Talked with Juan Gonzalez the owner of Timberline Roofing Co. he met me at the property, assessed what needed to be done, said he would write up a quote/contract and if I was ok with it he would get the removal and replacement of the entire roof on his schedule. The. Ext day he had a quote and detailed exactly what my out of pocket costs would be. I reviewed it, spoke with my wife and we agreed to move forward. He came by that evening I g and I signed his contract, paid 50% down with the remainder due at completion. He said he could begin the job the next morning! Three days later the entire project was completed. Highly recommend Timberline roofing. All of his crew were professional, wore safety harnesses and did a thorough clean up at the end of each day. Fantastic experience.
A strong wind blew shingles off our 25 year old roof. Efrain arranged for Timberline to support us quickly before the weather could do any more damage. During the process, we discovered a major part of our problem was improperly installed sheeting on part of our 625 square foot addition causing a noticeable gap to develop. Timberline stripped the shingles, removed the improperly installed sheeting, inspected the rafters to confirm structural integrity and then DID THE JOB RIGHT before reinstalling quality new shingles. Looks great and now I know it’s sound. You can’t put a price on peace of mind.
