Mike was quick with tarping our roof to avoid additional damage and worked GREAT with the insurance company to make sure they understood how the repair needed to be completed to ensure there were no additional issues in the future.

The crew and supplies showed up when they were supposed to and the work was completed on time with attention to detail. They left the site as clean as they found it.

I would recommend Titan and will definitely reach out to them again in the future should the need arise.

Titan replaced my roof and gutters last fall. Steve was great to work with bidding the job and helped with a couple of special request for roof antennas I had. Top notch crew finished work quickly and clean up was thorough. Had a hard rain following spring that required a mod and they came out same day no questions asked and made the modification.

We had Titan install our new roof about 3 years ago, it developed a leak in one small portion of our house. They were very professional, and response time was excellent. Titan was excellent choice for my project. They kept within my budget and schedule. I had replaced my roof, gutters, window wraps and enlarged the porch pole in cedar, which is a great improvement that I love.

When I was looking to help a veteran with a bee removal, I had concerns for the hole(s) might leave behind. I asked Titan if there was a possibility to patch up after I was done and got an immediate "yes." Aaron, Rob, and Gary were friendly and I couldn't recommend them more.

Mike and his team were amazing to work with. Mike was very thorough in his consultation with us. He brought many samples and didn’t rush us in our decision for which shingles color to choose.

When his team and he came to do the job, they were careful throughout. They put up barriers and tarps to protect our home. They cleaned up after themselves each of the two days. We have mowed twice and haven’t come across a spare nail in the yard yet.

In addition, they found a hole in our roof from the previous team who had patched the roof and immediately brought it to our attention and fixed it. They could have just covered it up with the new shingles, but they went the extra mile to ensure our roof was done right.

The entire process was easy and felt like they cared about our home.

I was worried about my roof due to water spots on my ceiling the night of a recent storm. I input an online request to have my roof assessed and Titan Roofing contacted me the same day for an appointment the next morning. I had a great first experience with Titan Roofing & Exteriors today! I called this morning in a panic with water leaking into the house from the roof and Craig was so understanding and kind. He got out to my house to do the repairs by afternoon to assure our home was ready for tonight’s storms. I cant thank him enough, and will definitely be a returning customer in the future!

A late May wind storm broke a large limb off a tree close to our house. The limb landed partly on our roof, puncturing a hole and breaking a corner soffit. Titan was responsive and professional in all of my dealing with them. As a retired person, I was able to observe the safety and care used in repairing the supporting structure and in doing the roof finishing. Since the limb had provided shade for a large part of our home, I also hired them to add peak ventilation on our home and detached garage. I am very satisfied with Titan and highly recommend them.

Incredible customer service! Titan came to my home to fix some damaged siding from a storm and they were fast, courteous and did great work!

We would highly recommend Titan Roofing and Exteriors for siding work. They made the entire process from the initial estimate to finished work easy. Gary was great in the early process of prepping the estimate and choosing the colors, to the crew that arrived (on time) and did the work. We chose the HardiPlank siding and and trim options and the house looks fantastic!
I appreciated the timely contacts and keeping us apprised of the work schedule and checking on the progress of the work. The work crew were professional, friendly, and efficient in completing our entire siding project in less that two weeks (and that was working around the weather). We also upgraded the gutters with Titan and are very happy with the result and look.

Steve provided outstanding customer service. We thought we had a huge issue with our roof when it started leaking because of the recent snowfalls, but when he showed up, he assessed the situation and told us it was as simple as removing the snow from that one spot on our roof. He got his ladder out and climbed up to help remove the snow - in the middle of a snowstorm! Oh, and he didn’t charge us a thing!! He took some photos just in case and sent us a quote for our roof later on, and told us we needed only some flashing done (unfortunately, they do not offer that service but Steve suggested we reach out to a masonry). We will be telling everyone about Titan and we will definitely use them when it comes time to replace our roof! Titan Roofing also hires and helps Veterans, another great reason to use them for any of your roofing needs!!

Hard working crews. Quick response back. Happy they have solar panels as well. Really helps us out of a bind when our original solar company went under. The quality is evident when you look at a job completed by Titan Roofing. There were 3 separate roofs on my property and they have never looked so good. They removes some old antennae masts and I had deleted a chimney from one of the roofs and they filled in the hole I left. When I got home the crew was finished and the clean up was incredible, there were no signs they were even there. I would without hesitation recommend Titan for your roofing and exterior needs.

James was great help when he inspected our roof following a hail storm. He helped us thru the process of dealing with our claims adjustor and was even present when they showed up to inspect our damage. He definitely simplified the whole process for us. New roof and gutters look great. Would highly recommend.

Zack is an awesome guy to work with, he is on time, takes my called early in the morning. Zack is the man. When I asked the estimates to my roof, siding, gutter and windows, I got one. Zack has been so helpful and has gone above and be hound. I couldn't ask for a better contractor than Titan Roofing.

Titan Roofing did a complete replacement of my original gutters and downspouts with larger ones. The color match to the house is exact, and their workmanship is excellent. Zack (our job estimator) and Tanner and Carter (our installation crew) were very professional, responsive, and overall great to work with. This is a good outfit that I look forward to doing business with again!

Do yourself a favor and go with these guys. They are trustworthy. Our living room ceiling was leaking, and we had multiple roofers come out to look at it. One told us we needed a new roof, one said our house was just too humid…Craig went to the attic right away and found the actual problem - the dryer vent had fallen and was not venting outside. He fixed it up quickly and inexpensively. He is incredibly honest, respectful, timely, and efficient. Can’t recommend this company enough. 11/10.

Needed a roof replaced and some siding replaced/repaired before the cold weather set it. I had other roofers tell me they weren't able to get to it until spring. Zack at Titan came out the day after I called and quoted the job. It was much less than I had expected. He said he'd work with his scheduler to get my smaller jobs fit into their schedule. Amazingly they got the roof done before Christmas (nice weather) and the siding repair done in early January (after our first big snow).

We think we're going to do the garage roof this year and will definitely be using Titan!

It has been so frustrating to get someone to fix the damage due to derecho, I have had 4 previous companies signed up to do it. I was nervous that the same thing would happen today but my home is finally fixed.I Definitely recommend Titan to anyone!

I bought some Anderson windows from someone else in town and they continued to leak water into my house. That vendor blamed the problem on my siding or basement wall and made it my problem. The crew at Titan came out and stripped off all the goobered caulking and bad tape jobs and found the problem with the original install and made sure everything was put back together right and dry. THEN, they had the professionalism to follow up with me a couple weeks later to make sure things stayed dry. It's SOOOo hard to find good craftsmen, look no further then this team if you need help!!

Gary is the best! He uses his Veteran pride when meeting with owners. He takes the time time TALK to them to get their input and also make recommendations as to what will be the best choice. He goes to the site, climbs up on the roof (sometimes not the safest ones, lol) and takes lots of pics to make sure that the correct amount of product is ordered. He does his best to be on site when job is under way to make sure that everything is taken care of. And he tries to follow up with the owner to do final walk through and make sure all is well. :-)

The team did a great job with our gutter replacement. Gary Waters did the estimate and on the day of the installation he was there making sure everything went smoothly. When the job was complete, the crew had the area completely cleaned up before they left. The color matched the house perfectly and looks great!

My wife and I couldn't be happier with the work that Titan did at our home. From the first visit to the exit inspection, everything was done very personably and professionally. In addition, this is a veteran owned and operated company, and as a veteran myself, I always try to work with veteran owned companies whenever possible. We had them roof and side our home and i would definitely recommend them to others looking for these services.

We initially called after a minor storm before the derecho. It was between another company, but we chose Titan because they are Veteran-Owned. Scott came out quickly and inspected everything from that storm and the derecho. We had a full roof and gutters taken off and put back on, gutters and guards included. They worked with another company we hired to repair our garage as it was damaged entirely. The work was done on time, as scheduled and done great. Scott was easy to work with throughout the process and on the job during the work. We were most impressed with the clean up process after each work day. We have dogs and they cleaned up nicely. Titan worked very well with us as we worked through an insurance claim, which we are very grateful for. I would highly recommend them and adding black gutters to your home too! We’ve had a lot of great compliments on Titans work.

After having several companies come out to our house with no avail, I contacted Titan Roofing. We had a roof issue that was only apparent when the wind blew a certain way. Scott made it a priority to come out by us as soon as possible. The repair was done quickly and efficiently. He also has followed up since to make sure that no problems persisted. He went above and beyond to make sure that not only were we satisfied but that our satisfaction has continued. Pricing was very affordable.

Had a small job, but too big for me to handle. Called them up, they gave me a fair price. They got to it when they could, and stuck to the price. Couldn't have asked for more.

Tried their online request after the derecho on 10 Aug 2020. After a week of no response I called until they answered. On Sep 9th I finally got a call from Eric and told him I needed a quote for roof repairs. He asked for the insurance documentation so I emailed it to him. On Sep 21 I contacted Eric since I hadn't heard anything. Two days later he emails me an $11,000 quote to re-roof the house. Not even close to what I asked for, he even had the insurance repair estimate to work with, and to top it all off, 11 grand is way overpriced for a re-roof. Not a business I'd recommend to anyone, especially other veterans.

INTEGRITY is what impressed me! Craig visited my house today within 24 hours after i called for service. He climbed up the ladder, checked out the condition, showed me the pictures of the "suspicious" areas, and explained that they were not real problems at all. Before his visit, another company concluded that the "suspicious" areas must be really bad and must be repaired, and they sent me a pricey estimate for the fix -- yet, they didn't even tried to climb up the ladder to check out the actual situation; all they did was reading the photos that I took on that "suspicious" area of my roof. Now I have high confidence with this company and would be sure to use their services and recommend to others!
