Titan exteriors did just a superior job on our deck project. The project involved the excision of a section of rotten wood below the deck at junction of two different deck, a poor seal between the two by previous builder. They understood the issues and resolved them at a reasonable price. Their workers, all polite, knowledgeable and hard working.
After rebuilding the deck, they recoat/refinished the entire deck with a new, better than new finish.
What could have been a big headache for us, they took care of, and with attention to detail.

I am very pleased with Titan Exteriors. From estimate to finalizing the job, they were outstanding. I had a slider installed, about a dozen windows, siding and horizontal blocking installed on new addition and siding tied into existing, siding patched and repairs to existing, as well as beams wrapped in cedar.

Tony, the owner came out for the estimate. He was honest, straight forward, and very fair with this bid. In addition, he was flexible when we needed to make additions to the scope and got the job started in the window we needed.

After getting several bids for replacement of siding on our south wall and needed repairs to other areas, we chose Titan Exteriors. The owner, Tony Bennett, is very knowledgeable and reviewed our whole building to see what needed to be done, and send us a bid right away. It was not the lowest or the highest, but the explanation of work to be done was comprehensive and complete. Tony also promptly answered any questions we had regarding the work to be done.

When we chose Titan Exteriors for our work, Tony kept us updated on his team’s availability to start the work. In just a few weeks, Andrey, the project Foreman, came to let us know exactly when the crew would arrive with the new siding and trash trailer for the old siding. The two crew members, Domingo and Juan, worked so hard and were so polite and friendly. The job was estimated to take about 4 days, but it was completed in just 2 days. The workmanship is excellent and I am so very happy we chose Titan Exteriors to take care of our home!

We had our whole house resided. Customer service was outstanding from getting a bid for the job to completion. Tony the owner was very responsive answering questions, redoing the bid for things we changed, etc. Andrey the project manager did a fantastic job overseeing the job and making sure we knew what was going on at all times. The Titan Exteriors team did an outstanding and timely job on our siding replacement, even staying on track during the hottest temperatures (so far) of the summer! Every compromised area on our house was addressed with no unnecessary 'up-selling'. Cleanup was thorough, and they were even kind enough to remove some non job related debris I was going to have to get rid of myself. Their integrity and professionalism was much appreciated!

After "interviewing" 6 siding contractors to replace some of the siding on our house, we chose Titan and had a great experience. Tony (the owner) visited our house and was the least "used car salesman" of all the siding contractors. (Oh, the stories I can tell about the others.) It was clear to me that Tony's company was the real deal and would do the job the way it was supposed to be done, which was exactly what they did. Communication with the crew was excellent. Not knowing what to expect for a complete siding, Tony came out and gave me the estimate and walked me through the job. He is very professional and approachable as to the specifics of the job. His crew, especially the Project Manager, were very efficient, on time each day, explaining certain aspects of the job every step of the way until the job was completed. The crew cleaned up the site where they worked each day and the Project Manager was on hand to oversee the progress. I am very happy with the result, I have a beautiful house. These men are craftsmen and take their job seriously - they take pride in the work they perform.

Tony came out to bid on the project and was very professional. He made it clear he truly wanted to fix my issue (which was a leak) and he identified potential problems. After the first day of work when the issue turned out to be bigger than expected, he worked quickly to quote and schedule my larger siding project.

Titan worked within my home renovation budget to find a quality and cost-effective exterior siding solution. Tony took the time
to examine every exterior panel area. Titan's work flow, from
planning to final customer approval. was very professional.

We used Titan for installation of a waterproof deck coating. When we had our first rain after the job was completed, we were very discouraged to find leaks in the garage parking area under the deck. Titan came out the same day we reported the problem to them. After spending some time reviewing their work and where the leaks were appearing, it was concluded that the leaks may have originated elsewhere. Titan suggested what we might look for and a roofer to come over to inspect the roof. Titan contacted the roofer who came by the same day and together formed a plan to chase down the leak source. Following a rather simple test, the leak source was discovered. It was not the deck coating but rather a gutter drain pipe. Titan was super responsive and accurate in the assessment of the issue. Very pleased all round.

I had a great experience using Titan Exteriors. I had my front porch and stairs waterproofed by them. They were very professional, kept me informed throughout the process, and did an extremely thorough job. My porch looks amazing and I highly recommend them to them others looking for the same service.

We moved into a house with two porches over living spaces that were not water proofed correctly and caused immense dammage to our house and compromised it structurely. When we were ready to rebuild, correctly waterproofing, especially given Portland's climate was a top priority. For that reason, we didn't go with the cheapest option, but found Titan Exteriors pricing to be reasonable and hopefully save us money in the long run.

During the rebuild I dealt with a dozen contactors and had very frustrating experiences, but it was anything but the opposite with Titan Exteriors. They were clear, thorough, took time for my questions, and on-time. We could not be happier with the work and on top of that their communication was great.

At the end of the job they came & reinstalled my house numbers, mailbox & front porch light even though they had already been paid for the entire job. Honest. Hard working. Top quality work. Our original builder cut corners on our siding and parts of it was starting to rot, it wouldn't hold paint, and looked terrible in general. Titan Exteriors did not cut corners, they did an amazing job. Every person I interacted with was honest and up front. They did what they said they would do, when they said they would do it. Very responsive and didn't try and oversell me. The crew that did the work was amazing and was making perfect cuts in seconds that would have taken me 30 minutes to get right. The layers and flashing installed was expertly done and now my house is PNW water tight. Super happy with the interaction and the result. I can easily recommend Titan Exteriors to anyone.

Great experience with a siding install and house painting project through Titan Exteriors.

Tony, the owner, came out and gave a free consultation to review my old, damaged siding over the summer. He was informative, matter of fact, but never pushy and didn't take advantage of my general lack of knowledge (when he probably could've).

We shopped around for a few more weeks and made the mistake of booking another "consultation" with another company that insisted on a 2-hour in-home presentation that was the definition of a sleazy, hard sale. After that we called Tony back up and asked him to come work up a formal quote, which he did with several options to choose from.

I'm sure Titan was not the absolute cheapest out there, but we decided that you can't put a dollar amount on trustworthiness and professionalism.

The work was originally scheduled for early Oct., but Tony called and said he had an opening on the calendar in mid-Sept. and his crew showed up and got to work right away. Those guys were onsite at 7:30-7:45 each morning and worked HARD until sundown each night. I was incredibly impressed how well they worked around the various fences, sheds, shrubs and other features of the house to make sure the siding was installed right. The house painting crew was just as diligent...worked hard and fast and carefully.

Also, really appreciated how easy it was to get in touch with either Tony or Luda in the office via email or phone call. Very professional and would highly recommend them to others.

Pavel and his team recoated an existing deck. They met or exceeded all commitments: the crew arrived between 7 to 7:30 each morning, worked consistently throughout the day, and as a result finished the job a day or so earlier than their original estimate. Their work area was kept tidy and they willingly vacuumed other areas that had debris remaining from sanding. The crew was polite, professional, and respectful of our home and property. The deck looks great, even better than we had anticipated.
