I originally called Thorough Clean because I received coupons by mail and I needed my roof cleaned. They did an excellent job to clean my roof and gutters, and they also washed my entire house, porch and a deck. I really liked the results, and my house looked just great after the cleaning.
While cleaning the roof, they found that there was a rotten spot around a pipe and around a chimney. They suggested the fix, and I was able to get that work done by this company as well. Everything was done as expected. They respected the schedule and did everything as agreed on. They also provided me with the pictures of what was to be replaced, so that helped me to understand it better.
I am very happy with my experience with Thorough Clean, and will hire them again for cleaning next year. I will also recommend them to my friends.

We want to thank Robert and Trisha for a superb job! They restored our driveway that was damaged by another contractor. They did a clean, grinded out damaged areas and then applied concrete stain and sealer. Caulked all the expansion joints with an industrial grade caulk. We are extremely thrilled with the results. Once we had it approved through our HOA, Robert and Trisha had the job completed within a week! They kept in touch with us throughout the process and they truly want to ensure their customers are happy. Excellent customer service! We have had so many compliments already. We had originally planned on using this company for roof and house washing. After collecting a few estimates another company ended up doing the roof cleaning and house pressure wash for other reasons. Thorough Clean showed up at the original appointment time for an estimate the day after the other company did the work because of a communication mixup but I sent him next door as I knew my neighbor wanted his house washed. When he was done, he came to thank me and noticed a lot of concerns about how poorly the job I had was done by the other company. He redid the whole job and the amount of dirt that came off was unbelievable. He did both the roof and house and cleaned my sidewalk and did not want a penny for the time he spent which was over an hour. I just cannot say enough about both his work ethic and the excellent job he did finishing what the other company neglected to do. You will not regret hiring this company for any service they offer.

Thorough Clean was chosen from the four I reviewed. Why? Throrough Clean had a BBB rating of A- and no complaints filed. 5 stars on Yelp. Best price which included gutters. Excellent communication. BBB rating shows they went that extra mile.

Originally scheduled with All Smiles and they could not keep thier appointment and tryed to reschedule me 2 weeks later. Thorough Clean was there to pick up their slack and squeezed me in. Though they did not show on Sunday as scheduled and missed their Monday appointment, they did show up Tuesday. Way better than the 2 weeks out of the competition. The estimate came in 400 higher than All Smiles however I am not disappointed with the quality of work. The gear the team brought was definitely industrial and good quality. Would have been 5 stars if original appointment was kept and the price was closer to All Smiles quote. Overall I am very satisfied with their quality of work and professionalism. I will recommend them to my friends and family. I will mention to my family that they may not be the cheapest, but you probably get what you pay for. Thanks again for squeezing me in Thorough Clean. I would post pictures if I could. Really dramatic difference

I had originally hired Spotless Window Cleaning to clean my storm windows. They cleaned my storm windows but did not clean the window frames, leaving my windows looking moldy and filthy. I called twice to complain and asked them to come back to finish cleaning my windows, to which they told me would be another estimate. They never came back to give me that cost estimate. I called Robert at Thorough Clean and he came out to look at my windows that same day that I called. Just a few days later, his crew came to my house to clean my window frames. My windows are perfectly clean now! And the crew was so friendly and professional. Robert was so extremely wonderful to work with and his service was much more affordable. I’m sorry that I didn’t call Thorough Clean to begin with!! Do NOT hire Spotless Window Washing and call Thorough Clean instead!!

Had Robert and his team come out and powerwash our house, garage, outdoor patio and shed. Communication from the start was excellent. Online quote, scheduling and payment portal were easy to use. Pricing was fair and Robert didn't mind negiotiating on a few extras as well. I did move most of all the outdoor patio furniture prior to his arrival, but Robert did say they would move the furniture and replace when the job was completed as part of the job. House looks great, all cleaned and ready for the summer season. We have an appointment the 3rd week in March for our 2nd home. Scope of work for the 2nd house will be powerwashing house and deck and the deck to be sealed/stained. A multi-house discount was offered as well. Thank you Robert!!

These folks were great to work with. They are dependable and keep in touch (we had to re-schedule a few times).

We used them for both power washing and gutter cleaning. Their estimate was lower than some of the others we talked to and we were very happy with the service. They showed up when scheduled, got out stains/dirt that previous companies did not (including foundation and stoop), kept any of the leaves, pine needles, etc. away from the heat pump and cleaned up any mess created by the gutter and house cleaning.

Will use again and would not hesitate to recommend.

My house was extremely dirty and hasn't been power washed in the 10 years I have lived here. I hired Thorough Clean to fix some falling gutters, clean roof shingles on my house and garage, and power wash the house and siding. The place looks amazing and I'm so glad I hired them. My roof looks new and my white siding is bright and shiny. When it comes time for another power washing I will use them every time.
