Mario was our main point of contact with Timberline Roofing. He was fantastic to work with and really did everything he could to make sure that the insurance company would take care of their responsibilities. When they started installing the roof, the guys got here early and worked pretty much until the sun went down. I was amazed how much they got done in the first day.

Wonderful. There was a minor leak in the attic which I thought was a problem with the roof. He came within hours of the phone call I placed. The problem was not the roof. He could have easily walked away since the problem was not the roof that he had fixed. But he stayed and addressed the problem. qnd hw did not charge me for the work either. If you have a roof that needs replaced or fixed this is the best company to work with. i highly recommend them.

I would also like to say that after our roof was damaged due to a major hail storm that rolled through Saratoga Springs, we had another roofing company provide us a bid. We initially liked their bid and approved them to do the required work. They put us on schedule that was more than a month out, and I felt that was unacceptable.

They were very fast. They did my whole house in about a day and a half. I did not know this at first, but when you do Asphalt shingles in the winter, or when it’s cold. They don’t Seal as well as when it’s warmer. I had some questions and they came out twice and got on my roof and made sure that everything was done correctly.

*we did have a bit of a rocky conversation toward the end with the company about some minor pay issues, and had a hard time getting a detailed breakdown from them* but overall, we are very pleased with the work done for the price and time frame! A handful of our neighbors would say the same!

Timberline was very good to work with from Jay the sale rep to the install crew. They did a very good job. They were very cautious as to the plants and items outside the house. When finished they cleaned up to the point you would not even know they had been there. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a roof job.

Excellent experience with Mario in sales. 22 Sq tear off ,New snow and ice shield, removal of swamp cooler roof curb,and patch roof. Done in 1 day ,no trash or evidence they were even there except for completed beautiful new roof.

Mario was polite and gave us the best price by far out of multiple estimates. While selling our house, an inspector claimed there was no flashing on the new roof. I called Mario, and he sent someone the next day who confirmed the flashing was there. The buyers' roofer also verified the work was done correctly from the start. Timberline helped us avoid losing the sale due to the inspector's mistake. They offer great prices, fast service (complete tear-down and rebuild in 2 days), and stand by their work. Excellent company, would use them again 10/10 times.

They helped with the insurance and determined exactly what needed to be done. They came and started and completed and cleaned everything up. Great job.

Excellent service! Very punctual and were able to take my old roof out in the first half of the day, and had the new roof in by the end of the same day! Mario is amazing and always answered my calls/questions. If he wasn’t able to take my call he ALWAYS returned my call within a few minutes. When my gutters were put on I noticed I couldn’t open my back gate, so I called Mario (on a Saturday) and he had someone out to fix the problem that same day. Not to mention their quote was HALF the price of the first quote I received. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

We had our roof and rain gutters done. They were fast and professional and my roof looks beautiful. The price was so much cheaper and quality was better than other bids we had received before hand.

These guys were amazing! They helped us out after some wind took off a few big chunks of our shingles. They did almost all of the leg work with the insurance company as well! All we had to do was wait. That is the reason I am leaving 4 instead of 5 stars. We had to wait a pretty substantial time to get the work done, and I understand that was completely out of their control, there just wasn't hardly any communication during the waiting period. We had to reach out to them every few months just to be updated. Once it was time to get the actual work done they were quick and professional and did a great job! I cannot recommend these guys enough if you are a patient person!

Timberline Roofing is first rate in all respects. Denise and Chad, company rep's) came personally while the insurance adjustor made her inspection to insure that all T's were crossed and all I's dotted. Both Chad and Denise were very helpful in the initial sequence of having our roof replaced. After the hassel with the mortgage company, everything went off like clock work. The awesome roofing crew (from Honduras) got to work before sunrise and worked as a well oiled machine. They were hard workers and we didn't have to listen to irritating acid rock as they applied their trade. They were squared away appearance wise and conducted themselves as gentlemen. The roofing was completed as the sun went down at which time we served pizza from the local establishment. Later, the gutter crew came for that phase and did a great job. One of the gutter crew noted, above and beyond the call of duty, that they could smell natural gas from coming from our meter. A quick call to Dominion Energy proved that our regulator was leaking and needed replacing which we appreciated. We spoke with Edgar, the boss, later as a follow up review which we appreciated in their desire to make this a positive experience... which it was. My bride and I both highly recommend Timberline roofing.

Wow, these guys know how to roof a home. They were professional, worked from daylight to dark and constantly kept me in the loop as they laid down the new roof

Salesman came around after a hailstorm that severely damaged our roof, vinyl siding and fence. Very impressive sales pitch, said they would take care of roof and siding. The insurance was a bit delayed due to backlog, but when the approval finally came through we were no longer important. After waiting several weeks, with very little communication, they finally got back with us because they forgot which color we had ordered. So we reminded them, only to hear two weeks later that the color was unavailable. Finally got the roof done (by very impressive Hispanic group from Boise—I would totally recommend them if I knew the name), then waited a few more weeks without communication on the siding. Salesman finally got back with us to let us know that they were too busy and would not be able to do the siding, and it was out of his hands. End of discussion. That was why we went with them in the first place so we didn’t have to deal with multiple companies! Not impressed to say the least.

One word, Disappointed. Jeff Baird from Timberline came out and inspected our roof and was incredibly positive and thorough with his findings. He was very energetic and a great SALESMAN. We filed a claim with our insurance based on his findings. He then ghosted us. He no showed for the insurance inspection and still to this day has not returned Calls or Texts. The insurance claim was denied and that is not the issue (though I wonder if it would have been had Timberline showed up to the inspection). The Issue is that Timberline just abandoned us, did not provide any service after the initial inspection. This was very unprofessional and a giant disappointment. I give one star because you cannot give ZERO.

Had a problem a year after my roof replacement and they came back and fixed it! Thanks for taking care of that even though you were very busy.

Salesman Jeffery Baird is a fast talking,tell you what you wanna hear kind of guy. Promised certain things that never happened. Was told I’d get new gutters which I never did. Have called several times and given the run around. Roofers did a great job though. LKL is the company who delivered my shingles. They damaged my driveway and refuse to repair. Timberline assured me LKL was a reputable company but that has proven to be false. I would not recommend this company.

We had a leak on the overhang of our roof and basically needed a whole new roof. Called Timberline Roofing and the process from start to finish was a great experience. We would highly recommend this company. Edgar and his team are very thorough and made sure that our new roof had no leaks and it is beautiful. They cleaned up all of the debris and every nail was picked up taken away.

The install team was great! Was fast and efficient. Great guys on the install team. Management was not stellar. Each time I sent a check it would take weeks for them to do anything with it. Lying about when they deposit it. It's taken months to get the process completed. Did install first week in April and barely got the last check cleared and it's Aug 1st. Hard to get a hold of for completion certificate for insurance and such. Again great hard working install team and not great back end help.

Timberline provided the best service possible. My roof was a very steep and cut up project. They were in and out in a very timely fashion. Jeff the sales rep did all the upfront paperwork required by my insurance. A real positive experience.

Timberline Roofing replaced the roof of our home in Enoch Utah and did a fantastic job. They made a through effort to clean up debris after they were done. They also made several follow up visits to address any problems I was concerned about.

I dont even know where to start. Timberline Roofing is an exemplary company. The people really CARE about you and they care so much that even when things go wrong they never stop fighting for you and they never give up even when you as the homeowner have given up hope of ever getting a new roof. My situation was complicated because ALL of my neighbors had damaged roofs from wind and hail and ALL of them got new roofs except me because my insurance denied the claim repeatedly but Jeff from Timberline never gave up. He never stopped fighting. One of my adjusters actually said the storm turned, skipped my house and hit my neighbors. Really? He was personal, professional and relentlessly optimistic and positive! I have a personal affinity for him and his company and I will be forever grateful that he never gave up and made this happen for me and my daughter. As a single mom my heart is full that he advocated so diligently for us!! Best experience I have ever had with a contractor! Thank you so much! This company is the BEST! Edgar and his crew were amazingly fast and professional and the quality and speed in which they work is nothing short of miraculous!!! Call them for all your roofing needs. You will not be disappointed! There really is still reliable honest and hard working people left in this world. They are all of these things!

I wasn’t sure about asking the insurance to help pay for new shingles on my roof after a big hail storm damaged many of them. Brent was chatting with me and let me know that the insurance would definitely approve the repairs after he looked at them. He convinced me that the process wouldn’t be too rough on my end and that he would help me through it all. He did help through the process and yes the insurance was happy to cover it after the adjuster took a look at it. I was very grateful for his help. The other people at with Timberline roofing have all been nice and informative through the whole process. The workers were fast and effective. I love the finished product and am happy my house is now protected. Thanks Timberline!!

Timberline replaced the roofs on our house & small barn shed (shingles), on our RV garage & she shed (metal) the gutters & north side vinyl on the house following a terrible hail storm. The house & barn shed roofs were stripped & new shingles installed in one day. Due to material acquisition issues the other roofs & siding took longer to complete. But all work was completed in a day once materials were available. Also, all jobs were performed with superior materials & installation than the original work on all four structures that were damaged in the storm.

We have had a couple of minor repairs needed on the house roof due to very high winds & the colder temperatures which prevented some cap pieces from sealing properly. But the team have come out quickly & made things right.

We had damage due to a storm last summer. They came and inspected it and took what our insurance paid, minus the deductible and the extra for the skylight we had them install where the swamp cooler was. They only charged us for the skylight, and didn't add extra for labor. There was a slight misunderstanding with payment because of our insurance including screens and a light, but we got it figured out.

Had our roof replaced on our unit by them last year and have a leak in the roof since, has been hell trying to get them to come fix it. Have called multiple times and everytime they have said they will come out that week of the call and nothing. Can't call anybody else since we don't own the unit we have to go through them. Really annoying hearing water drip into a bucket every rain storm.

They were fast, efficient and polite. They had to remove three layers of shingles and the plywood. They did all that and replaced the roof and cleaned up in less than three days. I would definitely recommend them.

Our roof and sheds roof had suffered hail damage from a bad storm during the fall. Our shingles were falling off and noticeably damaged. We also needed to have our swamp cooler removed(which they did for us.)

They were really quick to come and they replaced the roof in under two days. They cleaned up very nicely and were very respectful of our home.

I truly cannot give them enough praise! We still are trying to get our rain gutters replaced soon, so I will update with more pictures.

I am sick and tired of this company harassing me about my roof. I understand that our house went through a significant storm recently but I’ve had it looked at and it was fine. This predatory style of door to door sales tactics should be illegal. I don’t appreciate the reps who snap back at me after I say I’m not interested. Just because all of my neighbors are getting new roofs “for free”, doesn’t mean I’m interested. These “free roofs” mean insurance claims which affect all of us.
