This team knows what they are doing. I had my roof, skylight, and gutters replaced in one shot. For the roof work, a team of 8 came and knocked it out in one long day, followed up by the gutters shortly thereafter. I had two minor items that I wanted augmented with the gutter setup, and that was done promptly.
OK so you are going to write what feels like a pretty big check for this kind of work, something you probably will do once in 25 years. I am very happy with the total value I got for the $ I spent, I highly recommend Jon and his team.

Great job. Called about a what was thought to be a siding leak. A guy came out the next day. He did a very thorough assessment. He showed me that the leak actually came from the roof above. He fixed it that day at low cost.

Jon was great to work with and he and his team did an amazing job on our roof and vinyl siding. I started out knowing nothing, and Jon took the time to educate me and go over every detail that I wanted to learn about and help me make good decisions. I know that the info Jon was giving me was valid because I checked it with my dad, who is an architect and master DIY-er.
We had a lot of rot and insect damage in one spot on the house and Jon and his foreman Abraham took time to figure out the extent of the damage, discuss the options, and come up with a plan to address the problem. The charge for the additional work was reasonable. There was good communication among the team–as the job progressed, sometimes I talked to Jon and sometimes to Abraham, but they always each were up to date on the conversation.
Jon’s pricing for the entire job was reasonable and was in line with the two quotes we got from other local contractors. Jon made sure that we were satisfied with every detail of the work before he was done, and the final bill was what we expected with no surprises.

Jon and his team recently did a full roof replacement on my home. Rigali made the entire experience completely seamless and stress free. He provided an aerial quote to get an estimate, and did a physical inspection prior to a final quote offer. Not only this, but he answered my questions and concerns about our exhaust system, and triple checked himself and with his expert prior to the removal of the chimneys. The scheduling and turnaround time was very quick and flexible. Jon was also very communicative as there were some findings & additional materials needed during the installation, which was priced very fairly. I am very happy with the final outcome of the roof, and the entire customer experience I received with Rigali Roofing. I will certainly choose Rigali for any other construction related projects needed in the future.
