Is has been my pleasure to use the Wheeler Agency for all of my insurance needs since around 1975. During this time period I have had several situation to seek their advice and assistance. Each time I called, I spoke to a REAL person, never having to selection #1 for...#2...and then listen to annoying music while I wait. I have always received immediate attention to my concerns and quick appropriate action was always taken. One emergency situation, connected to the City, the Wheeler Agency arrived at my door step before the City trucks arrived. This is a family business and they treat me as one of their kin. It is such a comfort to know someone cares in times of stress.

I am personally aware of their direct and active involvement in many community organizations that promote countless positive projects. In 2004 I moved to another city and I still keep all of my insurance with this agency because of their outstanding record of service to other. They are just a phone call or email away, so it doesn't matter where I live.

We were very pleased with the quickness of paperwork being completed and processed while getting the best rate possible. The staff was friendly and proficient. Mr. Wheeler himself stayed during their lunch break to make copies of our closing papers so we did not have to return later.

I recently had a chance to experience first hand what Great Customer Service from John Wheeler and the Wheeler Insurance Agency with my recent claim. John was with me every step of the process. The people there at the Wheeler Agency are genuine. Additionally, all my insurance needs (Home and Auto), are in one house.

We went to Wheeler for our home insurance and they informed us of a small issue from the Underwriter almost immediately.
We corrected the fault and we got insured with almost no lapse in coverage.
Very fast, very efficient, very professional.
When we build a house later we plan on staying with Wheeler for the above reasons.

Your services are supplied in a timely friendly manor. There is never a "No well I have to contact xxx for an answer I'll get back to you next week". So for me getting an answer in a timely fashion is great customer service and isn't that part of what I am paying for? But the main reason is the neat calendars.

Brenda worked hard to get me a good rate for my auto, with several calls to Progressive to verify and confirm issues. They also have free Notary service for customers which is great because I needed to get a copy of my birth certificate to renew my drivers license, and it was from out of state so the request had to be notarized. Saved a few dollars there as well as on the auto insurance!

They listened attentively until they understood our opportunities; did their homework and presented our options in a straight forward manner; then gave us several payment options...thanks...Gary & Tara Roshy
