We called The Tree Surgeons to come and evaluate a few of our trees to see if they were strong enough and healthy enough to withstand strong winds. Brad came out the same day and was very honest about the health of our trees and said we did not need to remove any of them. I was so happy to hear that because I never want to cut down any trees unnecessarily.This also showed me that he is not trying to rip people off and tell you a tree needs to come down when it doesn't. Highly recommend!

Brad quickly responded to my inquiry and provided a detailed quote. Noah and team did the work and were on time, worked quickly and did a great job trimming a couple of trees. One was overhanging the house and Noah was able to carefully cut and drop limbs with no damage. Cleanup was great. Highly recommend.

Tree Surgeons are the best! Brad & his team did a fantastic job of trimming back trees overhanging our pool screen. Brad also informed us a a huge dead pine tree and coordinated with the county to have it taken down. Very happy and highly recommend Tree Surgeons!

Best in the business! I've seen ALOT of tree crews in my construction career. These are the guys I trust at my house. The tree work itself was excellent—clean, efficient, and professional. I had four trees that needed attention, and once the job was completed, everything looked great. Scheduling was smooth and communication leading up to the job was easy.

There was an unfortunate issue during the process—my well pump was damaged while the crew was working. It was a stressful situation that resulted in extra time and cost. But I want to specifically recognize Justin, the crew lead, who completely owned the mistake and went above and beyond to make it right.

He came back twice, tried to get it resolved himself, and made sure a plumber was brought in when it was clear more help was needed. He didn’t dodge responsibility—he showed up, followed through, and genuinely cared.

The situation didn’t play out perfectly, but Justin’s professionalism and character stood out. I’m giving five stars because the tree work was solid—and because people like Justin are the reason companies earn trust, even when something goes wrong.

The Tree Surgeons have been great! Scheduling was quick and easy. Prices are reasonable. And when I had a limb fall in a storm, they were quick to respond and get out to the residence to remove it and clean up the tree. I would highly recommend them!

I had 8 large water oak trees taken down that were basically at the end of their life span. Three of which were over my house. These guys were outstanding. Fast, safe, and did everything they said they would do. They cleaned up the site well and I couldn't have been more pleased. Thank you guys.

The guys are great! We hired The Tree Surgeons to remove 8 huge decayed trees from our yard ( 4 within 3ft of our house). They were amazing. Their stealth tree climber was so amazing to watch. They did precision cutting, the mulched each piece, even raked up the leave as they went. I can’t say enough about these guys. I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing tree removal. Responsive, customer-focused and 100% who we use and recommend. Today: Hollow and heavy limbs from a live oak downed in a storm at 7A; called The Tree Surgeons at 9A for emergency work; work completed and site cleared by 10:30A. Appropriately priced for workload and crew on site.

We have used The Tree Surgeons for several years now. This past week, we had a 75’ Laurel Oak fall in our front yard, across our driveway. This huge tree fell at 11:30am and was cut and cleaned by 3:30pm in the middle of the storm "Debbie". We love Brad and the team, highly recommend !

The Tree Surgeons have handled numerous jobs for me with clearing and dirt/tractor work. Communication has been great and the employees are friendly and hard working. Dan just did the dirt work on a 4,700 SF stemwall for me and I was extremely impressed with his work. Will definitely continue working with them on our future work!

These guys have been amazing. We have used them 3 different times. All of which went perfect. Once we needed a stump grounded out of a foundation that needed to be poured before an inspection by the county. They were able to get out there the same day as we found the problem. Took care of it in a super short time and kept us on schedule on a Friday after a holiday weekend. Literally had someone out there within 3 hours. They are great at communication, flexibility, and are just honest. Worth every penny and I will not use another service out in the yulee/fernandina area if I have any say in the matter. This is the 2nd or 3rd time we've used the Tree Surgeons and I HIGHLY recommend them. They come out for a free estimate, take pics and send a detailed agreement as their contract.These guys show up as scheduled, work extremely hard and professionally. They are polite and clean up when through. They are reasonably priced ( only charge you an arm, not an arm AND a leg) :-). Very happy customer.

We had a relatively small job to clean up two live oaks in our back yard to improve our sunrise view and increase sunlight in our yard.
Delmar and Nate were very conscientious and did a great job. They made sure I was satisfied with their work.
I was really impressed with the clean up after the trimming work was finished. Aside from the great looking trimming you couldn't tell they were here. They even cleaned up the street where the chipping machine was located.

The Tree Surgeons are highly professional, friendly, and courteous from the beginning to the end. After a quick turnaround scheduling a time to come by for an estimate, we promptly received the estimate, confirmation of their insurance coverage, and a photo indicating the scope of the work. Marissa (not sure of spelling) was that first impression on the phone and she couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Dan came to the house to give me the estimate, and was great in hearing my hopes for this the tree trimming project. He was also on site at the beginning of the job to make sure the crew knew what was to be done. Delmer and his crew did exactly as we asked, and did not leave until they knew we were satisfied. They left the grounds around the tree better than it was before trimming. I would without hesitation highly recommend this company.

We had The Tree Surgeon trim over 30 trees at our wedding venue. They work very efficiently and do excellent work. We highly recommend them and will definitely choose them again with future trims.

HUGE rave to THE TREE SUREGEONS. We can't thank them enough for helping our nonprofit. We had a tree fall on our cat house that needed expert removal to lessen the damage. We highly recommend the Tree Surgeons, who recently cut down many densely packed trees in our backyard, many leaning towards our house. Dan gave us a very reasonable quote on the spot. Rick was impressive climbing ang topping the trees, and the entire crew was efficient at removing and cleaning up the mess. It took less than a day to remove all the trees. The stumps were nicely ground a few days later. Considering the narrow backyard and street access, there was only minimal damage to the lawn. They also trimmed the live oak canopy in front yard, which now looks great! Everybody involved were friendly and professional. We will be using them again!

They are great! Our cat decided to climb a 70ft tree and for 4 days and night's we couldn't get her down. We called them and Dave came right away to help us get her down. Two of your drivers are dangerous and will end up wrecking one day. They pulled out in front of us on buccaneer trail on the morning of June 23rd with no regards to any vehicles. We were withing a few feet off hitting them. If I was the owner, I sure would be mad about them driving the company trucks like that.

We called and left a message for the Tree Surgeons, asking for a call back as we needed our trees trimmed or removed. I received a call back the same day. The gal I spoke with was friendly and professional, which was a refreshing change. The owner himself came out to discuss what we needed. He was very honest and took his time to explain everything to us. We scheduled 2 tree removals (including stump grinding) and trimming of several other trees. His crew was on time, professional, and very nice. What a great job The Tree Surgeons did!!!! They were efficient and did a great job cleaning up. I will refer anyone to them (we have already let our neighbors know about what a wonderful experience we had with The Tree Surgeons). I can't say enough great things about them! I just bought a new home and had to remove some trees to give me better access for parking. I called everyone local from google and they were one of the few to respond. At the time I was just looking for the cheapest and knew there would be issues going at the lowest price, but couldn't afford much after the new home. Not only were they the lowest price, their quality was top notch! They cleaned after themselves, took the trees down in a controlled manner enough to save the few oaks beneath them that I wanted to keep. I would highly recommend them and will use them in the future when the time comes.

The team we had on site was very efficient and highly skilled. They removed 4 mature live oaks and pruned 5 more in a day and a half with the stumps grinded and all debris mulched. Their performance was first rate and their price was very reasonable. I highly recommend that you use this company for all your tree trimming/removal needs.

David the Arborist came out to assess a tree that we were concerned about. He gave us his evaluation, and he even helped to remove some broken limbs that were lodged up in the tree. I would recommend this company.

We recently used the Tree Surgeons to trim several trees on our property. They were timely, skilled, experienced, hard working, pleasant to be around and fairly priced. We really appreciated their concern for safety wearing ear protection and helmets throughout the job. They cleaned up all their trimmings and the finished trees were beautiful. Absolutely amazing work! Had to call after hours for an emergency in which a tree had fallen on a car while also blocking a drive way. From the time i had called till the time the trucks pulled away it was only 2 hours!! They swept up all the extra debris (including the glass from the car). The Tree Surgeons are the best. We had two teams working in the yard to raise the canopy in the oak trees. They all work well as a team and were quite efficient, cleaning up debris nicely. As requested they avoided trimming near three bird nests. We are extremely happy with the work and highly recommend Brad and The Tree Surgeons!

Got these guys to remove a few trees from our yard and we could not be more happy with the outcome. You couldn't find a better tree service if you tried. They were quick, professional, reasonable, and did a fantastic job.

I have struggled with my neighbors over their Live Oak for years. The tree had grown so big; it was hanging over my roof, lawn, and driveway. They had refused to help or work with me to get the tree under control. The extensive root system is growing under my foundation and driveway. The tree shedding clog my gutters and causes extra work every season. It has stained my car, the driveway, and killed the grass. I have spent thousands cleaning up someone else's tree.

Now I need a new roof and can't call my insurance company until I get the tree away from my home. So I called Brad.

I just had the Tree Surgeons trim one tree and remove another, including grinding the stump. They were very professional, did an outstanding job on the cleanup and were very reasonably priced. They don't bill you until they are finished.

After calling the fire department, Humane Society, and Animal Control I called The Tree Surgeons on a whim in the hopes of rescuing my cat that was 40 feet up and had been up there for 3 days. They were so compassionate and eager to help! They came as soon as they could and safely rescued my cat out of the kindness of their hearts without asking for a dime in return! They were real humans with care in their hearts and that's what it takes to run the best business in this area! I'd shower them with millions of stars if I had that option. These are the kind of amazing people to do business with.

This company went above and beyond, we were suppose to have or tree removed on the 13th of September we needed that day moved up. I called and they were wonderful about the date change which was going to be next week. Low and behold they showed up yesterday!! Yahoo, the tree was very close to both ours and my neighbors house, they brought every branch down with precision I was very impressed. They cleaned everything up. Brad and the crew of The Tree Surgeon's arrived at our new home on Florence Point Drive on a windy Wednesday morning ready to take on the clearing of our marsh view. There was a lot of Spanish moss to be removed from the beautiful live oak trees to open up the view and 6 large hickory and cedar trees to be removed. Brad had to bring in a crane to safely remove the trees from the back deck facing the marsh over the roof of our home to the street where they were expertly cut up and mulched. At the end of the day, there was not any mulch or branches left on the street. An incredible crew and we HIGHLY recommend them to take care of your tree removal or trimming needs. The whole crew were extremely polite, extremely professional and hard working. They were there to get the job done!

I've known Brad for years, and he did incredible work for us after Hurricane Matthew! I've already contacted him for Irma cleanup. Professional and the cleanup is A++! HIGHLY recommend!!
