Bob's Ace Hardware Inc

I had an issue with a key I purchased on line and had Hunter cut it for me after 3 trips back and 4th key still didn't work. Duke escorted me to a local locksmith and he fixed the issue. I paid Bob's 3.50 to cut this key . Duke paid 62.00 to get it right. That's GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

The employees at Bob's are always knowledgeable and helpful. The store is well stocked and clean. Prices are reasonable. On our last visit there, a plumbing solution was figured out to fix what we were told to do at Lowe's for half the cost and a more reliable result.

I visit this store at a minimum of three (3) times per week. I am always met with a friendly and pleasant employee that is always ready to assist. (rare these days)

Walked in on a Saturday morning for the first time. They were very busy but all 4 people working greeted me as soon as I walked in. Everybody was smiling and happy to help all of the customers. They have an awesome W.R. Case knife display that’s fully stocked and it’s not all just Trappers. They have 8 or 9 different patterns and 2-3 different handle materials of each pattern. I was really not expecting that. The entire store was organized, clean, and well lit. I looked at the display for about 20 minutes and decided on two knives to add to my collection. The Peanut in Caribbean Blue Sawcut and the Sod Buster Jr. in Black synthetic with Sod Buster Jr. and the plow etched in the blade. If you’re looking for a new Case knife definitely stop here first. Thanks y’all.

Good people always enjoyed going there. They're helpful if you need it or they'll let you just browse. If you need anything they have it's a great place to get it.

Ace hardware stores are my go to when I need just about anything project wise. I came looking for brackets and screws. As always, an associate helped make sure I found what I needed. Always great service at every Ace I have been to, so far. A little pricey compared to stores in Lexington, but time was a priority and Ace is in the neighborhood.

The staff here is very knowledgeable and always willing to help. They are able to help you with your project if you are unsure as do what to do. Duke runs a very good business.

I do not know hardware. The gentleman working there went down my list and picked everything I needed. Very Helpful and friendly.

As soon as I walked into their store 2 people asked me could they help me. The cashier and floor person. I was shown exactly what I asked for. It was $1 cheaper than Harbor Freight.

If you live in Batesburg or near you will need to get to know these people. Just good people: friendly and knowledgeable. Always want to help. Also, if you need propane they have the best price in Batesburg. Paid $14.00 for 20 lb tank, Walmart exchange is $20.00
