Shine construction did an amazing job on our house, we have used them before to replace windows and decided to have a major renovation done, they removed the old vertical wood from the house replaced any pieces that had rotted then installed certainteed house wrap
Then we opted to have insulation board installed then vinyl siding installed we had white trim all around which made the color pop.
The guys are hard workers only stopping to take their lunch break, I would definitely recommend them for your next project.

We needed to replace our roof and called several roofing companies for estimates, Manny from Shine Construction (highly recommended from our local moms group) was the first to come to our house to do the estimate and provided us sample roofing materials and brochures. It helped us to choose what we wanted easily! His estimate was very reasonable and was in the middle range among all our estimates. On the days of work, supervisor John reported work progress constantly with pictures taken from drone! The crew members worked very hard from very early morning to late afternoon and finished work in 2 days with thorough cleanup at the end! I hired Shine Construction to replace my old roof and gutters on my house and shed. Diego is very professional and explained the process to me beforehand. Diego and his crew were able to replace my entire roof and gutters in a day. They brought everything up to code on my roof. Not only did my roof and gutters get replaced, but they also helped me fix some of my siding on my house that I have putting off for a while. Everything came out amazing and after they were finished they cleaned everything up. My yard looked even better after they came. Thank you Shine Construction for the amazing job well done.

Manny and his crew did an excellent job re-roofing our house in Northbridge. The shingles were fallen off the house after 20 years and he said the builder missed the nailing strip on the shingles. He tore up the roof and put on a new roof and were done by 2 o’clock. The price was very reasonable And it was done very neat and clean. We identified Shine Construction through local recommendations, and have nothing but great things to say about them! The crew arrived early on a Tuesday morning and worked for about 12 hours, texting us pictures and drone video throughout the day to show their progress and to allow us to see their work. They completed the job the next day. Two supervisors kept us continually updated (John, the site supervisor and Lenin, the sales consultant that we worked with). The property was left very clean, and the crew put back any items that they had to move (table, chairs, etc.). They had excellent safety protocols for both their employees and our property, and everyone on the crew was upbeat and friendly. We highly recommend Shine, and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

Due to wind/ice/snow damage and age we had to replace our roof. I called several companies and went with Shine based on reviews and cost (not the most expensive and not the least). The staff at Shine were so helpful from the start to the finish. Lenin even came out to meet the insurance adjuster. The crew was professional and everything was completed in 2 days. The clean-up was impeccable, not 1 thing to be found in the yard. I was talking to a woman last night who also had Shine do their windows and she said the same things. Highly recommend Shine!

This was such a great experience! From the quote process, getting the permits, execution, and clean up. Our roof was in terrible shape, we did not have gutters and it was about to be an issues. The crew showed up on the day, sent pictures throughout the day to keep us updated, cleaned up after each day. On the last day, our yard looked better than before they came. I am so appreciative and when it comes to do our siding, we will definitely be calling them. Absolutely incredible all around.

The last thing I wanted do was spend money on a new roof, but it had to be done. We had a couple of people come by for estimates, and once Manny from Shine Construction came into the picture, the choice was easy. We definitely made the right decision. Cost was on par with others, but what really stood out was how professional and detail oriented the whole crew was. They worked all day and into the night to get the project finished, and came by the next day to make sure it was perfectly executed. Every nail and piece of debris was cleaned up, the rubber roofing looks immaculate, and after a long winter with plenty of rain, ice, and snow - it’s proved to be a job well done. I would recommend Shine to anyone who needs a new roof - they are a local, family owned company, they made the whole thing easy and stress free, and did excellent work.

Shine did a fantastic job on the siding project on our house. Diego listened to our concerns and ideas for different areas, and we worked together to come up with solutions that made us happy while working within the parameters of the materials. The attention to detail put in by the team was excellent. Al kept me updated on the progress of the job every day (sometimes multiple times) with texts and photos. The crew worked diligently in the summer heat, and left our property clean every day and at the end of the project. They circled back quickly on punch list items as the project end neared, and checked back a few months later to make sure everything was still to our satisfaction. A+ for Shine!

Diego and his crew at Shine were top-notch. We needed the roof to our Craftsman house replaced on short notice after developing several leaks. We could not have been happier. Diego was extremely professional and communicative. A large team showed up at our house and replaced the roof (not the easiest roofline) in a little over a day. They worked extremely hard, taking pictures of what they thought was the underlying issue, and made sure to keep us informed of the scope of work that needed to be done. We have not had any issues with our roof since, and we feel confident in the quality of their work (a long with their warranty).

A tree fell in my yard on Wednesday evening took out my cable line and damaged my siding. we have used Shine in the past they promptly came out Thursday morning to look at the siding damage and returned a few hours later and fixed it better than it was originally. all while kindly cooperating with the cable guy. Completed a roof and 10 skylight project in one day and had the dumpster removed the same day as well. I would highly recommend as I had several different quotes and they delivered on every promise and punch list item. My neighbor in fact has already used them as well after seeing their work and time management to complete a job 100%.

We have used Shine for several projects including roofing and deck construction. All projects were completed on time as scheduled and at a fair price. The work was exceptional and enhanced the value of our house. Unexpected problems that were encountered were handled quickly and efficiently without difficulty. Shine minimizes the effect their presence has on the running of your home and cleans up afterward so that it is better than when they came. When a tree broke off and came through the roof in a torrential rain storm, Manny sent a crew in only 2 hours. They covered the hole thereby minimizing water damage. When the weather permitted, he came back and re-roofed that area so you couldn't tell anything had happened. I just wish they did more kinds of work. And, by the way, the inspector's visits lasted only a few minutes because everything Manny does is "by the book", i.e., up to code.

Great team and very organized. Communication was open and questions quickly answered. Team has a drone also to show pictures of the roof in progress as well as showing areas that need to be fixed.

Our roof was a technically challenging project, a custom shingle style on a very tall steeply pitched Victorian (turret over 50ft high). We needed siding, trim and widow repair. How would we choose a contractor? We had no references to work with, so we searched online and found many choices too many choices. We read hundreds of reviews. We found contractors who were very experienced and helpful. But we found only one without some negative reviews. We thought how is that possible (likely not but we added them to our list out of curiosity). After interviews and estimates one contractor seemed to Shine above the others (the one with all the positive reviews). And Lenny gave us the best price, but could his team handle this tough project? Yes, they did. Great job, beautiful roof, no complaints another 5-star project.

Shine replaced our shingles and some of the roof this summer. They did an excellent job on schedule working with the chimney company. Their crew was friendly and efficient. The job was bigger than originally estimated due to the poor condition of the roof, but everything was finished in one day. Their set-up and cleanup was great, I didn’t have to do any cleaning when they left. No mess, no damage. Manny was very friendly and honest. All details were discussed up front. The foreman of the crew was friendly and well prepared on arrival. Shine came well recommended to me and I would use them again without hesitation.

We are thrilled with the way our house looks with the new roof and siding. Manny did a great job explaining the options and making very good recommendations when he came to provide the detailed quote.
His team was very professional and courteous and obviously, very skilled at what they were doing. As the work progressed they made a few good recommendations for improving things like the gutter plan, the stove vent, and improving ventilation in the attic. They were truly interested in not only making the house look good but improving functionality.
Manny and his team also coordinated well with our electrical contractor as they worked through the best way to install new exterior lights and installation of an upgraded service panel.
As the house is old and had some leaks, we knew there might be some structural issues that could not be assessed until the old roof and siding was removed. Manny did an excellent job of explaining that they would advise me of what they found and predefined in the contract how the cost of any structural work required would be determined based on what needed to be replaced.
They also did a remarkable job at the end of each day, clearing up tools, scaffolding, and debris, leaving the house, looking great each evening.
At the conclusion of the job, Manny and his team were diligent in ensuring all of our concerns were addressed and we completed a thorough walkthrough around the house to review of what was done.
I highly recommend Shine Construction, I found them to be trustworthy, diligent and accommodating.

I've engaged many contractors in my lifetime but without a doubt, SHINE is by far the best. From beginning to end, SHINE's representative Lenin kept me informed about all stages of my roofing/window replacement project. He ALWAYS answered my calls from the time I engaged SHINE's services (many of you know this rarely with other contractors), kept me updated on material arrival and permits, and during the construction phase he sent me photos throughout the day of the progress his crew was making. He and his crew were unfailingly professional and courteous. His crew arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout a very long, hot day. The final result was one that will increase the sale price of the house, and I am beyond pleased to have hired SHINE and would do so again in a heartbeat. If I ever need to have work done that SHINE advertises, I will not hesitate to hire SHINE. This is the best experience I've ever had with a contractor, and the work was flawless. I wish I could give SHINE more than five stars. SHINE made this large project so easy on me!

Diego and the team at Shine Construction did a great job. I needed some cedar clapboard siding and trim work done by the roofline on the gable sides of my house. Diego spent a lot of time examining the areas of the house where I had concerns and thoroughly explaining his recommendation to address them. After I got the estimate, he patiently and promptly answered all my follow-up questions. The day the work was done, he arrived with the crew at 7 AM and walked me through everything that would be done again. He brought a large, well-equipped crew with him who got the job done efficiently and professionally. They were polite and left my yard spotless. They even laid down a tarp beneath the saw so that no debris would go on my lawn.
When they were done, Diego again walked the site with me to be certain that I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend Shine.

Quality of the work was excellent, and it was done quickly and safely. Just expect a shock of a final bill when they add on all the things that are not included in the quote but are required to do the job right. Original quote was $54,390.. Final price after adding on all the "extras" was $62,998. Such a shame that they pulled a bait and switch at the end. Otherwise I would have been very happy. Unfortunately I would not hire them again.

I am extremely pleased with the work Diego and his team completed on my home. When my husband and I wanted to get vinyl siding done, we spoke to a number of companies about the process. Shine not only gave us the most reasonable quote but also completed the project in a timely fashion. Within a couple of weeks, the old shingles had been stripped, and we had new siding. Throughout the entire process, Diego was communicative and answered all of our questions promptly. We now have a house that looks brand new. I cannot recommend Shine enough!

First let me say, I don't typically even bother writing reviews. Yet, I am someone who will ONLY seek someone's services out if I see a ton of great reviews!! Let me tell you, Manny and his crew are EXACTLY how all these awesome reviews of him and his company truly are! A roof is one of the most expensive and stressful things to have done on your home and it MUST be done right. I am the type of person who HAS to have the trust in the workmanship of the company that is being hired. From the start, when contacting Shine thru email, I had an immediate response that someone would get in touch with me shortly. Within a couple of hours I had a call from their office personnel scheduling a time that was good for ME, which was a Saturday appt. 5 star.... for even calling the same day. The day comes that Manny would be coming out for the estimate, he calls 15 min before time scheduled letting me know he's on his way. 5 star.... for the courtesy call and not having to think "I hope they show up". He shows up, meets with my husband outside who wanted to discuss the history/issues of our roof and chimney area we've had for years (not the typical N.E. roofline) and they went over all of it, (along with we were looking to have all new gutters installed) and after Manny went up on the roof and also looked in the attic area he knew EXACTLY, in a matter of fact manner, what needed to be done to get this roof like brand new. My husband (who has the knowledge of roofing procedures, materials used etc) came into the house, as Manny remained outside to measure for materials etc, and said "this guy knows what he's doing and is going to do exactly what I also believe this roof needs to be like brand new". 5 star... Let me just say, I then had FULL CONFIDENCE that Manny and his crew were the company for us! He came in after measuring (and let me say, Manny is the nicest, most professional and non-intimidating contractor I've dealt with, since I tend to ask lots of questions so that I fully understand the process and he answered all my questions, very patient, not rushing or pressuring us into anything), with samples of roofing and a full packet of literature of the materials, warranties, his Certificate of Insurance etc (5 star....didn't even have to ask) and within that 1.5 hour visit, we had the full estimate and signed contract before he even walked out the door. No waiting for an estimate in the mail, etc - he said once permit was secured with the town (with a miniscule deposit of only $400) they would schedule and within 1 week, I had brand new roof and gutters!! He called me day before, said we will be there to start next day at 7:00 (they were prompt arrival 6:45) and by 7 sharp they were already scraping off old shingles! 5 star......My husband had a feeling there was a very good chance of needing to replace plywood, and once they started, they came to that same conclusion, but Manny said no worries, once we gave ok his guys retrieved 69 pieces of plywood so fast, there was NO delay of anything! 5 star....What was GREAT was they text pics of everything they are doing, when putting ice shield on entire house, you see pics of it, when repairing chimney area, you see pics of it, when venting the house properly you see pics of it, it was awesome to see, nothing had to be questioned if it was done or not...5 star....His crew worked non-stop, except for a short lunch break, and ALL was done in that one day (by 6:30 p.m.) even though they planned for 2 days to be sure. That includes cleanup all around the yard etc. The crew was phenomenal. When they were done, all I could say was "Wow, I am really impressed" and you will be too if Shine does your roof! When neighbors walk by and say "that roof looks great", I say "SHINE" :)

I found Shine Construction through a Google search. I called and requested a site visit appointment for the next day, and they graciously agreed to the appointment. It was a day with a snowstorm alert, and I had forgotten about it. When I realized, due to the parking bans, I wasn't expecting the Shine representative to show up on such a stormy day. However, Mr. Lenin rang my doorbell two minutes prior to the appointment time. Mr. Lenin patiently listened to my concerns, explained all the benefits of the service, and finally provided a quote with the lowest price that Shine could offer for the job of replacing my roof. Mr. Lenin's demeanor was excellent throughout our interaction. He was professional, courteous, and attentive, which made the experience very positive. After three days, I handed Mr. Lenin the town permit and asked if the weather would be favorable for him to complete the job within the next two days. Mr. Lenin, after checking, said that they can start the job in two days and finish it in a day. I specifically told him that besides signing a check, I personally didn't want to be involved, and I wanted everything to proceed smoothly and cleanly. His polite response was, 'I won't say anything now, but we'll show you how we do the job, and then we can discuss this after the job is done. The inspector from my insurance company praised Shine Construction, stating that their estimate is the best and fairest in the neighborhood. He has adjudicated many claims due to wind and rain damage in my neighborhood and said that Shine's estimate is a fair estimate, and he has no questions about Shine's estimate. Choosing Shine during this recession and inflation period helped me to get fair prices and reduced the burden on my insurance company. I would gladly hire Shine Construction for any future jobs at my home, and I strongly recommend this company for their exceptional work. The entire crew deserves a huge thanks from me, especially Antonio (the man), Jose, Manuel, Ana Maria, Jorge, George, Joylucas, and supervisor Algelis. They are the best!

I just got my roof replaced by Shine Construction. Enjoy my experience with Manny and his crew. Very professional and hardworking. Great communication. The crew even sent me photos when the job was in progress when they were on the top of the roof to keep me informed. They started early and finished late. I got my entire roof replaced in 3 days, including all of my plywood. They left my attic and yard clean. I highly recommend it to everyone. Now I don’t have to worry about my roof anymore because I know I am covered with GAF 50 years UHD shingles and with a job that was done right.

A few years ago, we had Shine replace our roof. It was an incredibly smooth process. Our roof was in horrible shape. They came in, and in a day, it was beautiful. They left the yard spotless as well.
Now most recently, we had them come back to do our deck. We have a 630 sq. Ft deck. A million things could have gone wrong. Best quote by far and the wait list was shorter. Manny is super friendly and nice guy. Steve, the deck specialist, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Their follow through, professionalism , and quality, yet again “shined” through. 3 days- literal perfection. They are honest company. They warn you about potential extra costs but if they don’t find the issues, they don’t fake them either. A few days later, I got a knock on our door from neighbors commenting on how beautiful it came out. I 10000% recommended Shine to them. I guarantee you won’t be sorry. A fabulously reliable company. Proven over and over again.

This is my 3rd time hiring Shine Construction. I'm either very happy or very stupid. It's the former. I am very particular and expect excellent work. I can't say enough good things about Manny the owner and his crew. The last job I just had them do was to replace all my windows, inside trim and outside trim. In addition they also replaced some damaged siding, trim on the eves etc. 35 windows and all the extra work done in 3 days. I love that there are women on the crew. Man or woman, they all do everything...cutting, fitting, installing, vacuuming etc. A vacuum was going the entire time. Our house was immaculate throughout the entire job and our yard. We didn't have to clean up a single mess. Most important, the worksmanship was perfect. I don't think I'll bother to ever get a quote from another construction company. New roof, skylights and now all new windows. This company can't be beat.

Manny and he’s crew from Shine construction were amazing. I hired Shine construction to replace my roof trim and rotten wood .The workmanship was top notch. They delivered what they offered. The professionalism and attention to detail I couldn’t say enough. All my questions were answered. When we met for the quote he gave me a folder with all the information I needed to go over as he explained the process and came with all the samples of different materials that would be utilized in the project. Manny and his crew kept me informed and as they found issues in the roof they would send me pictures of absolutely everything that was found and needed replacement. The crew was so polite respectful responsible and everything was extremely clean once the job was done. He said the job would take 2 days and it was finished and all cleaned up in exactly 48 hrs and that meant a lot to me. Honesty is key for me and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Shine Construction installed roofs on our 4 condos in Uxbridge. They provided a competitive bid. Manny (Shine’s owner)took the time to meet with us to go over the estimate and explained in detail what materials would be used and how the installation would be managed. All the condo owners were impressed with Shine’s workers. Very efficient process. Manny made sure to come by every day to make sure the project was on schedule and answer any questions. The cost for all work is very reasonable too. The workers on the crew were phenomenal. They showed up on time each day and worked competently and diligently every hour of every day. This is the second time I have used Shine Construction within a year. (See below). This time it was our home’s roof. Another 5 star job. Everything, including a thorough cleanup, was completed in one day. Manny responded quickly to my call, answered our questions, and did the job earlier than estimated. The price was very competitive. The workmanship was once again superb. No loose nails or shingle pieces left behind. You just cannot go wrong hiring Shine Construction.

Would give Shine Construction more than 5 stars if I could. Manny and his workers did red cedar shingles and window repair on my home. The workmanship was top notch. The cost was a fair price. They were able to start the project earlier than promised. They worked extremely hard; we’re respectful of property; and fully cleaned up when done. I cannot say enough good things about their work and workmanship. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.

On time. Very professional. Excellent quality. Price was 50% higher than quotes due to surprise rot and missing boards and rotted siding boards.

Manny came out and gave us a price on the spot. Shine was prompt, professional and delivered exactly what they promised. The crew kept sending me updates and pictures throughout the process so I could see the progress through the day. When finished they cleaned up and it was as if they were never there. Roof looks great and we are very satisfied with the workmanship.

I would like to give a HUGE shout out to Manny and the entire crew from Shine Construction, who just spent 12 hours at our house, replacing our roof and assorted rotten trim. From the very first contact with Manny until clean up today, everything was top notch. We were provided a quote in a very timely manner, at which time we were handed an amazingly well organized folder full of information. He answered all of the questions we never knew we had about roofing, followed up in a non-pushy manner, and was on time EVERY time we met with him. He was also super responsive via text when I had any questions in the interim. We received photos all day long today of each part of the process (from the bare plywood all the way to the full install), and not only does our roof look fantastic, but our yard looks even better than it did when they arrived here this morning! 5 stars, A+, amazing job! I have pretty high standards when it comes to hiring contractors, and I recommend these guys without hesitation.

Diego was amazing! He arrived on time for the estimate which was honest and accurate. He did not try to hard sell me more than I needed. He honestly reported what was needed. His team arrived and preformed the work quickly and correctly. When they left you would have never known they were there. I checked originally with other companies to compare costs, the others tried to sell me an entire new roof when it was not needed. First, we were completely satisfied with the high quality work Manny and the team from Shine provided us. Our new roof and siding look amazing! From the onset we were convinced Manny was the right contractor for our home improvement project and we were not disappointed. Starting with his initial visit, Manny walked us through the process of how Shine prepares the home and installs both the roof and siding systems. He provided excellent details on how the two systems complement each other and the steps from removal of the old roof, siding, and sheathing to the install of the new roof, wrap, foam insulator board, and siding and shutters. A few days after his initial visit, Manny personally walked us through the quotes and schedule by task which my wife and I felt set Shine apart from the other potential contractors. Manny stated he would start the project in three weeks and sure enough three weeks later he was ready to go. Although Shine was ready to go as promised we needed to delay the original start date by a week. We called Manny and he took care of us on the spot and moved the start date to the following Monday. Once underway Manny and his team methodically executed the plan to perfection. Each day the worksite was spotless to the point where you would not have known they were there. We greatly appreciated Manny’s briefing each morning explaining what his team would accomplish that day. Shine’s attention to detail was impressive to the point where Manny required his team to replace a few small areas of shingling that looked great to us but did not measure up to Manny’s personal standards. In less than a week we effectively had a new home with a brand-new roof and gutter system and high-quality siding. Our experience with Shine was outstanding from start to finish. Shine led by Manny and his team are by far the best contractors we have ever hired.

The best thing about this company is the quality of the workmanship in the installation of a professional roof system by Certainteed. I was present for the entire installation and any questions or concerns I had were addressed right on the spot.The best roofing company I’ve ever had to do business with.

The whole team at Shine Construction was great. Steve was very quick to address my concerns. He explained the whole process and answered any questions I had. He always answered my phone calls and was very accommodating if I wanted to make changes to the job. The cleanup was perfect they actually left my yard cleaner than when they began. Manny was onsite frequently, and he was genuinely concerned with making sure we were satisfied. Steve was onsite with the building inspector as promised. Very pleased with the outcome of the Job.

Roofing work, from quote to complete was under 1 week. A representative showed up when the supplies were delivered (a few days before the install) to make sure they were correct. A 1 day delay was due to a prior job running over. They called as soon as they knew they couldn't make the original date to let me know. no guessing about when they would arrive. It was a small job, 1 car garage, and they were in and out in under 4 hours. everything was picked up and left cleaner than when they arrived. I would highly recommend them.
