Came in looking for a lawnmower belt. We went to Tractor Supply first and they were out. It was in stock here and 1/3 of the price they were trying to sell it at Tractor Supply! There is also a larger selection of items here. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. I wish there was one up in MD where I live.

This Agri Supply has everything. I was amazed the things you could find others don't have. Very friendly and helpful staff too. Wonderful place. I could have stayed two more hours looking around but had a long drive home.

Excellent customer service! I called because I needed something that showed there was only 1 of in the store and I didn't want to drive 30 miles to be disappointed. They stated that they'd need to check and call me back. I honestly didn't expect to hear from them again, but just 10 minutes later they called and confirmed they had it! I paid over the phone and headed that way.

Once I got there, I realized it was bigger than I thought and had to rearrange my truck bed to make it work. It took me a few minutes to move toolboxes and my bike rack but they were extremely patient. Helped me load it and ratchet strap it down. Such a good experience.

If you can't find what you need for your agriculture repair needs here they can get it. They still sell nails, bolts, nuts etc by the pound.

Looking for fittings i could not find here and ultimately found at Ace Hardware. The Agri Supply fittings need better management. Need to stop hiring former WALMART or Home Depot types who watch you shop and don't keep the shelves organized and properly filled. This store operates too much like a Walmart and not enough like an Ace Hardware or a NAPA parts store. Volume over customer service leads me to other stores when I really need a farm repair product.

2.5 hour trip each way and caught in the worst thunderstorm I have seen in a long time but, still the BEST shopping experience ever! The staff was super friendly and helpful! The store manager was very kind and courteous! I have to use a cane to walk and they helped me with everything I needed! I will definitely be making the trip again soon! Thank you for making a wonderful shopping experience!

Agri Supply reached out and made everything right!
Everyone has an off day or two on occassion. The difference is they care to fix it.

Customer service is extremely disappointing at this store!! The manager could care less! Minus George, he seemed to be the only one who cared.
Let me give the back story.....
On July 19th I came in to pick up a 45 gallon 3 point sprayer, item # 124438. Inventory on the website showed 1 instock. I have a 2 hour round trip to get to this location, closest one to me. Well, the one in stock I am told is missing parts and not able to be sold. OK, no big deal. Paula proceeds to take down all my information and is going to have one transferred in for me. Said my name will be on it and won't be sold to anyone else.
3 weeks go by and I hear nothing so I call on August 9th. I don't know who I spoke to but I asked about my order. She said she could find it but said she had 3 in stock. Unfortunately, I left sunday for vacation for a week and could get back, cause they are 2 hrs round trip away from me. Today, I come into the store. Another 2 hr trip, guess what, they have none. Manager doesn't care to even be bothered by this problem, she's too busy. Wish I could have got her name but she was too worried about questioning me over who I talked to....
Well, after she disappeared, her employees continued to try and figure out what happened. They found my paperwork, finally, they said it wasn't in the system properly and showed a transfer came in, but was obviously sold to someone else. I was never called or notified. It's quite obvious that the employees failed the customer but the manager didn't care. At. All.

I asked for the manager to come back to see what we could do to make this right. The next units wouldn't be in until Sept 9th. That would require a 3rd trip down with little faith in the process at this point. George called her back up and I waited 10 mins. She never came.
Agri supply is a joke, except George, he tried. The rest don't care.
I'll spend twice as much somewhere else now just so they don't get my money.

A very big store with a lot to choose from. Was looking for a particular wood and they were the only ones who had it in their yard.

I had previously bought mower blades online from Agri Supply and was happy with them. While in the area I and several guys stopped in to shop.

The people were attentive, cordial, and very helpful. One of our guys brought a worn mower blade as a “go by” and bought a new set there, helped by two agents. The rest of us all bought things we needed and thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Anything a “guy” could want is there and reasonably priced.

Had everything needed. Some staff not knowledgeable and another associate needs to find a job he likes, as asking the location of an idea disturbed him

Good farm supply and outdoor equipment store. Sometimes prices and availability on website are not same in store. Photos in catalog showing other stores looks like they have more than Petersburg store
More employees help would be great. Look closely at what you buy as some items are cheaply made. I go there usually twice month to get stuff nobody else around has.

Great store, the customer service wasn't great. I asked where some animal products were located as offered on the website and said in store availability and the sales associate didn't know where the animal supplies were. Only my first visit. I will return just hope the service is better next time. Great selection of cast iron cookware for tailgating and camping.

I enjoy shopping here. Usually have what I was looking for. Only reason not 5 stars is lack of employees to assist.

This place is awesome, I don't know how Tractor Supply stays in business, they have nothing compared to Agri Supply. It's definitely worth driving a few extra miles to get here.

All of the staff have always been courteous & helpful. While not being a huge store, customers like us have always found that you could find the same items you could find in the big box stores.

Pricing questions
1. What is the average roof replacement cost for a residential home?
+-

The average roof replacement cost for a residential home typically ranges from $7,000 to $15,000, depending on factors such as roof size, chosen materials, roof pitch, and labor rates in your area. Premium materials or complex designs may increase the price.

2. How much does it usually cost to replace the roof of a commercial building?

3. What factors affect the overall roof repair cost?
+-

Several factors influence roof repair cost, including the extent of the damage, roof accessibility, material type, labor costs, and whether it’s a general repair or an emergency fix. Minor repairs can start around $150–$400, while major repairs may exceed $1,500.

4. What is the typical roof leak repair cost, and how is it calculated?

Service questions
1. Should I stay home during roof replacement?
+-

It's not necessary to stay home during roof replacement. Roofing work is noisy and can cause vibrations inside the house, which might be uncomfortable. Most homeowners choose to leave during major parts of the project, but our team ensures safety and keeps you updated, whether you're home or not.

2. How long does roof replacement take?
+-

The timeline for a roof replacement typically ranges from one to three days, depending on the size and complexity of the roof, weather conditions, and material type. Larger or more intricate roofs may take a bit longer, but we always aim for efficient, timely completion.

3. How to hire a roofing contractor?
+-

To hire a roofing contractor, start by researching local companies with good reviews and proper licensing. Request quotes from multiple contractors, verify their insurance and certifications, and ask for references. Always ensure you get a written contract that outlines the scope of work, timeline, and payment terms.

4. How to check if a roofing company is legit?
+-

Check if a roofing company is legit by verifying their business license, insurance, and local certifications. Look for memberships in professional associations, read customer reviews, and ask for recent project references. A legitimate company will be transparent and provide all documentation upon request.

5. How to choose a roofing company?
+-

When choosing a roofing company, consider their experience, customer reviews, warranty offerings, and quality of materials. Make sure they provide clear communication, detailed estimates, and a solid portfolio of completed projects. Local expertise is also a major advantage for understanding regional roofing needs.

6. How do you know if your roofing contractor is ripping you off?
+-

Warning signs that your roofing contractor might be ripping you off include vague contracts, pressure to pay large upfront deposits, lack of proper documentation, and unexplained price increases. Always ask for itemized estimates and written guarantees, and avoid contractors who avoid answering your questions directly.
