We have a complicated roof and Forest’s crew handled it with no problems. They started and finished on time. They had great communication and easy to work with.

Dennis General Contractors re-roofed our home in only 2 days and did a fantastic job! The recommendation for new roof color and quality was perfect. Also recommended a color change for our new gutter system that we love. Also found a leak that they repaired that could have lead to serious damage. Lastly they did a great job cleaning up once the job was completed.

I have had three wind damage roof repairs. Forest did great work at a reasonable price. The last time they came and completed repairs while I was on vacation. I came home to completed repairs and no issues. A trusting relationship has been developed.

Dennis came out and did a free evaluation and quickly came back with a reasonable price. Their team did quality work, on time with great communications.

Dennis did a free evaluation and estimate. We knew within 3 days what the cost would be. Within 2 weeks the repair date was set. Dennis roofing crew arrived on time. They worked at a steady pace and completed the project with quality workmanship. They encountered extra needed repairs and conferred with us before continuing. We are completely satisfied and highly recommend them.

They finished the roof in record time and it looks great. The crew put in long days and cleaned up each day so we didn't 'look' like a construction site. They have done several roofs in our neighborhood and I highly recommend them.

5 stars for DSG on our recent roof repair. This winter (2024) we noticed a leak from our roof through the header of a bedroom window. We had seen the DSG crew doing a neighbor’s roof last fall and called them for an inspection.

Thiago stopped by within a day or so and spotted several problematic shortcuts that a “storm chaser” roofing company did 15 years ago after hail damaged the roof. Thiago also showed up for the inspection by the insurance adjuster which was very helpful.

Through it all, DSG helpfully explained the different components of a top notch roofing job …. And they corrected all of the shortcuts the storm chaser roofers left behind.

Victor and his crew worked very efficiently and had all the tools necessary at the job site. For example, they hung fabric screens from the gutters to protect the home while they demoed the old roof. At the end of each day they cleaned up the yard/jobsite. The crew also posted photos on the DSG customer portal to communicate any changes that needed to be approved.

We recommend DSG for you roofing job without hesitation.

Victor and Thiago came today to check for a roof leak that I thought I had. They in fact found that it was a leaking ice maker on my refrigerator. They even offered to help me with that. Outstanding customer service with Dennis contractors

I've never had to re-roof my home before and did a fair amount of research before making the decision to go with Dennis General Contractors and I'm pleased with the decision.
After initial contact we set up an on site meeting. Thiago came out quickly to inspect my needs. He was personable, polite, knowledgeable and did a thorough inspection. He then followed up quickly with very complete line item estimates. Answered all my questions and made it easy to determine what best fit our needs and budget.
Desirae provided great office communications as well and has been very responsive to any questions or concerns.
I have a fairly large home with very steep pitches and lots of valleys as well as a guest house/shop. Victor and his crew were impressively hard working - WOW! They put in long hours and their pace never slowed. They were very professional and pride/integrity showed in everything they did.
They worked on my project for over a week and everyone was pleasant. On top of it all they were exceptionally tidy. They cleaned up at the end of each work day. Picked up any debris and made sure it was all in the dumpsters. They even stacked all their ladders and supplies neatly each and every day.
All in all it was a great experience and I would without reservation or hesitation hire Dennis General Contractor again.

We appreciated the professionalism of the team that replaced our multiple roofs on our property. They were conscientious of our home and property - making sure everything was tidy and clean every time they wrapped up for the day. As expected with roofing projects in the fall, there were delays due to weather, but their team kept us apprised of all delays and updated scheduling so we knew what to expect. Dennis General Contractor was awesome! My neighbor raved about them so I gave them a call. Within a day of me discovering my roof leak, Forest was up on the roof taking pictures and showing me the extensive hail and wind damage and wheels were in motion to get me a new roof, the project was slated to last 5 days, they were done in a day and a half and they left my property cleaner than when they found it! 5 stars isn't enough!!!

Forest was very pleasant & easy to work with. His crew did tear off and replacement of our roof, that included areas of 12/12 pitch. They covered and protected our landscaping and did a thorough job of clean up when they finished. They did a quality job in a timely manner. We definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Dennis Roofing replaced our roof in July, 2023, and we couldn't be more pleased. Forest Dennis did a roof inspection within 24 hrs of our initial call, and had an estimate prepared within the next day or so. We were able to schedule the job within 3 wks of accepting the estimate. Forest's crew was very professional and efficient, and the job was concluded in several days. There were no surprises upon job completion, as we were informed (and shown pictures) of any problems encountered that weren't addressed or anticipated in the original estimate. The crew also did an excellent job in cleanup. A special shout-out to crew member's Victor and Maria, as they went the extra mile in tending to some interior skylight sealing and painting. The crew did an amazing job of getting our home roof project done quickly and responsibly. They even rescheduled our date, last minute, after we mistakenly scheduled it for a day we were having a birthday event at our house.

He did a drive by of my house the same day to give an estimate for the job (clearing ice dams), had one of his guys come out at 6:45 the next morning to do the job, did the job well, and charged a fair price. Forest Dennis was a joy to work with. He helped extensively in my choice of material color giving me a dozen houses with different color roofs to look at and providing samples. He worked with the insurance company to explain where they had missed things on the hail settlement. He and his crew worked long hours to squeeze in my big job once snow had melted off my roof and before another storm. They were very thorough in matching flashing and doing extra flashing around chimney and exhaust pipes. I feel very confident that my new roof will last thru many storms and years to come.

We highly recommend Dennis General Contractor for anyone in need of roof repairs or replacements. After a windstorm caused significant damage to our roof, while we were traveling, Forest Dennis (the owner) went above and beyond by immediately waterproofing our roof to protect it from a forthcoming snowstorm and further damage. Due to the extensive damage caused by the windstorm, and Forest's attention to detail, it was determined we needed a full roof replacement.

Forest took the time to coordinate with the field inspector to inspect the damage to our roof and, after his careful review of the estimate, Forest noticed missing items for all of the repairs needed and he worked with the insurance company to ensure we received the full amount of coverage that we were entitled to.

While we were still traveling, Forest provided helpful links to suggest various colors and recommendations for our new shingles and, from afar, he helped us choose the right shingle and the right shingle color. Throughout the entire process, he was always happy to answer any questions and address any concerns we had.

Overall, we were extremely impressed with the level of professionalism and dedication that this roofer showed throughout the entire process. I needed a new roof on my large 2 story home. I signed the contract on July 8th. They started removing the old roof on the 13th and completed the job on the 15th, It looks great and the crew did an amazing clean-up job. This includes covering the roof with tarps and waiting out a large thunder storm for a couple of hours. Priced right also.

They were on time and very professional. They had the shingles off the house and the roof finished in two days. The results were fantastic. Clean-up was complete as well - there was no debris left in the yard at all. I highly recommend Dennis and his crew. If I need a new roof in the future, they will be the first company I will call.
