Tim can't be trusted. If you decide to use him, get every detail in writing and don't pay until the work is done. He and his crew finished our basement recently and did a very poor job. Lots of crooked finishings, uneven floor tile, doors that don't shut, ugly texture and paint, etc. Our basement still smells like cigarette smoke. Their cars left oil spots on our brand new driveway. They relieved themselves in our yard (we don't have fences). They left the job unfinished after claiming we owed the full contract amount, despite them not installing carpet or electric representing 40% or the contract. After months of little or no contact, we finally got Tim to meet with us and we tried to negotiate a compromise but in the process, he got very angry and wouldn't budge (contact me if you want to hear a recording of the conversation)
