No patience for answering questions at all. Cut me off a few times. Never got the chance to decide if it was worth my time and money to buy from them. The lady answering the phone decided that for me.

Had she waited and just answered patiently she might have discovered I was intending to see if it was worth my money to purchase at the price she had started quoting. Instead she seemingly decided in her mind that what I was asking wasn't going to earn money for her business. Frankly the price she quoted didn't sound bad, and I was considering it. When she opted to cut me off and make it clear she wanted to take the other call instead of mine I decided I won't be doing business.

I will clarify, my call was dual purpose. I started with my own work which is I wanted to buy shocks or leaf springs and I needed prices, I'm wanting to use them for my blacksmithing tradecraft. Additionally, I have a 2002 Nissan Frontier I need to get replacement parts for the engine generator and I have a 2004 Chevy Suburban that I need to get a couple door window motors for.

I didn't make it past asking her if they typically had leaf springs or shocks that are beyond use, I got cut clean off that she has people who have to be paid to pick the parts. When I clarified I didn't know anything about how things worked and was just gathering additional information she cut me off again that she had a call on the other line she needed to take.

Guess my money as a craftsman isn't worth her time.

Had to get rid of a vehicle quick because I was moving, called them and they sent J&J to get it and when I gave them the title, I got a check out of it. Very friendly people! Highly recommend

Great guys to work with. Great place for hard to find parts, for older cars and new. He hooked me up with a driver's door for a 62 galaxie. Very reasonable and fair price on such a hard to find part. I will definitely call these fellas again when in need. Thank you.mick.

I called on the phone asking for an intermediate shaft for a b20b honda motor. Im putting the motor in a 1995 honda civic. I asked for a different car that the motor came in. But he asked what car i had and looked for that car. The b20b didn't come in a 1995 civic. I don't know how many times i had to tell him that. He wasted both my time and his.

Worst customer service, I’ve called and even been here in person, and all the times they’ve been the most rude people... I know people have bad days, but to consistently have an attitude just wastes everyone’s time. I’d rather go all the way to Columbia to the Pull A Part and get parts myself, than someone ride a high horse complaining how much trouble it would be to get parts off of a vehicle...
