Amazing crew! They were very careful to ensure no debris was left behind, courteous of all of our landscaping, and were quick and efficient! Steve was very quick to respond and extremely helpful!

Steve has fixed my roof a number of times over the years and I can't rate him high enough. He is always super professional, punctutal, helpful, and fits you into his schedule whenever he can.
His rates are very competitive. If you're in the need of any kind of repairs, a whole roof or even just an inspection/estimate give tip top roofing a chance.

Tip Top is fantastic. Steve stands behind his work and even goes above and beyond addressing issues that go beyond his work. He has helped me multiple times (including putting on the roof), but also troubleshooting period issues with leaks (coming from old mortar rather than the roof). I strongly recommend him and his business as they are fair and proud to stand behind their work.

Steve was quick to respond, came and looked at the job and sent the estimate all in 3 days of the original call. Very reasonable and professional. Scheduled job and as planned his employees arrived promptly at 7:00 am both mornings as stated they would. The crew worked and cleaned up as they went and left day 2 job completed and no sign of anything left behind. Thank you for a job well done, I will most DEFINITELY recommend Tip Top Roofing.

I had problems around my chimney and Tip Top built a chimney saddle on the back-side of it. I am very pleased. no more worries

Great roofing company. They do good work at a fair price and leave a spotless work site. They did the roof on my house in 2015 and roofed my business in 2018. Fast with estimates, send photos if extra work needs to be done and gave a free ten year warranty.

I have now used Tip Top Roofing at two different houses. I was very pleased with both experiences. They provided fair and transparent pricing as well as exceptional communication. The work was done well and completed on time. I would use Tip Top again.

Just had Steve Rorem over to address a roof leak and he was there on time, had the problem corrected along with a couple of other minor things that could cause future problems all at a VERY reasonable price. I will recommend this company to everyone I know that needs some roof repair or replacement done. I know I will need a new roof in a year or so & they will be the ones I call to do the work!

I contacted Steve about repairing a couple of pieces of our soffit that were damaged. He was quick to get out to give us a quote and within a week of contacting him we had the issue fixed. He was friendly and professional and we look forward to working with him again in the future. Thanks so much to you and your workers Steve. We will be recommending you to others as well.

I was looking for them on Yelp (where I do most of my reviews) but cant find them? Anyways... 5 stars! They are prompt, friendly, and professional. I actually got my roof installed last year and found that we had a small leak around my chimney just a few days ago (not uncommon for roofs!)... I called them today and got a call back in <20 minutes, they'll be here in less than a week to make it right!

The roof looks great, but they really did a half-ass job replacing the sky lights. It literally looks like they bought a piece of plexi-glass and screwed it onto the frame. It isn't even cut to size, so it hangs over the edge of the frame, and over time it has warped between the screws and so now it leaks. When I came home and saw what they had done with the sky light, I asked why they hadn't replaced it with a real sky-light, and they responded with something to the extent of "they didn't have that size in stock at Lowes". I wish at the time that I had had the guts to tell them that was unacceptable, but I didn't, so I guess it is partly my fault. So now I have a great roof, but some really ugly DIY-looking skylights.

Edit: We have gotten in touch and skylights are on their way! :)

Steve was prompt in getting back with me, quoting, and repairs. The first chance the weather allowed the repairs he came by, fixed the problem (boots around the PVC exhaust pipes had dryrotted.), called me to let me know, and left the invoice in the Mailbox. At $75 for a service call, an $9 in parts, plus he inspected the rest of my roof. I'll be calling Tip Top Roofing again if I have any needs.
