Unfortunately, I haven’t seen her beautiful work either. What I have seen is a very amateur looking job on my boat seat. Really poor quality. Flaky customer service too—difficult to reach and slow replying. The seat looks awful—so understuffed you can see the backer board, sloppy stapling with staples that show, and she omitted the piping like the original. Looks like a $100 job, not the $400 she charged. I feel ripped off. So now she wants to do it over with one day service. I've requested a partial refund of $200 so I can get it done elsewhere. She refuses. I've gotten the run around from her throughout this transaction. We're now at loggerheads. Photos below are the seat after reupholstering.

Upholstery Girl did an absolutely amazing job on our pontoon boat. She went above and beyond... I couldn't believe the craftmanship. Our boat looks brand new! She was easy to work with and kept us well informed through out the process. I highly recommend her for all of your upholstery needs.

I never got to see her “beautiful” work because upon showing her a new seat with a tear in the vinyl on the rear of of the back of the seat, she became negative, shaking her head and stating how difficult it would be to take it all apart…blah blah blah. Bottom line…I left the poorly designed parking lot promptly and proceeded to the second Auto Trim business I found near me, dropped my seats off for repair to them because they took the time to look at my problem with respect.

Just recently visited this ladies facility and she is truly the real deal. I've not only done textile work myself, but ran a custom shop with prize winning results, so I've been around some of the best trimmers of all time. That being said, she could stand toe to toe with them. She knows how to talk to customers and has an outstanding sense of humor. I am proud to say she will be doing some work for me in the near future and am doing my best to promote more work for her. So to anyone reading this, please do not hesitate to check her out for your next project.
