They work very slow, but the end product was very good. I’ve been in my home almost a year. I’m trying to get them to come out and finish the small jobs before my year is up. It seems like they don’t want to complete the small jobs. The state of NC did their part; it’s time for Thompson construction to complete theirs. We’ve had our home 4 years and things are stopping or falling apart. The HVAC unit stop working after being serviced on a regular basis. Carrier refuse to replace the unit along with Duke Energy HVAC program and Clayton homes. They put these cheap units in these homes because they rip NC off.
