Terry’s Windows did an awesome job of installing my windows and patio door. Very professional job and I really recommend the blinds inside the patio doors! Zack did a good job of letting me know what is involved in the installation and stood by the quality of the custom made windows! Thanks to the great crew who finished everything in 5 hours!

Chad Tarry is an amazing person to work with. He has been available to help since day one of getting a quote to after window install. I noticed a window wasn't locking he came out and replaced the lock same day and all is well. Still have siding to install so he will have to deal with my constant communication till it is all done. My husband referred us Chad Terry. One is always skeptical with referrals, had three other companies come in, Chad was the most knowledgeable and polite sales person that we had wasn’t shoving everything down our throat. Explain the process give us financing options. It was a complete gentleman and very knowledgeable on his trait. Josh in his crew, the installers were completely amazing as well. They were very nice very polite and cleaned up after themselves. We have two dogs which we try to keep away, but they were friendly with them as well. The insulation was incredible.

Great Company! We got ahold of Terry to help us out with our windows, he was great. He sent out Trent to give us a proposal for our job and we loved him. He checked in on us several times throughout the process and was a great help. The installers were respectful and did a great job and cleaned up great as well. It was a great experience all around working with terrys. Matt was great with setting everything up and Josh’s crew was prompt appointment times. Very polite and informative with material and did great installation work with all 31 windows and patio door that were installed.

Josh and his crew put in 7 new windows for us today. They also had to rebuild part of the wall. They were awesome and did a great job!!

Workers showed up right on time, and were very professional and respectful when entering the house. They continued to work even in the rain and did an excellent job replacing 8 windows in less than 4 hours.

Chad was super friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. He was also super accommodating to our schedule. We love love our windows!

They were very pleasant worked great together did a fantastic job on my windows. I will definatly use them again. Answered every question I had. Excited about hiring them again to do siding on my house next year. I would recommend them 100 %.

I spend a lot of time and energy researching companies and their products. I had numerous window companies and construction guys over to give me quotes on replacing windows. I looked into energy star ratings, google reviews, FB reviews and compared prices. I ended up going with Terry's discount window as they seemed to be the best bang for my buck. I was also wanting to replace by ugly honey oak window trims and window casing/sill. So they supplied the wood that I stained to the color that I liked and that we used in the basement cabinets and mantel. Unfortunately, we used red oak for the cabinets and mantel and trying to stain match it to the pine wood they supplied was not ideal. However, in the end it all worked out well and am happy with the end result. I will update with a post in a year or so to say how the windows themselves are holding up.

I recommend Terry's if you are needing windows! Mark was great and helpful, not pushy at all. Josh and the installer crew did a professional job.

Chad has been to my house 2 times he was very professional he has a heart of gold. He made it so easy to go with this company. I look forward to having my windows done. First thing when he called me back he asked about my husbands surgery. He didnt have to but he was very concearnd. Thank you for that Chad.

From the quality of materials to the crew that did the siding, they did a great job. They weren’t the least expensive, but as the saying goes, you get what you pay for. I’d recommend giving Chad ( sales rep ) a call for a quote.

They went beyond customer service you don't see that anymore even thou this had nothing to do with siding but they did come over within 15 minutes I said since it was always there it's on us to fix but no he insisted they do it excellent customer care and service

The staff are very friendly, professional, and I was able to obtain an estimate for windows quickly. Sales representative Chad was very thorough and took time to explain options, styles, product, and method of installation. All questions and concerns were addressed as well as written information to help in making final decision on my purchase.

Well google says i went here... i think my phone has been going places without me?? Mabye if i give them 5 stars they will give me a free window? Mabye my windows are so bad that google is actually telling me to go here??? All i know is i have never been here....

A few months ago I was in the market to have 3 windows and a glass sliding door replaced. After a lot of research I chose Terry's Discount Windows because they had such a good reputation among their customers. There were no issues with the installations and I was pleased with the job. It was for that reason that I recently chose Terry's again to have another widow installed. This time there was "a hiccup" with the order. When I contacted Terry's to try and resolve, it was Terry, himself, who contacted me (while he was on vacation) to remedy the issue. While hiccups can occur in any business, it's how Terry handled this one which makes Terry's Discount Windows stand out among other companies. Terry's integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction is what has earned him all those great customer reviews. I highly recommend!

My elderly mother had Terry’s Discount Windows install a window in her kitchen that is going to be easier to access to clean. CALEB was her window expert that did the job. She was extremely pleased with his work but more impressed how respectful, kind, and courteous he was. He was phenomenal! She wanted me to rate him with 5 stars❤️

I had windows that were badly in need of being replaced. John the sales rep was very kind and informative. I didn’t feel pressure at all to buy from them. On the day of installation there was a minor hiccup (we were a window short due to a manufacturing error) but the issue was resolved right away. The installation guy made a phone call at my house rather than wait until he got back to the office to figure out what happened. The windows look very nice and it feels great to be able to open windows at my house now since I wasn’t able to before! I’m looking forward to doing more business with them.

Terry's is a great company to deal with. From Mark, the sales rep, who definitely knew his job well but wasn't pushy. To the installers that were friendly, worked hard as h*** on the hottest day of the year, but still did great. I would recommend them to anyone.

Senior Specialist Chad came out to give me an estimate. I have needed a new bay window for years. Chad explained everything about their windows.He told me to contact him if I had any questions. He put my mind at ease. He is one of the nicest people I have ever met. Very personable. Terry the owner also called me. Very nice person. They both seem like very honest people. They don’t rush you on a decision. My window will be installed in the fall. Will be nice to have a nice looking window and lower utility bills this winter.

We had our windows replaced by Terry's and have been really happy with them, so we reached out when it was time for new siding. We appreciate all of Caleb's help in our new purchase. Terry’s Discount Windows is the best. The salesman John is so nice and not pushy. He’s going to make sure you get what you want. I love my new windows they are beautiful. The guys who did the install were great too, very professional and quick. I did have to wait long time for the windows to come in but it was worth the wait. Can’t wait to replace more windows and maybe the door because I know Terry’s will do a good job for a fair price.

David was awesome, he replaced my window in under an hour. He arrived 30 minutes before his arrival time. Cleaned up everything after installation.

This is the second installation we had Terry's do for us. As with the sliding door, the window was done efficiently, no mess to clean up, and everyone was polite and friendly. We will be using them again if the need arises.

I highly recommend Terry’s for window and siding replacement. Chad Tarry came to our home and was very knowledgeable and professional as he explained the services and products they offered that would meet our needs.
Justin was in charge of siding our house. His team was efficient and courteous and respectful to us and our property. They were able to make our house look new again. One tricky spot with meters and pipes was able to be worked around when the siding couldn’t fit underneath.
Tony, Brian and Nick took out the original one pain windows from our 70 yr old house. Even when the windows couldn’t be removed as expected, they knew what to do. They adapted a plan to install the front picture window after the removal didn’t leave the opening as expected so that it is secure and sealed. The finished installation looks like there was never a problem.
I am very happy with their services, attention to detail, efficiency, and respectful manner. When they left - our yard was clean, debris was taken away and landscaping was not damaged.
I feel like they deserve 10 stars ⭐️ but Google only allows 5.

Terry’s is great! Chad came out and walked us through everything, on our schedule and answered every question thoroughly - made the experience so easy. No high pressure sales, just down to earth understanding. We bought a patio door last year, came back for windows this year and will be back next year to round out our projects.

They helped us determine the best windows for our budget, and installation was a breeze. Salesman came out to give me a quote on my windows and he was very rude. Told me a price is good for 2 days and price goes up 3,000 dollar in 2 days. Very poor salesman. Interested in getting windows but need a better salesman to give me time to talk with wife about price.
