction. The project went very smoothly, despite several known issues with the house sheathing. The bay window was in sad shape and the cost of repair could not be estimated until the old siding was removed. Adam and Scott did a great job of directing the crew and designed a new enclosure for the bay window. Rotted sheathing was replaced, the new siding was installed around the window, and custom made aluminum trim was fabricated onsite. The window looks great and exceeded all of my expectations. The original siding was not installed correctly and several areas under other windows had to be cut out and new sheathing installed. The cost of the additional repairs and labor was extremely reasonable. When my wife inspected the work, she liked it so much, she hugged the house like a kid hugging a new teddy bear (true, not made up.)

Requested somebody to come out and view my property for possible damage to my roof and gutters! Somebody came out pretty quickly so I was convinced they had found a decent company to do the work for me. Of course the follow up communication was great until I signed the contract!Had to follow up several times because Water was coming into my house due to damage on a back gutter.
Every time I had to call and email to get an answer ....
We finally got them out to do the work and the work was not completed as per the contract!!!
I only knew about this because my adult children were at the house when the work was done .
I left a voicemail and left a message but never heard back!! I text somebody who had text me from the company and they quickly followed up to apologize and said that they would get the rest of the work scheduled!!!!
I quickly responded back. I had signed contract. That's what I agreed to have done and that the work was not done properly and I was not going to wait several weeks for the rest of the work to get done! The only reason I knew it wasn't done was because my adult children pointed it out. Had they not been there, It would've been weeks before we were able to inspect and find out that they didn't do the rest of the work promised!!!!
I went on yelp specifically a company that was easy to work with great with communication and would get the work done ASAP !
I am sad to say that I'm deeply disappointed and will not be using this company again !
I will not be recommending this company for lack of communication and for not finishing up the work that I signed a contract for !!
I definitely would not use them for any services ever again !!

I had Jimmy Page and David Folio come out to do a roof inspection. I wasn’t having any issues I knew about but the roof is 15 years old. They did a very thorough and professional job. Jimmy returned with a detailed analysis and explained everything in a very knowledgeable way so my wife and I could easily understand it. No high pressure, no scare tactics just the facts and options. I was very impressed. That’s why I’m using Tri County to replace my roof. Jimmy and Dave convinced me that a quality job is well worth cost.

Tri-County replaced our roof a couple of weeks ago. The most important thing to me was that the job would be done right, without cutting any corners. After speaking with Jimmy, the inspector, I felt confident that the job was going to be done correctly. Adam answered any questions that I had and kept me informed about everything during the entire process. Adam and his crew did a great job on the roof replacement. Jimmy, Adam, and the crew, are all very professional. I appreciate the quality work that they did.

We had an issue with bats and ground squirrels in our attic, entering the house through the soffits and ridge vents on our roof. I have a 1.5-story home with a 12/12 pitch. Jason and Dave were very professional and did a great job sealing all the entry points where the pests were getting into the attic. They took pictures throughout the repair, so I could see exactly what they were doing. They also installed 2 bathroom exhaust vents which required squeezing through a small small scuddle into the attic to attach the vent pipe to the exhaust fan.
I was also impressed that they said there was less work than expected, and our bill would be readjusted and would be less than the original estimate.

I worked with David, Adam, and crew to do a full roof replacement. I have also used them in the past to do skylight replacements. They showed up when they said they were going to, got the job done in a timely manner, cleaned up nicely afterwards, and they took the time to walk around again afterwards to make sure everything was at a satisfactory level, and price was reasonable. I would recommend them for roofs and skylights.

The estimator from Tri-County that came out was awesome. He showed all the potential spots were water could be coming in. He even showed my son what to look for. The next rain came and no leaks also the skylights look amazing.

Tri County gave us an honest estimate. We thought we may need a whole new roof, but they told us we did not. They saved us lots of $$$! Also, the front office was very communicative. Our project was pushed back a couple times, due to uncooperative weather. Each time, they contacted me to let me know exactly what was going on. Not all companies would do that!

Right from the very beginning, Cary was amazing. We received three different quotes for our siding and Cary was the only one to walk us through what was wrong and what the repairing process looks like. It was time for a new roof. We had four companies bid, only two bothered to do a full review of the roof and attic. We just had our residential roof replaced by Tri-County and were very happy with the customer service and work provided by them. The crew that came out worked very hard to get the old roof stripped off and new roof, skylights, vents installed in a day and a half. I had my leaking skylight replaced. Scott was very professional. He explained the process before we began and laid out what I was to expect from the job. Scott was right within the window provided to me from Sara (who was also helpful in following up and answering my questions through email was was very convenient). I'm not to sure how the outside looks since I didn't climb on the roof to check the work, but Scott gave me piece of mind by going over the work that he completed. The price of the job was a bit more than the competition, but seems to be worth it.

Hired them to come and seal an area where I had water intrusion. The guy tried to say the white flashing sticking out from between my tan siding and tan brick is ok. Then he proceeded to say it'll be an extra $300 if I want the issue fixed. I called their office. He came back later and cut the flashing with a multi tool while the flashing was on my brick. It did damaged some of my bricks.

The final caulk looked hideous and it wasn't even necessary since the flashing was already caulked. I could have done a better job at caulking...and he's supposed to be the professional.

Their prices are not cheap. I was willing to pay for quality work.... What I got was not quality work

Update: I wish that the worker had followed through with the specifics of the contract I signed with their estimator...this issue could have been avoided. The company did reach out to me to resolve the issue. I acknowledge that it's almost impossible to clean caulk from brick and and restore it to its previous look. I appreciate that they care about the satisfaction of their customers and try to remediate the situation.

All of the crews that worked on my gutter replacement, screen installation, and removing and replacing my heat wires were excellent. They did the work professionally, politely answered questions, and did a thorough cleanup.

Tri County came recommended to me. I had obtained the quotes for a new roof and these guys were in the middle. But I felt more confident moving forward with this company. Cary did a great job of answering all my questions and modifying the write to exactly what I wanted. Then came new roof install day. It was organized chaos. Collin corrugated all the work while keeping a smile on his face and answering all my questions throughout the day. They got it all done in one day. Done safely and cleaned up. There were a few minor things that I pointed out afterwards that they came back and addressed. You’ll have that. The fact that they responded kindly and quickly is all that I expect. I also had some gutter work done and attic insulation installed. No issues there. I’d definitely recommend them. Tri-County responded to our leaking roof issue immediately and the repair was completed within three to four hours of our call. We have also used their services in the past and have always found them to be professional, responsive and have always completed the repairs to our complete satisfaction. We will certainly use their services again for any future needs that arise.

I have used Tri-County a few times for roof and flashing repairs. Everyone is very professional and easy to work with. Scheduling was very easy and they cleaned up after they were done with each job.

I have tried many roofing companies in the area and Tri-County Roofing is the only one that does it right every time, and knows how to put shingles on tight for high wind conditions. I have a highly angled Victorian shingled roof and heavy seasonal winds in Fall, Winter, and Spring. I was used to having whole rows of shingles blow off as soon as the winds started every new season, but with Tri-Country Roofing they stay tight and I am very pleased, they are my go-to roofers and I highly recommend them.

Jason and Dave recently came out for some minor repairs (the first in 3 years) after the recent super-high windstorm. They did an impeccable job and afterwards gave a guided roof-top tour to my agile wife who is accustomed to such derring-do.
