We spent a few days with the ThermaSteel team and there are no words to describe how blown away we were by both the product and the team. We have not used the panel system YET but we will very soon. Adi is an awesome leader and it’s displayed in the rest of the team. The technology behind their panel system is second to none with amazing energy saving benefits. AND there is zero waste as scrapes are recycled. There are too many benefits to list and overall the hospitality of the team showed so much aloha. I've built 2 dwellings personally with ThermaSteel and it's all I'm using moving forward. It checks all the boxes for my building needs - steel framing with EPS insulation in a pre-fabricated panel building envelope system. It's high-performing, energy-efficient, non combustible, no warping, rotting, mold and no termites. It stands up to winds of 200 mph and is durable for heavy snow loads and seismic movements. So....basically you have a structure that's maintenance-free for multiple generations to come. And cost savings on utilities is amazing....about 70% savings reduction in heating and cooling.

Decided to use Thermasteel for a local project. Working with the Thermasteel team and collaborating with the Architect, our project has gone well. The product is well made and designed. It was easy to work with during the construction process. I look forward to the energy performance of our townhome development and saving on the costs of heating and cooling.

I have been in the construction industry for more than 25 years. I have always used wood, whether I’m flipping homes or building new construction. About two years ago, I was introduced to the method of building using insulated steel panels in residential construction. I knew this process would revolutionize the industry. Six months ago, my company, Legacy Custom Steel Homes, LLC, was introduced to a manufacturer located in Radford, VA, called ThermaSteel, LLC.

My wife and I knew we had to travel to Virginia to check this place out. We were completely and instantly blown away. Not only was the staff friendly, but we had the opportunity to meet the owner, Adi Ben. Mr. Ben personally led us on a tour of his 50,000 sq. ft. facility. Again, we were in complete awe of how well his shop was organized and efficiently run.

Let me tell you another thing about Mr. Ben: he is not your typical owner. This man is very approachable and knowledgeable. One of the things that makes him so special is that he is an engineer, so he often has valuable input that, in turn, can help save you money. If I’m having an issue and need him to meet with my team, our architect or an engineer, he is there to help with open arms.

We also had the opportunity to connect with ThermaSteel employees Brock & Elisia, and they are some of the most wonderful people I have ever done business with. They are friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and responsive. When I email the team architectural drawings, I know I can expect to receive a quote back in less than 24 hours. I love the fact that I can pickup the phone, dial the company and someone is there to answer my call and address all my concerns.

I am ecstatic to have found a company that takes pride in customer service, as well as producing an amazing product.

• I visited your factory to see for myself and take the tour. While there I met with the CEO himself, Mr. Adi Ben Senior, the engineering team, and production team. What I heard turned out to be true. I was blown away by the technology. As my tour progressed, one thing I kept thinking about: I’m at a manufacturing plant, and expected to see garbage and waste, but what I saw was, there is none. It's 100% a recycled reused facility, ZERO WASTE and I am thoroughly sold on it, and since then, we have 6 projects lined up with THERMASTEEL. Most exciting is my own home it will be an exclusive THERMASTEEL project.

At the recommendation of my Architect, who uses thermasteel, I purchased the panels with my partners for our VibePod to Go Project + have been happy with it overall. Solid construction, super beefy feeling, and love the ability to program + easy popular Instalation settings. Definitely recommend this to others. There may be some other Panels out there, but Thermasteel is worth the cost and the savings and their support and customer services the best.

honestly I started with Sono Development Group in Florida 4 years ago! an as structural engineer I am I have not seem a complete solution against traditional constructions!!! that by the way!!! Thermalsteel really go beyond what our expectations!!!! by the way CEO ADI best on understanding our architecture process and engineering design!!

We choose Thermasteel for our house so that it would last many, many generations. The folks at Thermasteel offered great customer service whenever we ran into questions. In this day and age, it’s rare to find a company that has open communications where you can talk to a live person who will offer whatever they can do to help.

I have had an ongoing relationship with ThermaSteel since 2017 when I was involved in a 140,000 SF senior housing project that featured ThermaSteel walls and roof panels. The product is brilliant and the ThermaSteel team goes the extra mile to help their customers receive a great product. ThermaSteel is ideal for all sizes and types of buildings -- apartments, churches, industrial facilities, hotels, homes, senior housing, nursing care facilities, etc.

Whether it is there manufacturers rep or thermasteel directly, my project has been a disaster. Only 2 of the 4 wall have not required major modifications to keep the structure true. Now we are running into Windows not fitting, and more modification. Easily this project is running over conventional framing in both cost and timing. I would never recommend these folks.
