Thompson Creek was our 4th window company to visit. After the first three, we were ready to cancel Thompson Creek's visit and forget all about windows. My husband and I reluctantly kept our appointment. We are so grateful that we pressed on! Chris did not pressure us or make us feel uncomfortable in our own home. He truly educated us and worked to give us the most affordable cost for our budget. I have been wanting new windows for years and finally made the appointment with Thompson Creek Window Company. Chris showed up today at exactly the time that was scheduled. He was great and answered all my questions. He made me feel comfortable that I will be getting the best quality product for the money. Had a quote for a front door and screen door by a sales rep in my home. After taking measurements and looking at materials he brought, we asked for a quote. We were not expecting 16000 dollars which it was. We immediately ended the meeting . We have a Lowe’s quote and one other company quote that was done prior to tonight’s meeting. Both were between 3000 and 5000 dollars respectively. Can confidently say I will never use them ( Thompson Creek) for anything!

We had 20 windows replaced and the job was completed in 1 1/2 days. The crew was very professional and respectful of our property. They made sure I was satisfied with their work and they took pride in what they were doing. I am very pleased with the end product and highly recommend them.

John called ahead to let me know he was on his way from prior appointment. Arrived as scheduled. Very pleasant, professional and efficient. He explained details of installation on both custom sliding doors of different dimensions. He provided our Thompson Creek Factory Representative, Justin, verified measurements. Awaiting Thompson Creek HOA package electronically to submit for required advance approvals.

The sales process was easy, they stayed in touch the whole time while window was built and were on time and timely with installation. Did a great job, easy to work with and cleaned up well when they were done.

We've had a pretty decent experience with Thompson Creek from sales to installation. There was one delay but other than that I am pleased with the work they have done. Everyone I have had the pleasure of talking to has been so professional. The team that came out to do the installation did such a good job. I like the fact that the project manager stopped by during the installation to make sure everything was going to plan.

Replacement windows are very expensive, so if I’m making this kind of investment, I need to be assured I’m obtaining quality! Thompson-Creek provides that. Their windows are made right here in MD, USA! And they come with a 50 year warranty that’s transferable! WOW! From my initial consultation with the sales representative throughout the entire process of installation, I found all the staff to be extremely knowledgeable and helpful and the windows and screens are especially made for our mid-Atlantic climate, so I’m expecting my utility bills to reflect savings. I definitely recommend Thompson Creek for your window needs.

Installers were efficient, neat, professional and polite. They did an excellent job. My husband and I are very pleased with our new windows and doors - they are beautiful!

This is not an honest company they will scam you. It all started with the salesman Justin Locke we told him that we were interested in only single hung windows. But instead he wrote the work order up for double hung windows which cost almost twice as much. We did not catch this until the day of the install. We called the company and informed them of the scam their salesman had pulled. Our project manager Theresa claimed they would credit our account which they never did. Since then I have been trying to reach her for the last 2 weeks and my calls are never returned. On top of all that we have 3 screens that were damaged during the installation process that they never came back out to fix. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

We have now used Thompson Creek twice to replace 4 doors. Both experiences were very pleasant and professional. Everyone from customer service to the reps to the installation crews were very kind and professional. We will use them again for replacing our windows down the road and highly recommend them to anyone else looking to have work done.

Honestly, I’ve bought windows twice from this company. And I need 9 more but the marketing and spam tactics from Thompson Creek are very off putting. Calling me four times in a day to put me in a vacation raffle I never expressed interest in is absurd. I believe this company takes reviews seriously and I hope your marketing department sees this and deducts $10K from whatever campaign ROI the vacation raffle was supposed to produce.

I purchased windows a few years ago based off a Thompson Creek mail flyer. Ive been pleased with the quality of the windows I had replaced and decided to return to replace some doors. Justin came by and was extremely thorough when explaining everything to me and didn't pressure me to make a decision. He was also respectful of my time and it was greatly appreciated. The representative was punctual, very professional, and provided us with different options to meet our needs while working within our budget. The product has a great warranty, which shows it's of good quality.

I had a few estimates for some soffit facia rake wood capping. The two gentlemen that were sent out to give me a quote were just such gentlemen(Patrick and Connor). The two were very kind and knowledgeable in their trade. I could tell they were passionate about their line of work. They were on time and professional. I was glad they gave me the best quote. I researched companies. They have a fantastic A+ rating with BBB and favorable reviews.
I can't wait to see the end project.
UPDATE: Final project turned out perfectly. I had asked them to cover all exposed wood with pvc wrap. They pointed out 1 board was rotten and they would replace it prior to putti ng the pvc wrap on it. Job well done. 100% satisfied. I highly recommend them.

We had Thompson Creek windows in our old home and loved them. Now that we are in a new home and need some windows replaced, we're choosing Thompson Creek. The windows are perfect for our needs and you can't beat the warranty!

Kilu helped me fix my window that had come out of the shoes when I had cleaned the window. He was patient with this 64 yo women and WE fixed it! He gets 5 stars!!
However, we have had a very hard time putting the screens back in!! We had Thompson install tall slider windows (back in forth slide vs up n down), and have found it impossible to put the screens back in, so we are unable to open our windows at all on our back porch, which gets very hot in the summer. We are disappointed that we can't use the windows and if we ever get the screens back in, we wouldn't want to take them off to clean the outside. Not very happy as we spent A LOT of money not to be able use the windows!!

My experience with Thompson Creek started off very good with the sales and project manager that came out to confirm the estimate for siding and gutters. After that it has not gone anywhere as well. They didn't have enough product in stock to complete the project and assured me that all would work out. After the receipt of the initial partial shipment, a crew came to install what was already on site. They finished installing the available siding, but have not started to install any gutters at all. The crew worked for a week and piled all the old siding and gutters removed from the house in the yard. The dumpster still had not arrived to put all the old materials into. The dumpster arrived the day after the crew finished that work and remains along our driveway and impedes passage of the driveway. Finally we have received the delivery of the remaining product about a week after the crew finished the previous work. Now we have had rain on a daily basis for a week and will into next week as well that impedes the safety of the crew to finish the project. I don't take issue with the issue of safety. I take issue with that the notification that the crew will or will not come out to work occurs the morning of their scheduled arrival. I have solar panels that are too close to one outside wall that requires someone to come remove them to allow the crew to work safely. I have scheduled another contractor to do that work and cannot provide adequate notice to allow that crew to perform other work. I also took the day off from work for their arrival. I got a call after 8:30 on the first morning and 9:00 on the rescheduled day that the crew cancelled. I specifically requested a confirmation call on the afternoon before the rescheduled day. I didn't receive any call and called myself just before their published close of business for the day. The agent finally confirmed that they had dispatched the crew and opened at 7:00 the next morning to provide an update. I got that update after 9:00 as stated. This morning, the agent then wanted to place the responsibility on me that I could have cancelled knowing the forecast for rain. If I knew that forecast, why didn't or couldn't they have also known the forecast to have properly scheduled the crew? Remember that the crew removed all the gutters and we have had several inches of rain so far and will likely get an additional inch or more until the crew can finally finish the project. We have had the dumpster impeding the driveway for 2 weeks now without any work occurring and likely another week until the weather will subside for the crew to return to complete the project. I also requested that the crew pick up nails before wrapping up the first week of work. Nails that were on the ground while they were still working still exist on the ground. I suspect that nails exist in the yard where they piled up the old siding and gutters. I chose to stay home from work to better observe the work given all these issues. Not going to work impacts the ability of a customer to afford and pay for the work offered by Thompson Creek. I DO NOT RECOMMEND using Thompson Creek. Anyone that does should do so with great trepidation.

We had one other serious possibility for our siding project and weren't sure Thompson Creek was within our reach. When Andre and Nathan came, we knew which company we preferred.
Day One decisions are not always knee jerk reactions. When the presentation, product, and fit are clearly superior, it is worth spending more, if possible.
Andre and Nathan were professional, very patient, and in tune to what mattered. Their honest enthusiasm and pleasant manner made for a perfect beginning to a big project. It was a joy to work with them.
Since then, I have had the pleasure of speaking with a number of Thompson Creek representatives. We had a couple of schedule changes and when I became antsy, the Project Coordinators were always able to satisfactorily address my concerns. They work so well together. I remember Michelle, Kelsey - our PC, Shontae, and Zee. Kudos to the PCs.
The contractor team that we ended up with, Jason Home Remodeling, was excellent. Thank you, Kelsey! Jason and his crew came ready to work each morning, and how they worked! We are so pleased with the results. They are highly skilled, it was obvious to watch. They worked full days, were careful and took pride in doing things well. Finishing with a day and a half to spare, they left a cleaned work area behind. My neighbors were impressed with how well Jason's crew worked and also loved the end results.
John, our Project Manager, came by to make sure things were going well on the first and final days of the siding install. I learned about miner bees from John. He and Jason discussed various ways to do things. Trade talk. He said he will be back when the gutters arrive. We are really looking forward to having those installed.

Nathan did a great job. He did a great job explaining everything and was very helpful. He had a pleasing personality.

Nate came out and gave me a thorough estimate. He was kind and knowledgeable. I appreciated his honesty about what quality I should invest in as we prepare to sell. We haven’t decided what exactly we’re doing yet, but we’d definitely consider using this business based on his honesty and professionalism.

I am very disappointed the service I got from Thompson Creek window company in July 2022. I am still waiting for them 9 months to fix the windows problem, but it seems like no one cares. I have been contacting different people at the company, and every time they told me they are working on it. I am not sure for how long I must wait. I will see if they fix this problem the next couple of weeks and I will write the details review including the project manager name I am working with and what went wrong. You don’t have to deal with the same problem I am dealing with this company. You can take your business elsewhere you can get better customer service and your money worth. I spent more than 22,000, and I don’t want you to waste your money the same way I did. I will give you the full information what went wrong with my windows project. Please do your research before you spend this much money. I feel like I am scammed by Thompson Creek. I thought this company was very trustworthy company. But I am wrong and I am very disappointed.

Came out for the estimate the next day. Nathan did a great job in explaining the product and the installation. If the gutters are as good as their widows we’ll be very pleased.

We have had Thompson Creek install windows and siding at our house and yesterday Mo and Rubin installed 16 windows on our back porch. They did a stellar job and stayed late to finish the installation so we can get our back porch back to normal sooner rather than later. They worked well together with Mo taking the lead due to his many years of experience and that experience shows!! Thanks for another great job!

This company is great! Our project manager John called me early in the morning and gave me the arrival time of the installation crew. And he also was on-site for awhile making sure everything was right for the crew. The crew was polite, dedicated, and left our home clean. Every thing was perfect.

Thompson replaced 10 windows for us a couple years ago, and the entire process from Sales to Installation was flawless. So much so we just went under contract to replace all our remaining windows! 5⭐️

I met with Factory Rep Nathan Allen. I was interested in a storm door. He assisted me with explaining the different designs to meet my needs. I purchased the door. Nathan was on time, very professional and a pleasure to work with. He also assisted me with explaining new windows that I will be purchasing in the very near future.

Overall I'm pleased with the new doors except for some issues that have not been resolved.

4. had to reattach back storm door handle because it came off
5. gap on the lower back door frame, needs more calking
I've tried contacting the representative and sent these pictures and have still not had any response
