Threshold Holmes made our building experience stress free and easy. We built during COVID and Tom made the build as painless as possible with his ability to adapt to the changing market. He was able to take our vision and make it a reality. I would definitely use Threshold Homes again!!!

We purchased Tom’s very first cabin at Bear Lake. We appreciated his attention to detail and listening to our wants and needs. We went on to have him finish our basement and lived that as well. He made us feel like we were a priority and was great to work with.
If we build in Bear Lake again we would definitely be in touch with Tom and Threshold Homes.

Tom built us a 2nd home up in garden city. He was very easy to work with and has been very helpful even after construction with any questions or small issues we run into. Would highly recommend Tom if you’re looking to build a home in the bear lake area.

When it came time to build our dream home in the bear lake area, we met with all of the local builders to find someone we felt comfortable working with. Threshold homes was a clear choice for my wife and I as it was clear that Tom listened to us and understood what we were looking for. Through the whole process, Tom was an excellent guide, which was invaluable in navigating the many decisions. I also appreciated that he was very transparent so we knew all cost up front and there were no surprises at the end. I would certainly recommend Threshold homes for your custom home construction in the Bear Lake area.
