Hard to find a contractor like Randy these days. He truly cares about his customers. I was selling my house and needed some last minute repairs and Randy was out fixing my roof within 24 hours. I had a leak where my roof meets my chimney. Randy came very quickly (on a holiday weekend) to diagnose and fix the problem. The quoted price was reasonable, and the repair was executed with great professionalism! I checked in my attic the next time it rained, and the leak is fixed now. Great work!

We had the top of our oil furnace chimney taken down below the roofline as it was leaking and we no longer have an oil furnace. Job was completed in a timely fashion and it looks great, Randy even cleaned out the gutters.

He did a careful inspection of the area where our roof was leaking and found a problem with the flashing. He made excellent repairs in a timely fashion. I had to replace missing and damaged roof shingles. Randy responded to my voicemail on the same day, gave me the estimate the next day, and completed repair the following day. Excellent work and reasonable price.

I had a leak in my roof and I wasn’t positive where it came from. Randy came recommended so he came out and took a look and was able to identify the cause immediately. He replaced 3 vent flashings for me, 2 which had failed and one I asked him to do since it was the same age as the others. He was professional and easy to work with, and pricing was fair. With roofing issues you hope never to have to see someone again, but if I do I’ll call Randy again.

I have a crappy roof. It has sprung leaks in various locations and I have to call Randy about every 2 years. He is always responsive, honest and reasonably priced. He knows what he is doing and I always have confidence that he'll find the problem and fix it. When the time comes to replace the whole roof he will be my first call.

We needed our gutters cleaned and some roofing repairs, and we were so pleased with our experience with RL Howell. After a wind storm, we called a number of roofing companies and none called us back. RL Howell was working in our area, on another roof, and I spoke to them in person, and they came over within a couple of days. Their prices were so reasonable, and they were very friendly. I was so pleased with our experience, and will definitely get in touch with them again if we need help with roofing or gutters.

Randy did a wonderful job repairing the roof. He came to replace a good amount of shingles that were wind damaged. He then found other problems that he fixed and informed me of some that I would need to keep an eye on. Then he lowered the price on his original quote, that was already lower than what you would get from other guys, all because it didn't take him as long as he thought it would. They were thorough and made sure to clean up the entire work area once the job was complete. They even offered to come back a week later to double check that their work was satisfactory. Randy did a thoroughly professional job on my roof. I needed a small repair-some shingles had blown off and others had become loose. He not only fixed that problem but when I asked for advice about my skylights, suggested what was needed to maintain them. He offered to clean off the build up of moss and leaves from the top side....a side I could not see from the ground. His pricing was fair and his workmanship gave me confidence.
