I have to compliment and thank Mike and his team on multiple fronts. First, he leads a team that is completely professional, friendly, and responsive. We had them open up a basement hallway and convert a "Pittsburgh potty" into a full-bath. Mike always kept us updated and in-the-loop on the progress throughout the project. They did meticulous work and handled all the road-blocks that come with updating an old home with a "can-do" mentality. From the rough construction to the finishing work they paid attention to every detail. Each day they cleaned up the space to be as minimally intrusive as possible throughout the project. Thanks for all your good work and we'll certainly use them for additional projects down the line.

Michael Doody and Three Cross Construction were meticulous in completing our bathroom project, very personable and easy to work with. We would not hesitate to contact them for future projects.

We hired TCC for a remodel of our master bathroom. Our previous bathroom was original to the home from 1935, so this project required experience working with older homes and construction methods.

The TCC team was fantastic from start to finish. Our bathroom required new plumbing/insulation/subfloor/tile/outlets - all of which were installed with precision and using the generally accepted best methods (e.g. Schluter tiled shower system). Whilst we picked our own design and fixtures, the TCC team helped us configure everything to our preference and finalize minor details as we went. They also proposed a few accents which made the most of our space.

The TCC team is very organized and respectful. My SO and I both work from home, so this was very important for us. Daily and weekly plans were always communicated to us, they cleaned up every evening after work, noise was never a distraction.

I would recommend this group to anyone and we plan to use them in the future for other projects.

We worked with Three Cross Construction on a side porch to home office renovation. TCC did a great job with helping us design the space and choose products that would maintain the integrity of our home. The crew was hard working and incredibly respectful of our space as they were in and out of our home. TCC was honest and responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. We would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor for their next project.

Mike and his team did excellent work. They removed my old concrete porch that was crumbling and rebuilt it better than before with a new and improved landing. Also replaced a sidewalk of pavers with a new concrete sidewalk which they widened and raised; they added dirt and planted grass when they were finished. The job exceeded my expectations immensely. They were friendly, helpful and professional. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Three Cross Construction did some interior home renovations--2 bathrooms, some ceiling repairs, painting and ceiling fan installations. They did amazing work! They were so nice to work with, they are professional, they started and completed the job on the promised timeline, they show up and stay until the work is done. Like a breath of fresh air to work with such professionals. We will definitely be using them again for future home needs.

I hired Michael to fix up our front porch. He was a great partner to work with; provided detailed quotes, handled everything with the code inspectors, and he & his team worked diligently to get the project done right.
