Hired Brad and his excellent crew to install an asphalt shingle roof and a standing metal seam roof on a large area in Sheffield. The standing seam work was top notch, all hand fastened on site, looks lovely. Brad is a thoughtful and quality oriented, I highly reccomend him.

I called Thompson Roofing for an estimate. Within 45 minutes Brad Thomson returned my phone call and we set up a time for the next day. Brad was on time and thoroughly inspected my roof, he explained what needed to be done as well as how the work would be executed. He was professional, knowledgeable and easy to talk to. The following morning I had a written estimate in my hand. I hired Thomson Roofing and on the first day of work Brad and his men arrived 15 minutes early...impressive...and a first! The men got out of the trucks, their feet hit the ground, ladders were up...within 60 seconds they were on the roof stripping shingles off. I couldn't believe my eyes! Like a well oiled machine the work was moving smoothly and quickly. The roofers worked tirelessly all day and showed up the following day with the same excellence. Brad kept me informed and updated on everything from the first phone call to the finished product. He really cares about his customers and has great integrity. He takes pride in his work as well as his company. I've worked with a lot of companies, and contractors, over several years. This has been the smoothest, well managed project I've had done! I felt like I could give Brad the reins and he could handle everything without me micromanaging. This was actually a relaxing project thanks to Brad!
