Last year was our first experience with Tim Leeper Roofing; that experience was so good that we reached out again when we had another leak in our roof. From the friendly person answering the phone to the tech that came to our house, every step of the process was explained and handled fairly, efficiently and professionally, without ever feeling cold or impersonal. They even reached out again on the morning of the scheduled Monday appointment to confirm they were coming and when. A true class act all the way; you won’t ever go wrong hiring these guys!

I had a few shingles come loose and contacted Tim Leeper Roofing for a repair estimate.
Andy P. arrived on schedule as promised.
He explained the reason for the problem and gave me the estimate for the repair.
The company contacted me to set a date for the work and explained again what would take place.
Bridget contacted me a couple of times to let me know that they were still on schedule and asked if I had any questions.
The work was completed as promised and all materials were removed and my property was clean.

Overall I've had a great experience with Tim Lieper roofing. Our roof had had some damage from leakage through the chimney flashing. One of their sales representatives, Andy, came out to provide us with an estimate. He was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of my questions and provide a detailed accounts of what the repair would involve. That was one of the main reasons we chose Tim Leiper.

The individual who came out to do the repair was very polite and also knowledgeable. I like to be pretty directly involved in repairs on our home, so I climbed up onto the roof with him before he started the repair. We reviewed where things were and what would need to be done. I checked in a few times during the process to see how things were going.

I'm very happy with the end result. They did a great job repairing the roof decking, fixing the flashing around our chimney, and reshingling the repair area. At the end they did a great job cleaning up. You couldn't even tell they had been there.

It's hard to find good contractors these days. So it's a breath of fresh air when a company like Tim Lieper is so put together.

Sebastian was our on-site Supervisor for Tim Leeper Roofing.He did a wonderful job keeping us informed on the progress of our roof, communicating and documenting any repairs, what to expect each step of the process and made sure that it was cleaned up properly. We could not be happier with the quality and professionalism of the work. Beginning to end; the initial sales rep, to scheduling the project, the timely install and completion, and clean up, we had no complaints and were pleasantly surprised with our experience.

Tim Leeper gave us a quick evaluation and estimate on hail damage to our roof. Once the insurance company approved of the work, the crews were here replacing the roof within just a few weeks. Excellent and courteous service throughout the experience.

We had shingles blow off and break so we got quotes from several local roofing companies. Not only was Tim Leeper Roofing the most responsive (either took our calls or called us right back), they came to our house right away, quoted the job immediately for free, and gave us time to think it over. As soon as we scheduled with them, they showed up as promised, replaced our missing shingles, and billed exactly as quoted. No surprises! AND - not only did they repair the roof so well we can’t tell the new shingles from the old… we didn’t even have to be home! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Tim Leeper Roofing. We’ll be sure to call them again when we’re ready for a full replacement.

We got several quotes from various company after some hail damage to our roof. Upon suggestion of family that used Tim Leeper roofing we made sure they were one of the companies we had come out. Tim Leeper roofing had the best price and a very patient salesman that answered all our questions and was able offer a full replacement for a better price than many would have only done repairs. The workers worked hard in the heat and the on-site supervisor Sebastian was very personable and ensured we were satisfied with the job! He also knew we had pets and children so he had his crew go around with magnets repeatedly to ensure there were no screws or nails to accidentally catch a foot. They also moved a kids play house out of the way while they worked and put it back when finished. It’s little things that go to show the level of detail and care they put into their work. We’re very glad to have gone with Tim Leeper roofing and would recommend them to anyone needing a roof!

A roofing company that is honest, dependable, and customer friendly! I’ve been in the construction world for my whole career and know a great contractor and representative when I meet them. Brenden met me at the house on time and quickly gained my respect with his friendly professional approach and “let’s address your issue” attitude. His comments were very candid and without criticizing the original installing roofing contractor, identified shortcomings in the work that created my roofing problem. He developed a plan, developed an estimate and within 2 days had a very experienced gentleman make the corrections. After tearing off and replacing a valley flashing, he left without a stray nail or bit of trash remaining. That’s what I call great service. I only gave them 5 stars because 6 was not an option. Brendan is the first and only roofing contractor I have in my contact list as the experience was Outstanding. Bravo to Tim Leeper Roofing!

They did everything they said they would do. The installers were great and worked very hard. They did a great job of cleaning up and protecting our deck and plants. I highly recommend Tim Leeper. I had to have a couple roof fans replaced. Not only were the new fans of a much higher quality than you can get at a big box store, but way better looking. Martinez was here on time and didn't waste any time getting to work, but he was extremely skilled at his craft. He was respectful, neat, and very conscious of my property. Once he was finished with his job, he checked my flashing on my plumbing vents and fire place stack and secured and sealed them to make sure I wouldn't have any problems in the future. I am extremely happy. I'm a retired carpenter so I know a great job when I see it!!!

I couldn't have been happier with the service from the Tim Leeper crew. A roof is a huge investment and worry hanging over your head (pun intended) about the process and quality isn't a burden you want. Do yourself a favor and contact these guys.
They were punctual with communication AND action, the estimating process was very clear-cut, expectations were clear, the product and installation quality high, and they did an incredible job cleaning up.
When they first rolled up and set out a tarp over my entire driveway in case one of their trucks leaked oil, I could tell there was a conscientiousness for detail. That carried through until the final product and I noticed the beautiful valley cuts.
You might be able to save a buck going with another company, but there are some things where you get what you pay for. In approximately 19 hours in 2 days, a crew of 10 removed 50 square and replaced it, battled through a pop-up rainstorm, all while showing care and concern for my home. You can't beat that.
