I highly recommend Thomas Quality Construction for any of your construction needs. We had a tree fall and damage our roof. They were in constant communication with us to let us know the next steps, they even contacted me after it was finished to make sure we were satisfied with the work. The crew was very professional and friendly. They cleaned up the area as they worked and when they finished. Thomas Quality Construction did an outstanding job, we couldn't be happier. Like most of Richmond, we had a lot of storm damage from the past year. Thomas Quality is the best service you will find. Matt, Austin, Justin, and their on-site crews were incredible.

They are transparent, fair, and excel at communication. At no point did I worry that pricing would exceed our expectations. They will document the entire process with you, tell you your options, and then execute (with pictures of work completed) - all rarities in the typical experience with contractors. I personally liked the added benefit of knowing the work wasn't done by subcontractors; rather, trained professionals within Thomas Quality Construction. Further, in what was a complete siding, roofing, and front of our home remodel, the cleanup was flawless. When they were finished, we had a couple of minor items that I could've fixed and they insisted to do them - 'We don't leave things undone', is the response I received.

I almost never write reviews. Don't waste your time calling anyone else. If there happens to be a backlog to get your work quoted, their service is worth waiting for.

Very professional and responsive staff! They worked with my insurance to replace my roof and covered everything, including the upgraded materials that I requested. They have so many color options and provide samples so you can see them in person before choosing. My new roof looks amazing and I’m so happy that I went with Thomas Quality Construction!

Matt and his crew did an excellent job. I had water pipe bust outside faucet. Water was everywhere. They came in removed wet carpets. Set up blowers ,fans to dry areas out. After 4 days rooms were dry. Cleaned areas and removed furniture to their trailer. Installed new carpet, put furniture back in place, and did cleanup. They were professional and respectful of areas they worked in. Excellent job, Thank You.

TQC was quick to respond to us the day (Christmas) we came home to find our house flooded from frozen, burst water pipe damage. Restoration work was completed quickly by TQU employees who possessed the specialized skills, work ethic and eye for detail which resulted in more than satisfactory results.

A few weeks ago we had a number of shingles fly off the house due to strong winds. I called and Austin was out the same day! He was able to tarp up the areas at no cost and instructed me to make a call to my insurance. Austin was extremely professional and checked back on my while I worked with my insurance. I would recommend Thomas Quality if you have any damage to your roof!

An absolute pleasure to work with. From the office staff to the construction crew, everyone was prompt and professional through the whole process. Big shout-out to Austin M. because we are terribly indecisive and he handled our obnoxious back and forth phonecalls with patience and expert suggestions to get us exactly what we wanted. Everyone was forthright and informative with every step allowing us to make decisions each step on what was being done.

The building crew was incredibly quick with the repairs and cleaned up building supplies/scraps extremely well.

The guys, Tyler, Justin, went above and beyond. They are friendly and did more than we asked to complete the job with a high skill level. Estell and his crew laid the tile with expertise. Great folks to work with! They came out quickly when we contacted them and were very straight forward in their approach. When it cam time for the work to be done - two days and it was complete. The crew was extremely respectful and they cleaned up when they were finished. I would strongly recommend this company if you need roof work done.

Thomas Quality Construction did an excellent job repairing a leak in our metal root. Austin was very easy to work with and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend!

We are very pleased with our new roof, which was installed by Thomas Quality Construction. First, Austin was extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating. He explained our options to us, brought us some sample shingles to look at, prepared a very thorough quote so that we would understand what was involved and what we were paying for, and patiently answered all of our questions.
Once we agreed to have Thomas Quality Construction replace our roof, Matt called regarding when the work would take place. On the scheduled day, the crew arrived on time and wasted no time getting started. They put tarps down for protection and were very careful with the house and grounds. Once all the shingles were off, they repaired a part of the roof where the wood was rotted, then started putting down the new shingles. When finished, they did an impressive clean-up job...we have not found even a single nail in the yard. And all this took only two days. Once the job was completed, Matt called to make sure we were satisfied. We were indeed satisfied, extremely satisfied. We have only good things to say about this business and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, or any kind of roof repair.

Thomas Quality Construction provided a 5 star experience in every manner, helping us recover from water damage caused by a frozen water pipe. They were on site Christmas Day to begin mitigation. We are completely thrilled with the results of their restoration work. And the level of communication throughout the process was outstanding.

Thomas Construction did an excellent job on replacing our wind damaged roof. They were beyond professional. At every step of the process they had a representative to answer any of my questions, and on site when the work was being done. The appointment was scheduled and thank goodness no rain was forecast. My roof was approximately 70 squares so I was concerned about the time it would take to replace it. The old roof was removed and covered ready for shingles on day 2. This was quite amazing to me as we have numerous large dormers to work around on the front of the house as well. On day 2 they completely finished the job. They were there early and stayed late to make sure I was dried in just in case it rained.

They were also great about picking up behind themselves, and policing all of the nails that might have gotten into the yard. They placed many large tarps to catch the debris and nails from the roof removal, and spent a lot of time looking for the errant scrap nails from the roof installation.

It is a very great looking roof and am extremely pleased with the job they did, as well as their construction crew.

They did an excellent job of replacing our roof due to wind damage back in August of 2022. As our bad luck would have it, we got hit in June 2023 with the hail storm like most of Richmond. I was in their office within a couple of days to see about getting me on their schedule when the insurance was paid out. Luckily we did not have any water intrusion, just messed up shingles. Thomas got us on the schedule and did an excellent job AGAIN of replacing our roof. The crew they sent out worked hard to get it replaced in just two days. Being around a 60 square job, that was very quick. They were extremely diligent in picking up their debris and nails. Due to the size of the roof, I am sure there were tens of thousands of old nails coming off with the old shingles. My wife and I went around the yard and just found a handful of nails that they missed.

I just want to say they did an excellent job and I will use them for whatever I need to have done to my home in the future. I know that I can just leave the repairs in their hands and it will be done.

Thomas Quality Construction did a fantastic job repairing our roof in March 2022. Austin was very professional and gave us a quote for the work and an accurate idea of what we would encounter with the insurance company pertaining to our metal roof. Austin provided photos of the damage to our roof and chimney for us to share with the insurance company.

The repair work was done in a timely manner and with a professional and courteous team. I appreciated Austin arriving on site to confirm the repairs required and keep me informed of the work being done. This included an entire rebuild of the chimney and part of the roof as the damage was significant. Additional workers were brought in to ensure the work was completed before rain expected later in the week.

We are pleased with the result. The reconstruction looks beautiful and they left my house and yard in perfect condition, removing all construction materials. Matt followed up to ensure we were pleased. Overall, it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend Thomas Quality Construction.

Thomas Quality Construction did a great job repairing water damage. It looks better than it did before the damage. Matt was easy to work with and wanted to be sure everything was done well. He kept me informed about what was happening and coordinated the workers very well. All the men who came were polite, helpful, and they all did a great job. Now, we will go to Thomas Quality Construction first when we have home improvement projects.

Despite a heavy schedule, this service provider went the extra mile to get my work done at a very reasonable price and in a timely fashion.
