Had a silly water leak (my fault!) late on a Friday. TSR came out until late 3am and helped. Professional and friendly. Kyle is awesome.

I had a leak in the crawl space while I was working in North Carolina after my tenant moved out. I was able to call on their 24/7 dispatch line late Saturday night. They installed a dehumidifier and an air blower the next day. I love how quick, responsive and reliable they have been! 100% recommend them when you are in a pinch. My representative Jeff Squire crushed it.

These guys are just the best. Fridge leaked overnight (a lot!) and they were there the next day to start remediation!! That’s unheard of for this area if you know much about the industry. They have a fantastic team that’s incredibly knowledgeable and communicative. You won’t find quality like this anywhere else. Thanks TSR!!

Talk about responsive! These folks were literally in my driveway before I could turn around. They assessed the situation and clearly explained the course of action that they would take. Through out the process, I got regular updates and follow-up calls and there were no surprises when the bill came. My problem was remedied with my complete satisfaction. I highly recommend them!

Overall had a great experience with Treasure State. Oscar was out to inspect our water damage within 24 hours of me calling and did not charge for the inspection. The techs were all professional, on time, and good communicators (eg. texting when they were on their way). Kyle took the time to answer my questions and go over options. Overall very pleased with the quality of work.

I can’t say enough about the professionalism of the Treasure State Restoration team. I am a renter in a newer apartment complex which can lead to many challenges when it comes to repairing a mystery leak. This wasn’t a burst pipe, but rather the result of improper sealing of the unit above mine and the heavy rains we have been experiencing in the Gallatin area this year. TSR handled their part in what turned into a 3 week project (not at all their fault it took this long) in fantastic fashion. Amanda, Oscar, Kyle, Santana, and Zach were great. Someone came to the apartment every day to do readings and make sure the equipment was working properly to dry our ceiling. Even during a very heavy rain on a Sunday when it was discovered that the leak hadn’t been fixed (again not the fault of TSR) and Zach had to come out to our apartment three times he showed up with a cheery disposition and a can do attitude. He took necessary actions swiftly and accurately to avoid further damage to the apartment and saving our personal property from a potential ceiling collapse. The TSR team communicated with me everyday and was able to give detailed updates on the situation whenever I needed. They navigated the process with the Builder, Owner, Property Manager, and myself with efficiency and professionalism every step of the way. I was able to trust them inside my residence when I couldn’t be there due to work and I highly Recommend them for all of your restoration needs.

We live distant from any city in Montana, and it's very difficult to find service of any kind to come to our house for repairs. We had a serious leak that caused mold and needed water drying to repair. Treasure State was willing to come to our home from a great distance, and they did so promptly and with professional attention and communication. My wife and I consider ourselves lucky to have found such a company. They solved our problem, including having to come twice to our distant home, with everyone that we dealt with providing knowledgeable, courteous and professional communication. Oscar and Treasure State Restoration are top notch. I was surprised with mold behind dry walls twice and both times they were able to respond very quick and promptly. Oscar explained everything in terms of why the mold happened, health concerns, and available solutions to address the issue at hand. Will 100% use them again and recommend them to all!

My rental had a slow toilet leak into a bathroom ceiling below. We tore out the sheetrock and insulation ourselves, and a plumber fixed the leak, but some moisture ran under a tiled shower ceiling we hoped not to have to replace. I spoke with Oscar at Treasure State. He told me how to set up my own drying system and then came out days later to inspect, test for moisture (there no longer was any) and spray for any lingering mould, free of charge! Oscar has a long history in remediation, built beside his parents as they maintained rentals before his formal training. There is nothing like a service provider who learned by doing. I appreciate and value his capacities very highly. He is articulate, professional and likable. I will definitely turn to him when next in need.

I was 5 months pregnant, discovered septic water in our basement with a toddler at home on a Sunday…… the speed in which they not only answered the phone but showed up was incredible. After calming me, giving me confidence that we immediately had a plan was all I needed.

I had significant water damage at a rental property due to a toilet malfunction. This happened early in the morning on a Sunday. There was significant water damage to the apartment. I called for emergency service. Treasure State returned my call within 30 minutes and was onsite with equipment and ready to work on the cleanup and dry out within an hour. They were great in communicating the process and kept me updated daily. I will definitely use them again if ever have a need.

Wow, these guys are amazing! We had a septic backup in the middle of Thanksgiving afternoon, and once the plumber removed the stoppage, the employees at Treasure State responded promptly to contain the hazardous waste and then scheduled the demolition for the following morning. They communicated with me every step of the way, sent pictures at my request, and efficiently and effectively removed all affected areas. When I discovered that my homeowners insurance wouldn’t cover the damages, Aaron worked with me on the price and I was so relieved! They are extremely professional yet compassionate and do the job well. I will recommend Treasure State to anyone I know who needs this type of help.

If you a re looking for duct cleaning services look no further! Treasure State Performed Duct Cleaning for me on a recently purchased property. The house was neglected with very dirty ducts like nasty dirt particles coming out when the blower was turned on. I couldn't even use the forced air system it was disgusting!
The tech sent out to preform the work was on time and very polite. he took his time to do the job right. I used to clean ducts myself at a previous so I know what to look for. The ducts are now cleaned so I can actually use the system!
10/10 would recommend to anyone!

If I could give this company 10 stars, I would in a heartbeat! Our second floor washer broke and flooded our house enough that it put water all the way in our crawlspace. Oscar was out within 15 minutes of my call in to the office, and got equipment set up immediately! Treasure State came out to my house for water cleanup in my crawl space after a pipe burst on a Sunday. They were at my house less than an hour after I called for help. They cleaned up the water before any serious damages occurred and ensured the area was dry. Can't say enough great things about this company! We came home from vacation to a sewage backup in our lower level of our house, never a pleasant experience. But Treasure State came out in no time, and got to work right away. Their team came in and assessed the situation, contained the area immediately, and right from the start I knew we were in good hands. I have a one year old and so I was very concerned about the clean up process. Treasure State gave a thorough explanation of the work they performed, documented and provided in-depth information to my insurance company, and had great follow up after they finished. He was very professional and very knowledgeable about the construction process, likely causes and provided several ideas for fixes. We recently had a need for a full disinfection of our local branch and Treasure State Restoration responded extremely quick and were very easy to work with. Their fast response time allowed our branch to only be down for one day saving our company downtime and provided improved safety of our employees.

Just bought a house and the second time we used the dishwasher it flooded the kitchen and the unfinished basement. I called Treasure State Restoration immediately and they were at my house with the proper equipment needed for the job in less than 30 minutes. They are extremely knowledgeable and walked me through the process. While investigating the cause of this Aaron found that there may be a plumbing issue. He was able to recommend a plumber who came out and found the issue asap - the pipes were not sloped the correct way! The plumbing was fixed in under 5 hours, Aaron and team made sure to check the moisture from the flooding every day, not just set up fans and leave them for 10+ days like other companies. I feel that they were sensitive to the fact that I needed to use my kitchen, and that irregardless of how great they are, it is always an inconvenience to have something like this happen. They were amazing to work with, very courteous, and a pleasure to have in my home. I would, without a doubt, recommend Treasure State Restoration to anybody experiencing an issue with their home.
