Another roofer came by and said I had a lot of hail and wind damage on my roof. Tiger Roofing had already replaced 3 roofs for my neighbors, I called them for a second opinion and Erik pumped the brakes. He found only 5 wind damaged shingles and not enough hail to submit a claim. He offered a very affordable maintenance repair for some nail pops and sealing my roof and I'm so happy we didn't have to submit an insurance claim that may get denied. I'm happy Tiger Roofing is a company I can trust and will use them in the future.

Let me tell you how blessed i am to meet R. Kelly who brought me to Tiger roofing. I been trying to get my roof replaced for about 2 year now and talking about the most frustrating thing to ever have to go through !! Oh did I mention I have “Allstate home owners insurance” the most Complicated company to work with when come to roofs. But Tiger Roofing never gave up on me and fault on my Behalf and got it done!! I am not one to write reviews, but our experience with Tiger Roofing was so outstanding that I felt compelled to let the world know. In this day and age, it seems that professionalism, integrity, communication, and genuine customer care are going extinct, so it is truly rare, remarkable, and even downright shocking when a business shines in all of these areas. Tiger Roofing is one such business. Erik and Diana have an exceptional blend of the "hard" skills you want in a roofer: professional competency, industry know-how, and stellar work ethic, coupled with the equally important personal touch of kindness, responsiveness, and genuine care for their customers. Our job was massive, complicated, and extremely drawn out due to some unusual challenges with our insurance company. Over the course of the over 6 months it took from beginning to end, Erik and Diana truly took care of us and, in spite of many stressful curveballs, stalls, and frustrations, never conducted themselves with anything less than the utmost courtesy and respect, remaining consistently calm, constructive, cooperative, and communicative through it all. They worked tirelessly to help us get all of the roofs on our property covered (including a large garage and outbuilding), meticulously documenting everything and communicating closely with our insurance company. We never had to hunt them down for answers, as they were very proactive and transparent in keeping us abreast of the process. They were always honest and above board with us, taking care not to oversell what they could deliver or make false promises to pacify us or gain our business through deceptive practices, as so many companies often do. Though they never guaranteed it, their persistence, dedication, and savoir faire with our insurance company paid off handsomely, and they were able to get our entire job covered! Not only did they provide our family with attractive, durable, and secure roofs over our heads, they did it all for the cost of our deductible! Our experience with Tiger Roofing was phenomenal from beginning to end, and I couldn't recommend them more highly. If it were possible to give a higher than 5 star review, I would! Words cannot express how grateful I am to have had Eric and his crew come out to fix our roof. We unfortunately had a bad dealing with another roofing company who literally just made our roof worse after a big storm. Had an unused satellite dish get blown off our roof during a storm. Pulled some of the roof decking off. Not too big a job but you wouldn’t have known that by the way Erik treated the job.
