We worked with Threshold Construction on a kitchen remodel. First off the kitchen came out beautiful. Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to get along with. I would 100% recommend them to others and have a few other projects in the future that I will reach out on.

I can’t express enough how amazing this team has been!!! I had a BIG project that started off a leak. Threshold was the only company that came out and actually gave me a quote on the spot with different options that aligned with my budget. After pulling permits, the team came, demolished and redid my roof and daughter’s playroom in just a few days! Not only are they efficient, but personable as well. They made me laugh when I was ready to cry. I will definitely be using Threshold for future projects. 5* for sure!!!

Our kitchen renovation experience with Threshold was absolutely phenomenal! They transformed our outdated 1956 pink and black kitchen into a stunning, modern grey and white masterpiece. I had initially envisioned white cabinets with white subway tile, but my husband suggested dark grey cabinets with light grey tile, and the result is breathtaking.

Their attention to detail exceeded all expectations. One contractor even fixed minor details I wouldn’t have noticed, showing their dedication to perfection. Communication was flawless—I received daily updates, and any questions I had were answered promptly. Every contractor and subcontractor who entered our home was professional, kind, and respectful. We are a bilingual household and the gentlemen that speak Spanish were always so sweet to my young daughter, encouraging her to practice.

They promised a 7-9 week timeline but delivered in just 6 weeks! Costs were completely transparent and stayed within the expected range. A highlight was their creative solution for moving our laundry upstairs and disguising it within custom cabinetry—it’s functional and beautiful.

They made the entire process stress-free, cleaning up daily so we could live comfortably during the renovation. This kitchen has truly been life-changing. With my genetic condition causing chronic pain, having the laundry on the main level has greatly improved my quality of life.

Great group of guys. I didn’t really know exactly what I needed for Windows. They came by took measurements placed the order. Windows were installed in 3 weeks. I absolutely love our new windows and very energy efficient. I will definitely be calling them again for my next project.

Threshold Construction replaced three skylights, reroofed around the new ones, fixed drywall and plaster, and repainted - all at a very reasonable price and quickly. Kevin and Logan and the crew were absolutely amazing. They came in. They cleaned all around put down crushed stones on me. I have great news! There are honest hardworking construction companies out there who deliver what they promise, provided a hands-on involvement throughout the project, and then delivered a pristine finished project. I hired them to tear down and rebuild a deck at a family member's house, expanding its size by 100%. We have been burned by decking companies before and were very careful about how we were going to pick the next deck company. Devyn came to the house, met with the family, produced a wonderful digital model of the design we wanted, then gave us a reasonable price and a "realistic" time frame for the project, from a real start date to finish. They started on time, finished in less than two weeks, responded immediately to a small flaw we saw and we ended up totally thrilled with the entire experience. If you are looking for the right company that will do what they say in a quality manner, go no further...this is the one!

Threshold Construction put in a patio for us and let me tell you they did an amazing job, from estimate to finish they were professional and friendly. As I was looking for contractors, Devyn responded to my inquiry and made himself available to come by for a free estimate. As a relatively new homeowner, I was unsure what would look best so he walked me through my options. He gave me his professional advice and I couldn’t have been happier with what we came up with. At the beginning of the project, Logyn came by to explain what the guys would be doing. He kept me posted all throughout the project and was very quick to respond to my questions. I was impressed with their follow through and commitment to ensuring a job well done. I felt very comfortable with Devyn and Logyn and will be happy to use then again for future jobs. After interviewing several contractors for the rebuilding our deck we decided to work with Devyn and Logan Shea of Threshold Construction. We collaborated on the deck design and received excellent input on construction and design issues. The project was started and completed in several working days. The crew was excellent - hard working, diligent and very friendly and courteous. During the project we ran into an issue with our clapboard siding.The issue was excellently remedied and can be seen in the photo with the deck gate.The finished project was superb. We also had Threshold replace some of our kitchen countertops, and install a new sink and dishwasher, Again the service and workmanship was outstanding.

Logyn and Devyn are true professionals and provided great guidance and quality work on my total home renovation. I will be using Threshold Construction for my future projects.

We just had our 20 year old deck refaced with new wood on the flooring, railing and stairs. Logyn and Devyn are extremely professional. They did the job earlier than expected and finished quickly. They ran across some issues with the stairs being rotted and one corner beam attacked by carpenter ants, but that didn't stop them from finishing the job on budget and on time. I would highly recommend Threshold Construction for any home project. They are amazing!

The Threshold Construction crew did a wonderful job replacing my deck. They finished the job in just one long day and it looked exactly like we discussed. I have mature shrubs that I really wanted to keep and they didn't lose a leaf! The crew was great and when they finished my yard was perfect.

In this day and age where it is difficult to find a contractor who is competent, thorough, and professional my experience with Threshold Construction has been excellent. Logyn Shea communicates consistently throughout a project and is very easy to deal with.

Desperate need of roof repairs. Time was not on my side. I came across Devyn one of the owners and he was at my house the very next day with his professional empathetic attitude he proposed a more than fair price! I was overwhelmed at how smooth the process was and felt a weight lifted off my shoulders!!! The roof was quickly tarped and once the permit was approved they began work immediately.
