The Roofing Center was great to work with this summer. They were quick and responsive for a last minute request. Zach was instrumental in getting our project on the schedule quickly while Rick ensured the project went fast and smooth. Highly recommend for your roofing projects!

Small town Montana here so we're accustomed to waiting for a provider to get to this area. I waited 1 DAY after calling Zach Munns!!!! He checked out my roof, gave me a thorough and easily understandable description of what needed done, provided options and a detailed estimate. Replacement done as described and in a timely manner. Well coordinated, polite workers and great clean up. The roof looks great and has already withstood 1 hail storm.

At the school we had some roofing concerns on a steel building that is aging. Zach came out and looked at the roof and offered some suggestions. One of the things that I appreciated the most that The Roofing Center didn't just push for the most expensive option but rather offered other options that were cost effective but would still get the job done.

After a large hail storm came through the area we had some hail damage on our roof. Zach stopped in and looked at the roof and also looked at the report that the adjuster had left. We put together a plan to re-roof the house to repair the damage.

The Roofing Center replaced the roof at our local Search and Rescue building in Sheridan. Zach and Rick were great to work with, great communication and their crew did an awesome job!

I was very impressed with the service.. I called Zach , he came right over checked out our roof , and from there on he dealt with my insurance company.. when they showed up to do the actual repair, it was very professional. Rick took over and handled the job like the pro that he is.. was also very impressed with the Mayan crew.. thumbs up to all!

I called two other roofing companies before I called The Roofing Center. One of the companies would not return my calls and the other never stepped foot on my roof. Zach stopped by, looked at the roof, talked to me about my choices to replace it. As soon as I signed the contract. Things started happening. Within a very short time, Rick called to schedule a time to get the shingles delivered. He stayed in touch with me about when the crew would be here to tear off the roof and replace it. They tore the roof off and disposed of the debris. The roofers were here bright and early and worked hard. Due to a snow storm at a different location my roof replacement was moved up on the schedule. I didn't have an opportunity to mow my lawn prior to their arrival. I found only 6 roofing nails in the lawn they missed while cleaning up! Their team worked with my insurance company to make sure my claim for replacement was processed correctly. I highly recommend them!

Do you know how hard it is to find a responsive roofing company in the Bozeman area? It took us many months of unanswered calls and emails before we tried The Roofing Center. They responded immediately, came out and looked over our roof, developed a plan to deal with the issues and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. They also did some temporary repairs on the spot to stop the leak we had.

Zach and Rick were a pleasure to deal with and their crews were courteous and professional. Of course, only this winter will tell us how good the work was, but we've been very pleased so far.

Working with The Roofing Center to re-roof our home was the best decision we possibly could have made. We live in the mountains near Bozeman and had rebuilt our home in 2019 , unfortunately having numerous issues with our original contractor. After a huge winter in 2023 we experienced water intrusion and were faced with having to replace our roof. We've worked with numerous contractors over the years but our experience with the Roofing Center was astounding. We initially met with Zach Munns who spent time educating us and patiently answering our many questions. He fully understood what we had gone through, followed up, and was professional in every way. The crew, led by Rick Loftus, showed up on the agreed upon date (after a brief weather related reschedule in early Sept. '23), they were prepared, courteous and worked harder than any crew I've interacted with in the last 20 years. The site was kept clean and safe and they finished in less time than projected. The support staff (Jordan Busboom in particular) was outstanding as well. The entire experience was exceptional! The Roofing center replaced the steel roof on my home and shop in Sheridan Montana after we had a sever hail storm. Their work was professional and performed in a timely manner. Rick and Zack were both a tremendous help throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend this company if you need any roofing repairs or replacement.

I had 3 roofs (2 metal and 1 composite shingles) damaged in a hail storm about 3 years ago. Once I found the Roofing Center I spoke with Zack Munns and we were able to set up now roofs in one day. The metal roofs were replaced during the coming winter and they worked in awful conditions sometimes. But the end result was just great. When it came time for the shingles roof a crew showed up and started removal first thing in the morning and finished the new roof that very day. I was so impressed.

Zach met with us and explained everything thoroughly and got the ball rolling. Their crew came in, tore the old roof off and had a new one on within the matter of a few days. The professional workmanship and cleanup was superb. I highly recommend the roofing center!!

Zach is a professional in the roofing business. He handled the insurance company, estimates, and any questions about the project. Rick and his crew took off the old shingles in two days, replaced them in three, and cleaned up afterwards. It was a complicated job and I would certainty use them in the future. After an extremely hard November wind ripped off a large chunk of the metal roof on our church in Pony, Montana, it was determined by the insurance adjuster that the entire roof needed to be replaced.
Sales person Zach Munns did an excellent job of explaining to us our options and then working with the insurance company to get all of the details worked out. He went to bat for us in getting the metal shingle system approved as opposed to the old flat metal roofing.
We did a local temporary repair on the roof while we waited for the insurance company to finalize everything. As soon as Zach had the details worked out with them, he had roofing crew supervisor Rick scheduled in to get the job done.
Rick showed up in a timely manner with his "special steep roof crew" out of Colorado. With a time and materials agreement they repaired and reinforced our bell tower, and installed the metal shingle roof system in a timely and professional way. They did this in spite of a foot of snow on the ground and one late spring snowstorm about halfway through the project! they did a very good job of trash material cleanup and removal, and we had no complaints from neighbors during the construction process.
Everyone in our congregation is very happy with the metal shingle system replacing the old flat metal roofing. It now looks more like the original church building when it was built in 1910. We have gotten quite a few compliments from neighbors and friends from the other churches in the area.
We definitely recommend Zach, Rick, and the Roofing Center for your roofing project.

Had Zach come do an estimate for a full roof repair. Hw was super friendly, communicative, and professional. Gave me the estimate same day and called the following day to ask if there were any questions.

There are no words to express how impressive The Roofing Center is to do business with. Zach in sales came to our home to discuss options and do measurements the same day we initially spoke with him. Zach Munns came to our house in Billings Montana and gave us 2 estimates one for a asphalt roof which we had as a current roof and also a estimate for a metal roof. The metal roof was more expensive but would last 50 years and since my wife and I are retired I didn't want to have to pay for another roof in my life so we went with the metal roof. Considering the pandemic they actually ordered and got a crew to put in on within a couple of months. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied with it. The crew was a local crew and they were very experienced and did and excellent instillation. My neighbors have said they like the look of the new roof and couldn't tell it was metal cause it looks like any other roof. We highly recommend The Roofing Center and Zach Munns for your roofing needs

I will actually give Rick and the installation crew a 5 star rating. Rick was an absolute pleasure work with. They were very professional and clean. Also, the product is great. The major issue I have is the communication with Brady. I had asked him multiple times to follow up on some issues. Between email, text messages, and phone calls he never followed up with me. When someone says they will "get back to me that afternoon", I expect it. I understand things are rough and busy but in my opinion this does not excuse no communication and not following up on your word.

I found The Roofing Center at the Home and Garden show in Great Falls I didn't know that later that year I would be calling them for some nasty hail damage. Brady and Rick were awesome to work with and were able to work the the insurance company to get this completed. Couldn't be happier with the outcome.

We had some issues with this company, but the job did get done and it could have been a lot worse. We realize that they are very busy. We finally got to go up on the roof and see if 1) it was done and 2) if it looked like an acceptable job. It was, and our complaints were fixed. We discussed the situation and came to a mutual agreement for both parties. We partly fault ourselves for not asking enough questions. Overall, we believe the company does want satisfied customers. I would use this company again with more closely defined points of discussion and agreement on both our parts. Thank you Rick for your patience on our calls, and thank you Brady for making the effort to make us happy and satisfied with our experience with your company.

I have to say that Brady, Rick, and their roofing crew are absolutely top notch. From initial bid to the end of the project they did things efficiently, top quality, and for a very reasonable price. Rick and his crew completed removal of a cedar roof, new roof installation, and a stellar site cleanup on a house (2 houses actually) and a barn in four days. This was no small feat either, other crews we had hired for similar jobs in the past took weeks to complete much simpler and smaller jobs. Additionally, the crew are a respectful team of hard working professionals. I didn't mind having them around working even though I was traveling for work while the roof was replaced. Without a doubt, hiring the Roofing Center was the best contracting decision I've made in years, and I'd recommend them to everyone.
