We had a very good experience with this company. Top quality materials used and great workmanship. Handled all the details, like delivery and permitting, without a problem. Left the lot perfectly clean. We discovered one minor issue and they sent a crew the next day to correct it. No fuss at all. And the price was very good for better materials. Highly recommended. Good local company.

After requesting an estimate for a roof replacement on my home, the estimator, Jeff Popard showed up promptly on my appointment. He explained thoroughly everything that they would do to replace my roof, warranties on the work and materials that would be used. I told him I wanted to change from ridge vents to off ridge vents so he did the calculations for the size I would need to balance the eave vents with the off ridge vents. I was really impressed with all the information that he gave me plus he kept me fully informed throughout the process.
Marco’s crew was the ones who replaced my roof and they did an excellent job. The workers were courteous and did an excellent job on the replacement and clean up.

LePierre Roofing did an awesome job replacing our 20+ year old roof. Our initial contact was with Natalie who was so professional and scheduled Jeff to come out to give an estimate. Jeff was very thorough in explaining the different shingle options and very prompt in providing the written estimate. After selection of the shingle color and permitting process our new roof was complete in approximately 21 days. The roofing team showed up and were very efficient in removing the old roof and started with nails to current code and replaced about 50% with the new roof on the first day. They returned on Day 2, completed the roof and began cleaning up. I think the cleanup this team does is as impressive as the roof replacement. They swept up the driveway and walkway, went through the flower beds and yard with magnets, even picking through the bushes and grass trying to get as many bits and pieces as they could find. Very impressed with LePierre Roofing from start-to-finish and, you will be our #1 recommendation to friends and family.

We contracted with LePierre Roofing for a new roof. The entire experience was stress free and the work was done well and as specified. The crew worked from sun up to sun down to get the job done quickly and the work was high quality. Communication was friendly, timely and complete. LePierre Roofing did a wonderful job replacing our roof. Once we got scheduled a couple of weeks after the inspection and estimate, the roofing team showed up and did an efficient job of removing the old roof and replacing more than 50% with the new roof on the first day. If not for a nasty storm, they might have finished. But they returned on Day 2, knocked it out, and began cleaning up. I think the cleanup this team does is as impressive as the roof replacement. They do their best to throw everything in the dumpster, sweep up the driveway, and go around with magnets looking for as many nails as they can. They were picking through the bushes and grass trying to get as many bits and pieces as they could find. Not perfect, and any nails left on the roof wash down the gutters on the first couple of rains. But they were impressive with how meticulous they were in trying to get them all. Now we have a transferrable 50-year warranty on a new roof to pass on to the next owner. :)

Quick response and honest assessment of a roof leak at my house. Jeff from LePierre Roofing discussed the problem with me and explained the proper way to resolve the problem. He provided a repair proposal later that day with a good solution at a reasonable price. The repair hasn't been done yet (it's complicated since there is another roofing company involved that did the original work), but I'm hoping to have LePierre make the repair. Will follow up on this.

LePierre Roofing completed our condo subdivision roofs, replaced all the rotten wood and installed 6 inch gutters. Our community waited too long to have the roofs replaced and there was a lot of rotten wood replacement to be done. Gary hired professional subs to complete the extra work, stucco repair and gutter replacement at a reasonable price. The roofers were hardworking and did an excellent job. Clean up was remarkable, the grounds were picked up as they moved to the next building and the area was swept with a magnet.
I would definitely recommend LePierre Roofing without any hesitation.

LePierre Roofing did an excellent job of replacing our 18 year-old shingle roof. The job was scheduled and completed in a timely manner with skilled workers who wore safety harnesses. Replacing a roof is a big investment and I’m glad we had LePierre roofing do ours. Gary LePierre came out every day to check the work and answer any questions.

From quote to scheduled job day everything was completely in line. On work day, the perimeter was covered with tarps to catch all old nails and scraps. After the job was through, they ran a magnet around the perimeter to catch loose nails. Blew off my gutters as well as front and back porch areas. Just an overall great experience.

Just had a new roof installed on a rental property I own in Fernandina Beach. From start to finish Gary and his entire team were fantastic. LaPierre has now replaced three roofs for me. They do such good work, on time, fast, that I don’t even bother calling anyone else to quote. I know his price is fair and his work is excellent. Equally important, Gary LaPierre is a caring person who wants to be sure his customer is happy.…….. About two months ago, I had one house power washed and the leaves blown off the roof. With the leaves gone, a hole about the size of a basketball appeared. I was desperate to get that hole covered but rain came. Gary came out on a Sunday within a short time after my call. He climbed up and covered the hole, making it weatherproof. That was when I realized the house needed a new roof. He never asked a penny for coming out on Sunday to cover the hole. His concern was that the house be protected.

I had a great experience with the LaPierre crew. They took the time to uncover and fix hidden issues while keeping me informed. They also took the time to properly stitch my new roof shingles into the existing duplex's roof shingles which took a considerable amount of time and effort. (The last crew that replaced my neighbor's roof just placed a top cap over the joining roof line which I think caused leaks.). They took considerable time to clean up debris and nails that fell to the ground and tar on the driveway. Gary, the owner, was onsite several times and very responsive to text/phone questions otherwise. I would definitely recommend LaPierre Roofing to friends and neighbors.

The whole project was completed almost in one day. They also cleaned up very well after the job. The owner of the company oversaw everything, great attention to detail. Gary and his crew made the entire project pleasant and stressless. He explained the process from old shingle removal to new installation. We discussed the best materials and color matches to the old roof and were able to come up with the perfect match for our house color.
His crew arrived on time (early) and it was the most efficient operation I have witnessed in a long time. By the end of the day the job was complete including a detailed clean up that left nothing to indicate that roofers had been there, except for a great looking new roof.

Le Pierre Roofing did an amazing job replacing my roof just before Tropical Storm Ian. The roofing crew replaced damaged wood, 2 skylights and aluminum drip edge, and used stainless steel nails, peel-and-stick moisture barrier, and quality shingles. Lapierre Roofing was great to work with and I HIGHLY recommend. They completed our two-story roof replacement in one day. There was an English speaking manager on site all day and spent quite a bit of time on the roof to make sure things were done properly. They replaced plywood in several locations where there was damage. They cleaned up after themselves. Took the dumpster away the next morning. Gary Lapierre stopped by multiple times during the day to check on things. Gary came back this morning to do some final clean up - removing tar on soffits and garage door, final check to pickup nails, etc. Price was reasonable and we’re always happy to support local businesses. We’re very happy with Lapierre Roofing and the job overall.
Note: This is a dirty job! As meticulous as they are, be prepared to find tar spots that will require cleaning ongoing.

Gary, with LePierre Roofing, is an honest man. He had to go behind our original local roofer to fix major damages that they would not stand behind. My mom’s insurance came to inspect and said poor roofing workmanship caused the issue and would not pay a nickel. This was on a roof less than 5 years old! After $6000 damages to my 85 yr old mother’s ceilings, we were exasperated.

Locals recommended LePierre roofing. They came and fixed the chimney area quickly and at a fair price. Rest assured, they do quality work and are the ultimate professionals. We will use them for all our business from now on. Don’t be fooled by other locals. LePierre is the only reliable, professional roofer. Thank you Gary, for a job well done!

I was referred to Gary Le Pierre by Jeff Nipper at J's construction who we have been very happy with during our renovation. Gary was extremely professional and went above and beyond to see that we were happy with our roof. We had some permit situations with the city and he was very supportive during this which was nice since we are new to the community and were confused by it. It was very hard to locate a shingle we liked because of Covid but Gary kept up with it and we eventually found one we liked that was in stock. Gary even drove over to a house that he had installed this shingle at and, with the owners permission, let us get a good look at it. His crew was very efficient and professional as well. During the course of our renovation it was clear that all the contractors we were using knew Gary and commented on him being the best person to use for roofing needs on the island. Being new to a place where services are in demand, I feel lucky that I have some of the best people helping us. We encountered a few things we did not expect with the job and in each case Gary laid out the different courses of action I could take and let me choose what I was comfortable with. When I called the home inspector I used to look at the house before I bought it and asked him about Gary he said "Well, that's who I used." We are very happy with the results and always happy to meet nice people.

LaPierre Roofing was contracted to put a brand new roof on my house. We later discovered they shingled over the old roofing in some areas. We also had a leak multiple times that damaged the wood floors and ceilings. They sent a guy to repair the leak on several occasions, but it continued to leak and cause additional damage. Our roof had never leaked before they worked on it. Gave us a hard time… Do not use this company......They also put two different kinds of shingles on the front of my house that were not supposed to be used together, per GAF. We had an independent inspector come out and inspect the roof, which his report indicated had numerous bad roofing areas in it. I had to pay out of pocket to have the new roof repaired, the old shingles they had shingled over removed, rotten plywood they never replaced removed. We had to have our wood floors refinished, during which time we had to move out of our house because of the fumes. It was miserable.
